蓄电池充放电检测仪 蓄电池组充放电检测仪 概说:铁路、高铁、地铁和轻轨的快速发展,带来了对机车的巨大需求。蓄电池是机车启动运行工作的动力保证,保证供电的连续性,为机车供电系统的安全性提供了必不可少的保障,时刻发挥着重要的安全保障作用。目前机车大部分采用铅酸蓄电池,车辆维护部门对铅酸蓄电池的维护检测通常是:通过万用测量单体电压来判断电池健康状态。 实践证明蓄电池容量与电压之间并没有必然的线性关系。蓄电池容量是否满足运行工作需要,是否具备大电流放电能力,这些急需解决的问题,通过测量单体电压来判断是无法实现的。所以目前亟待解决的问题是电池维护手段及检测工具严重缺乏,普遍缺乏蓄电池的日常维护检测工具,普遍缺乏蓄电池的容量测量仪器。测量仪器的缺乏,这也是导致蓄电池故障隐患无法有效排除的重要原因。 为了防患于未然,避免蓄电池引发列车停运等事故发生,采用科学手段有效加强机车电池的日常维护检测、加强电池质量验收检测是车辆安全运行的重要保障。 群菱新开发的DCLT-2203TS可以帮助用户有效解决各种机车电池维护及检测难题。DCLT-2203TS同时具备充电放电检测以及故障电池活化维护功能,维护数据及历史数据智能化管理等功能,满足电池检测及日常维护的一体化检测。 一、蓄电池充放电检测仪的常见故障 蓄电池与机车上110V/220V控制电源并联,机车的110V/220V电源向蓄电池充电,蓄电池相当于1个很大的滤波电容,起到为110V/220V电源滤波稳压作用。此时,即使蓄电池单节之间的连接导线断开或单节内部开路,因机车通过接触网可产生110V/220V控制电源,控制电路不会失电。但当机车进入接触网的分相区时,因主断路器断开,机车无110V/220V控制电源而蓄电池组又发生故障开路时,全车控制电路就会失去电源,此时,机车制动机产生常用制动作用,均衡风缸、列车管减压至0,制动缸压力上升(最大可上升450kPa),从而使全列车制动,因机车停在分相区,只好等待救援。 二、蓄电池充放电检测仪的必要性 1、机车电池:厂商承诺使用寿命一般为8-20年,电池实际寿命在3-6年,在这么长的使用过程中往往会出现:电池端电压不均匀、电池壳变形、电解液渗漏、容量不足等现象,为机车启动带来安全隐患。 2、引起电池容量不足的原因有多方面:由于电池平常是并在机车启动电源系统上,单靠测量电池的浮充电压无法全面了解电池的健康状况,所以电池的容量测试非常必要,这一问题现accident occurred, the direct punishment 0.5-10,000 yuan, responsible for the direct responsibility for the accident and the responsibility of leadership, such as concerning administrative sanctions should be dealt with by the personnel Department of the company.
