小班户外体育活动 小兔子采蘑菇 一、 活动背景 小班幼儿非常活泼可爱，喜欢蹦蹦跳跳，但是他们的动作还不是协调，我根据幼儿思维形象，对扮演小动物非常感兴趣的特点，了小班体育活动“小白兔采蘑菇”，以小白兔跳小沟、爬山坡、钻山洞的情节贯穿整个活动，让幼儿在轻松愉快的气氛中使身体机能得到锻炼，动作变得协调。 班幼儿非常活泼可爱，喜欢蹦蹦跳跳，但是他们的动作还不是协调，我根据幼儿思维形象，对扮演小动物非常感兴趣的特点，设计了小班体育活动“小白兔采蘑菇”，以小白兔跳小沟、爬山坡、钻山洞的故事情节贯穿整个活动，让幼儿在轻松愉快的气氛中使身体机能得到锻炼，动作变得协调。 二、 过程实录 (一)活动目标: 1、 练习双脚立定向前蹦跳，提高动作协调性。 2、 喜欢参加体育活动，养成活泼开朗的性格。 (二)活动准备: 1、幼儿人手一块彩色熟料板，录音机，磁带，蘑菇。 2、场地布置如图。 小沟 斜坡 山洞 蘑菇 (三)活动过程: 1、开始部分:(幼儿扮演小白兔以各种姿态睡在菜板上，老师扮演兔妈妈也作睡觉姿势，然后以故事形式带领幼儿听着音乐做韵律活动)“宝宝们，天亮了，让我们来刷牙，洗脸，梳头，照镜子”。 2、基本部分: )继续以故事形式让幼儿在活动中探索双脚并拢立定向前跳的方法。 (1 兔妈妈:今天天气真正好，妈妈带小兔一起去采蘑菇，但是蘑菇地四周都是小沟，怎么办呢,(跳过去)对，我们可以跳过去，现在你们每人有以一块塑料彩板，大家找一个好朋友搭成一条小沟跳一跳。 小白兔结伴分散练习。(在练习过程汇中，教师注意指导幼儿双脚并拢，两手可以前后摆动，用力向前跳起，这样就能跳过小沟。) 幼儿集中，请跳的好的小兔示范给大家看。(教师强调动作的要领) 幼儿再次分散练习。(教师注意个别指导) (2)以游戏“小白兔采蘑菇”的形式复习跳、钻、爬等动作 师:让我们一起搭一条小沟，妈妈要带你们去采蘑菇了。 提出游戏要求。 兔妈妈:现在我们都学会跳过小沟，妈妈可以带小兔去采蘑菇了，路上要跳过小沟，爬过山坡，钻过山洞，才能采到蘑菇，我们跳的时候双脚并拢向前用力跳起，爬山坡时要手、膝盖着地爬钻山洞到头，身体不能碰到山洞。 幼儿集体游戏。(游戏反复进行两次) 第一次:小白兔采完蘑菇再次钻山洞，爬过山坡，跳过小沟回到家。兔妈妈:“天黑了，我们睡觉吧。”(大家蹲下做睡觉样子) 第二次:兔妈妈:“天亮了，我们再去采蘑菇吧。”小兔们再次跳过小沟，爬过山坡，钻过山洞，再次游戏。 3结束活动 兔妈妈:蘑菇采完了，我们高兴不高兴,让我们一起跟着音乐来跳舞吧～小白兔听着音乐跟着妈妈跳着舞离开场地。 undertaking, strengthen the construction of party and Government personnel.
