学校的发展关键依靠教师，教师的发展需要教研组，我校开学伊始，于8月29日召开了主题为《加强教研组建设，引领教师专业成长，促进教学长效进步》的教研组、备课组工作会。 会议首先由教科室进行了前期和本期工作的思路和要点。会议指出教研组及备课组是学校重要的教师组织，是教师间实现交流协作、资源共享、智慧碰撞的重要场所。它直接关系到学校的教育管理，关系到学校的教学质量，关系到教师的专业成长。我校教研组发展状况及存在的问题:1、教研组活动按规进行，但时间内容上不能得到完全保证; 1 2、各教研组较好的完成学校的各项安排和任务，但教研制度不健全，管理不到位;3、教师学习热情提高但专业成长意识淡薄，参与不到位。这些现象和问题的存在使得学校的教研活动未能真正成为教师继续学习与进行科研的重要基地，教研组在学校管理和发展中的地位与作用得不到充分发挥，教师的专业成长更无从谈起。 本期我校加强教研组建设的建议和要求:1、让教研组成为“学习之家”。教研组应当成为教师最基本的、现实的、主要的学习型组织。在这个组织里，每个教师秉持专业成长的意愿，围绕共同的目标营造出一种开拓进取、勤奋学习、民主开放、合作共享的教研环境和氛围，使之成为一个能不断从中汲取智慧和力量，感受相互支持、相互激励的温暖而舒适的场所，一个温馨的“大家庭”。对此首先，教研组长应该成为校本教研的组织者，是教学实践的引导者，还应是教师专业学习与成长的促进者。其次，精心营造“学习之家”。 2、让教研组成为老师的“成长之家”。继续实施师徒结对，发挥老教师的传、帮、带作用。对老教师还要促进提高，力争从骨干到名师，从区级到市级，并积极建立学校名师工作室。并在我校尽快培养一批能讲、会说、擅写的优秀教师群体。3、让制度成为“习惯”。“无规矩不成方圆”，教研组建设要以发展为目标，努力创造适应学生、教师发展的空间，同样需要制度的保障。4、让理念化为“行动”。活动，是教研组存在的表现形式，也是教研组活力的源泉。只有科学设置教研活动内容和形式，才能有效吸引教师积极参与，乐于参与，从中体验教学与研究的乐趣。 然后各教研组长、备课组长在会上对我校前期的教研情况、课改状况、课辅活动提出了宝贵的意见和建议。 刘校长在会上指出各教研组、备课组要深化教研活动、落实教研行为。同时强调了教学中要加强备课环节，强调集体备课，并体现课改模式。 最后杜校长作出总结强调教研组要加强学习意识，特别是注重学科课程的学习。其次教研组要引领教师素养提高，注重新教师的提高和培养。再次是教研组要强化改革意识，要敢于创新。最后杜校长指出教研组的发展和提高是为学校教学服务的，因此要强调质量意识。 版块一--2:白市驿一中坚持科研促教、科研强教、科研兴校 来源:白市驿一中 作者:冯波 转载:九龙坡区教师进修学院 九龙教育研修网 日期:2014年2月18日 在过去的一学期里白市驿一中教科室紧紧围绕着“科研促教、科研强教、科研兴校”的战略目标，围绕学校加强教育教学管理，深化品质课堂改革，提高教学质量目标，加强教师专业化建设，推动教师专业化发展，切实履行好教科室“研究、指导、服务”的工作职责，在各教研组备课组积极行动、主动参与、团结协作，使学校教研工作有序进行、有力开展。 学校为进步推进教研工作的开展，于2月16日上午召开了主题为《加强教研组建设，坚持科研促教、科研强教、科研兴校》的学期教研组备课组工作会。 会议首先由学校六个教研组组长对上期工作进行了简要的总结并对新学期工作进行了规划，在发言中教研组长对本期工作既提出了扎实的教研工作安排也提出了今后创新的发展思路。 随后由教科室进行了上学期工作总结并提出了本期工作的思路和要点。在上期教研工作中，学校教科室主要抓好了四大方面工作:一、以落实教学常规为基本，以制度管理为基础，全面推进教育教学水平。