Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Mechanical engineering/electronic engineering ;
3. Good English both oral and written;
4. Team work spirit & Hard working;
5. Above 5 years’ experience in failure analysis in manufacturing industry/electronic
industry, experience in automotive industry will be a plus;
6. Familiar with GD&T, and metrology facility;
7. Familiar with all kinds of mechanical noise principle and solution strategy;
8. Local or oversea Customer on site support experience;
9. Green Belt or Shainin certification preferred;
10. Visa available preferred, willing to travel sometimes per customer requirement;
Responsibility:
1. Maintenance RMA data system;
2. Setup analysis bench for return analysis;
3. Analyze customer return parts with accuracy and in time;
4. Customer on site support base on requirement;
5. Communicate with globe team, and follow the defined actions to confirm root cause for

6. Look across lesson learn from globe team;
7. Support Cofa failure (production reject) analysis; 8. Work with PE and SQE team to work out robust design actions;
