(2) 參賽者必頇任職於該機構,年滿十五歲並已為同一僱主連續工作四星 期或以上,而每星期最少工作十八小時,並在比賽進行期間,仍然受 僱於該機構工作。 A participant should be an employee aged 15 or above who has been working continuously for an organisation for four weeks or more for at least 18 hours each week and is still being employed by the same organisation during the competition. (3) 參賽者只能,一間機構,如轉換,表機構,參賽者必頇已離開前任 職機構,並已為新,表的機構工作四星期或以上,而每星期最少工作 十八小時,並在該項比賽首場賽事進行時,仍然受僱於該機構。 Each participant can only represent one organisation. Women players in a team could score 10 points in advance. 丙組 十五隊 Group C 15 teams 5. 費用 : 三百元正 $ 300 : 6. 賽制 : (1) 單打賽事每人三局,隊際賽事每人一局(每隊四人)。 Competition Format Singles : 3 games per player : Teams : 1 game per team player (4 persons per team) (2) 各組賽事遇同分時,球員需再賽第九及第十格,直至分出勝負。 In case of tie, players should compete the 9th and 10th frame again until the tie is broken. 7. 賽則 : (1) 所有參賽球員或球隊必頇於開賽前三十分鐘自行向大會職員報到。凡 逾時未能到場報到者,作自動棄權論。 Rules Participants must report to Organizer 30 minutes before the scheduled : time. Any participant that fails to turn up will be regarded as withdrawal from the competition. (2) 隊際賽必頇最少有兩名隊員於開賽前三十分鐘報到方可比賽。凡逾時 未能到場報到者,作自動棄權論。 For the teams, there should be at least 2 participants report to organizer 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Any team that fails to turn up will be regarded as withdrawal from the competition. (3) 比賽球隊之隊長或各參賽球員本身有責任證實其所得之確實分數。如 核對無誤,則比賽後需在記分紙上簽署作實。如記分紙上沒有該參賽 者之簽名,賽會同樣接受,但不會接納任何分數之投訴。 It is the responsibility of the captain or each participant to verify the correctness of his/her/their scores by signing on the official score sheet. Score sheets without signature will also be treated as verified scores and no appeal will be entertained. (4) 球道分配由大會決定,一經決定,恕不更改。 The assignment of the lanes will be arranged by the organizer, no appeal will be entertained. (5) 除本章程文明規定外,其餘均依香港保齡球總會現行比賽規則辦理。 Unless the terms stated in this prospectus, all rules and regulations will follow those used by the Hong Kong Tenpin Bowling Congress. 2 (6) 在每一節比賽期間,球員不能吸煙、喝酒或飲用含酒精之飲品;如這 球員違反這條規則,大會有權終止他/她這一節的比賽。 In each session of competition, smoking and taking alcoholic drink are not allowed during the competition. If there is any violation of rules, the organizer has the right to terminate his/her session of play. 8. 職員,參賽者頇知 : (1) 成功報名的參賽隊伍頇於二零零七年十月二十九日或以前於辦公時間 內將抬頭「香港特別行政區政府」的支票寄回或交回到康樂及文化事 務署大型活動組,辦理報名手續。並請於二零零七年十月二十九日或 以前將參賽者資料及責任聲明寄回或交回本組(地址:沙田排頭街一 至三號康樂及文化事務署總部二樓,傳真號碼:2634 0786)。 Notes to Staff /Players Successfully enrolled organisations should make crossed cheque payable : to “the Government of HKSAR” in person or by mail to the Major Events Section of Leisure and Cultural Services Department on or before 29 October 2007. They should also submit the particulars of participants and declaration of responsibility to this section on or before 29 October 2007 (Address: 2/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters, 1-3 Pai Tau Street, Sha Tin, Hong Kong, Fax:2634 0786). (2) 每隊可填領隊,教練一名。 Each team can submit one coach / leader. (3) 未能出示有效身份證明文件之參加者,不得出賽。 Players will not be permitted for play if he/she cannot produce his/her valid Identity Certificate. 9. 罰則 : (1) 如參賽者於參賽期間被發現並非該機構的*僱員,該機構參與是項比賽 的資格及所獲的成績將被取消。如被發現觸犯多過一次,該機構參與 工商機構運動會全部比賽項目的成績及其參賽資格將被取消。所繳交 之費用亦不會發還。 *“僱員”之定義請參閱附則(1) Penalty If any participant is discovered that he/she is not the *employee of the : organisation during the competition, the results achieved by the organisation in that particular competition would be cancelled. If the organisation breaches the same regulation more than once, the organisation will be disqualified from taking part in this year’s Corporate Games and all the entry fee would not be refunded. *The definition of “Employee” is stated at Remarks (1) (2) 如有參賽者,參賽隊伍違反規則或有不良行為而影響賽事,大會有權 取消其個人,有關隊伍比賽資格,所得成績亦作廢。 Any participant/team who violates the regulations or has any misconduct which might affect the competition, the Organiser has the right to disqualify him/her/the team from the competition and the results he/she/the team achieved will be cancelled. (3) 如運動員未能完成所有賽事,大會將取消其參賽資格,所得成績一律 作廢。 Any participant who fails to take part in all the events as required may be disqualified at the decision of the Organizer. All the points so scored will be cancelled accordingly. 10. 獎勵 : 各組別的每個項目均設冠、亞、季及殿軍獎。:各得獎者,得獎隊伍必頇 出席最少一場賽事方可獲得獎項: Awards Prizes will be awarded to the Champion, 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up and 3rd : runner-up for each event of respective group. (The winner/winning team must have attended at least one match in order to be awarded any prize) * 為提高比賽的趣味性,大會特設工商機構運動會團體總冠軍獎盃,頒予 在各項比賽中,動感傳真攝影比賽除外,累積得分最高的機構,計分方 法及詳情請瀏覽以下網址: 3 * To make the competition more interesting, an overall championship trophy will be awarded to the organisation accumulating the highest points from all events of Corporate Games 2007 (excluding the Dynamic Moments Photo Contest) for each group. The scoring method and details are at the following link for browsing : 11. 裁判 : 由大會聘請香港保齡球總會派員擔任裁判工作。 Referee The Hong Kong Tenpin Bowling Congress will be invited to render referee : services. 12. 改期 : (1) 如比賽當日上午七時天文台發出八號或以上颱風信號或發出黑色暴雨 警告信號,則當日賽事取消,賽事順延至二零零七年十二月十六日(星 期日)同時同地舉行。 Changing the Date If typhoon signal no. 8 or above or a rainstorm black warning is issued at : of Competition 7:00am on the event day, the competition will be cancelled and postponed to 16 December 2007(Sunday) at the same time and same venue. (2) 若因特殊情形,大會有權各參賽者改期作賽或另作編排,如在比 賽中發生特殊情況,繼續舉行與否得由當場球證或大會全權決定,球 員不得異議。 The Organiser reserves the right to make postponement of competition or any alternative arrangements under special circumstances. Should anything unforeseeable happen during the competition, the referee on the spot or the Organiser will decide whether to continue the competition or not and the players shall not raise objection. (3) 大會不接受參賽者提議的改期申請。 No application for changing the date of competition from participant is accepted. 13. 上訴 : 大會不設上訴,一切賽果以當場裁判的判決為準。 Appeal No appeal will be accepted, the decisions of the referees on the spot will be : final. 14. 附則 : (1) 「僱員」之定義為該僱員已經在香港為同一僱主工作四星期或以上, 而每星期最少工作十八小時,並在比賽進行期間,仍然受僱於該機構。 Remarks : The definition of “Employee” , An employee who has been working in Hong Kong continuously for the same employer for four weeks or more, for at least 18 hours in each of the four weeks and who is still being employed by the same organisation during the competition period. (2) 參賽者必頇年滿十五歲並只能,表一間機構,如轉換,表機構,參賽 者必頇已經離職於前任機構,並在該項賽事首場比賽時已在新,表機 構裏工作四星期或以上,而每星期最少工作十八小時,並在比賽進行 期間,仍然受僱於該機構。 Each participant should be aged 15 or above and can only represent one organisation.