二、以教师专业发展为目标，以教师培训为杠杆，多层面提高教师队伍素质。三、以集体备课和业务学习为着力点，以各类教研活动为平台，加强教研组和学科建设。四、以品质课堂改革为突破口，以教育论坛为舞台，营造浓厚的教育 2 科研氛围。同时也指出了上期各教研组备课组在教研工作存在的不足。 然后教科室对本期工作进行了布置，本期教研工作主要抓好五个方面工作:1、各教研组继续深化品质课堂研究，力争形成具有学校特色的白市一中品质课堂。坚持通过教研活动、集体备课、教研组内部调研课、骨干教师示范课及各种赛课推进品质课堂改革深入进行。2、加强教研工作的落实和管理，让教研能更好的为教育教学服务、为教学质量服务、为学校特色服务。3、加大对教师的培训学习，一方面落实修远阅读，让教师每期至少能读一本好书，并结合继续教育，开展每月至少一次的驿站讲坛和每周会前五分钟的读书交流，给教师更多的展示机会。另一方面争取更多机会，通过“引进来和走出去相结合”让教师有更多学习培训机会。4、继续开展丰富多彩的课程辅助活动，各教研组开展学生全科阅读。各教研组根据学科特点开展学生全科阅读，可以通过推荐书目学生自选阅读、班级统一组织阅读课、课程辅助趣味阅读等各种方式进行阅读，并通过阅读各教研组形成读书心得、读书讲座、手抄小报、剧本表演、艺术展示等阅读成果。5、加强课题研究工作。 刘校长在会上指出各教研组、备课组要深化教研活动、落实教研行为。同时强调了教学中要加强备课环节，强调集体备课，并体现课改模式。刘校长在会上还通报了教委对教学行为的相关规定和要求。 最后杜校长作出总结强调教研组要提高认识，充分认识到教师的专业发展是关键，并在成长过程中要注意总结经验、加强积累、注重宣传，力争由骨干向名师发展。其次在教学中要注意教学安全，一方面是关注学生，保护学生的安全，另一方面规范教师，注意高尚师德要求教学行为。另外教研中要有创新意识，加强中考策略研究，让教研为教学服务为质量服务。 版块一--3:白市驿一中--深化课题研究,推进学校发展 来源:白市驿一中作者:冯波 日期:2014年3月19日 3月18日，白市驿一中举行了科研课题中期汇报暨课题培训交流活动。继前期学校的语文、数学、政史地课题组分别申报了三个市级课题并进行了课题开题和教研组的系列活动研究后，本学期，学校一如既往地扎实推进课题研究，确定以《深化课题研究，推进学校发展》为本学期课题培训主题，坚持教科研结合，使课题研究日常化，更着重于研究过程的深入开展。 本次培训学校邀请了重庆市教育学会课题负责人贾卉老师进行专业指导，培训中首先是各课题负责人就我校农村中学语文教学新模式、数学阅读能力探究、非专业教师跨学科教学三个课题进行中期汇报。 在整个课题研究过程中我们得到了贾卉老师的指导和关注，贾卉老师不仅针对课题进行即时点评，而且利用有限时间对全体课题组教师进行专业的讲座:课题研究的程序、课题研究的内容要求、相关资料报告的格式要求、课题研究如何在课堂教学中得以有效体现等等，让每位老师获益匪浅。 最后杜校长对本次活动做了总结，他肯定了学校课题组的研究状况，各个课题组不仅有学科教学的关注点，而且能围绕学校当前实际进行落实，使课题研究与日常教学紧密结合。只有紧紧结合教学的课题才更具有生命力，今后学校将继续一如既往，使我校的科研工作再上一个台阶。 版块二:重庆市九龙坡区白市驿第一中学“青蓝工程，新教师培养”(五篇) “百年大计，教育为本，教育大计，教师为本”，只有打造一支政治合格、业务精良、素质过硬的教师队伍，才能不断的提升我校办学的品牌地位。为了使青年教师脱颖而出，早日成才，以促进我校教师队伍专业化的建设，教科室将时刻关注他们的成长和融入状况，及时指导、尽快到位。发挥“青蓝工程”的育人功能，逐渐锻造他们向骨干、名师型教师方向发展。 