Give the world the best you’ve got – Anyway
Now you guys have heard these sentences, so there is anyone can guess which person I want to talk about?
Yes! the Mother Teresa is!\
Mother Teresa’s origin name is Agnes, she was born in
Macedonia[,mæsi'd?unj?] of Europe On august 27, 1910 an died on
september 5,1997.
In her childhood, she vowed to become a person who can help poor people. When she was 15, she made a decision to receive a training to become a Missionary['mi??n?ri]. She went to the Convent,女修道院, of
Calcutta when she was 18 .But the peaceful and comfortable life in the convent was not what she wanted . So, she went out of the convent and began her career of serving the poorest people.
In Calcutta[kæl'k?t?], she established an organization named”
Missionaries of Charity”.,仁爱女修道会, And then , she sat up a
Hospice,收容所, named “Meditation [,medi'tei??n]House”. (静心者
之家) The Nuns,修女, and Volunteers in the Hospice mainly service for those poorest and dying people. After that , a larger of people knew she and her organization and followed her and joined it. The standout achievement of hers is that she won the Nobel Peace Prize
in 1979.But in my mind , the great achievement is not only the prize, but also what the help and the love she gave.
So, the strong believe, the Selfless love ,the Humane,仁慈的,
heart of her are the reasons explanning why I would like to meet her.
I want to see her , pray for her ,bless for her and learn from her. I am so keen to visit her because she gives me the warm of this cold world , gives me the motivation to work for others.
Till now, I still remember the sentence that she said, “A pure heart,
,创伤,.” ,一颗纯will be free to give, free to love, until it was trauma洁的心,会自由地给,自由地爱,直到它受到创伤。,
Finally, let me use this paragraph to end my speech:
Each of us in our hearts built a wall, we live in paradise within the walls of life, and will be pushed to the wall outside of hell,地狱,.
In this way, we can pretend that peace of mind there is no human misery(痛苦). Although some people starve to death,饿死,, we can still
eat and drink. Wall down to it, as long as the walls fall down, we can have a broad mind. With a broad mind, we will see that the world has less fortunate,幸运,, and we will hear it cry.