二、工作重点 1(以“历练师品、提高师艺、提升师德”为主导，引导青年教师关注自身的专业发展、关注学校的发展。 2(引导青年教师了解我校的办学理念、光荣历史、老教师的光荣传统和丰富的教育教学经验，树立热爱教育、热爱学校、热爱学生的思想，确立为教育事业终身奋斗的思想。 3(引导青年教师加强教育理论和业务知识的学习，在理论和实践的结合中不断提高教育教学能力，在年级组内研讨课、学校汇报课、出师课、家长开放课或校内赛教课等多层次的教学活动中展现自己的风采。 三、前期准备 1、每年9月10日教师节举行拜师活动。 2、大力营造帮扶学艺的氛围，最大限度地提供“师傅施展才能、传授绝招，徒弟专心致学、自我磨练”的机会，利用听课、评课、观摩课、实验课题、教学论文、教案设计、教学故事等一系列活动，为双方帮教活动的开展搭建平台。 3、排忧解难，热情关怀。学校尽力帮助师徒双方解除工作、生活上的后顾之忧，为青蓝工程的实施铺平道路。 4、依据“青蓝工程”评估标准， 1、对刚进入我校工作的老师进行观察，按照同一学科教师工作起来方便的原则为青年教师指定师傅。新教师必须虚心接受指导老师的指导，纳入“青蓝工程”管理。 2、遵纪守法，恪守师德。按时参加学校的各种政治业务学习、做好会议记录;积极参加学校的各项公益活动，发挥主人翁意识。 3、新教师要认真学习课程标准，钻研教材，跟随师傅的指导初步确定自己的教学研究方向，第一学期可以在师傅的指导下，对此有初步的了解。第二学期希望能有自己的独到之处。要快速适应学校的工作节律，适应教学环境、教学对象的变化，努力提升自己的 4 新课程施教能力，挖掘教书育人、创造佳绩的潜能。 4、认真备课，倡导 “集体备课、资源共享、个人加减、课后反思”这种高效、共享的新型备课方式，但徒弟的教案必须有完整的教学目标、教学过程设计、板书设计及课后反思，徒弟在上课前必须请指导教师审阅、指导并签字。 5、认真上课，做到师生互动，促进课堂实效。新老师上完课后，要及时进行课后反思，并有记录。 6、要虚心学习其他老师的课堂教学，取长补短。每学期听课不少于60节，对指导教师听课每周至少1节，每月至少6节，每学期不少于25节。对师傅的课应该随时进班听，听完课后虚心向师傅请教，并在听课本上详细记录。 7、积极上课注重锻炼提高能力，每学期上、下半期各上一节组内公开研讨展示课，每学期17周上一节校内汇报课，在三年学习结束后面向全校上一节出师课。 8、要加强业务学习，博览群书，勤于动笔记录教育的故事，积累自己的教学感受;要坚持教师基本功训练，出师时将进行综合测评。教科室将定期或随机进行听课、评课、备课、反思、业务学习、读书笔记或读后感等方面的检查抽查，期末将对这些方面进行量化公布。 9、要按规定认真参加各级教师培训部门的培训工作。 (二)对指导教师的要求 1、指导老师要本着对学校发展负责、对青年教师的成长负责的高度的责任感和承担培养新教师义务的使命感，根据学校对新教师的具体要求，认真做好全面的指导和督促工作(如:指导备课、上课、课后反思、每周检查教案签字并等)。 2、做好示范和引路的作用。如制订学期教学计划、教材分析、备课、上课、听课评课、评点批改作业、学科竞赛辅导等，辅导新教师上好汇报课和各类公开课。 3、了解青年教师教育教学工作中的困难和要求，尽力帮助解决。指导新教师加强学习，进行教育教学的科研。(如指定、提供学习的资料，教科研课题的选定，教学故事及论文的撰写和修改等。) 4、听徒弟上课每月至少2节，每学期不少于8节，听完课后要随时点评、并记录。 5、指导教师不仅要在工作学习上帮助青年教师尽快成长，同时在生活上也应该多关心年轻老师，让他们感觉到集体的温暖。可以办到的事一定要尽力办到，一时办不到的，要给予解释，争取他们的理解和谅解。 6、指导教师在完成对所帮扶的徒弟听课、点评、指导，且每月举行师徒会议，期末及时上缴帮扶资料，所帮扶的徒弟经民主评议合格的，每月奖50元。听课缺一节扣10元，点评资料缺一次扣10元，会议迟到一次5元、缺席一次20元，期末所带徒弟不合格的不奖，若徒弟获得校级一等奖及以下奖励加奖100元。 五、师徒的态度定位 ,、帮扶要德才兼备，以德为先。 ,、立意要高，起步要实，以基本功为切入点。 祖国的未来在少年，而一个学校的未来发展就在于年轻教师，年轻教师成长的速度，也影响着学校的发展速度。为了加快新教师专业成长的步伐，发挥他们的潜能，让他们能尽快适应本职工作，学校给新进入我校的教师创设一个展示自我的平台，白市驿一中根据开学初青蓝工程的安排在本学期第四周举行了新教师公开课展示活动。 近三年来新进入我校的七位教师积极准备、认真备课，细心考虑每一节课的教学目标，精心设计每一个细小的教学环节。备课组也大兴教研之风，课堂教研氛围空前浓厚。教研组内老师热心帮助、组织说课、试上、评课，对每一个、教学环节反复探讨、修改，新教师虚心求教其他老教师及有经验的教师，不仅使参加展示课的新教师收获颇丰，而且其他教师也受益匪浅。 在展示课上，新教师们努力营造轻松愉快的课堂氛围，构造逻辑线索清楚的课堂结构，创设新颖活泼的教学情境，运用喜闻乐见的多媒体形式，充分发挥教师的主导作用，发挥学生的主体作用，力求学生在活动中获得知识，在互动中启发智慧。通过此次活动给新进教师提供了充分展现自己的舞台，促进了她们的专业素质和教学能力的提高，也给其他教师带来了一股学习的热潮。 展示课已经圆满落下了帷幕，七位新教师各有千秋、各有特色，也或多或少地存在这样或那样的不足，虽然她们还不够完美，但她们已经走在成功的路上。有理由相信:小荷初露，只要一步一个脚印，多学习多思考多研究，必将馨香四溢。 版块二--3:青蓝工程引领成长,学习交流促进提高 来源:白市驿一中 作者:冯波日期:2013年12月19日 为了使青年教师脱颖而出、早日成才，以促进学校教师队伍专业化的建设，学校时刻关注他们的成长和融入状况。为此在学校一直坚持实施青蓝工程，培养青年教师、提高教学水平。在本期开学学校也为新进入学校的青年教师分别安排了教学和班主任的指导教师，对青年教师的教育教学、班级管理分别进行指导、培训，以加速青年教师的成长。12月19日在学校召开了青蓝工程的阶段总结座谈会。会议由教科室冯主任主持，学校分管教学的刘校长、德育主任涂主任、全体指导教师和新教师参加了会议。 会上总结了前期青蓝工程的实施情况，本期青蓝工程实施以来，在各位指导老师认真精心的指导下，各新教师虚心学习、努力进取中，新教师成长迅速。一、新教师们在学校组织的新教师课堂展示周中初露锋芒，获得好评。二、罗德先、廖胜萍老师作为新教师在九龙坡区青年教师素质大赛中成功闯入第二关。三、在平时课堂中各位老师展示了较高的水平，罗德先老师还代表教研组进行了白市驿片区教研课的展示获得好评。 随后三位青年教师汇报了工作、学习的情况，并谈了作为新教师在工作中遇到的疑惑、困难，老师们谈到了当前在班级管理、课堂驾驭、教学组织存在的不足与问题。然后各位指导教师分别进行发言，大家都肯定新教师们的虚心好学和巨大进步，同时也对教学中遇到的问题提出了自己的经验和办法。 教科室同时也对新教师们提出了要求:一、学课标、钻教材、做考题，要明确教什么; 6 多听课、多反思、多参赛，要知道怎么教。二、要摆正心态、放好姿态、虚心学习、敢于承担、成就自己。也对指导教师辛勤的付出表示感谢。德育处涂主任谈到教师的成长中前三年是至为关键的，新教师一定要多学多问提高自己，同时涂主任还就作为班主任提出了对新教师的一些忠告和建议。最后，刘校长对青蓝工程进行了总结与要求，提出了大家要发挥团队意识，新教师要有良好的心态要有积极向上的态度，不断学习，而指导教师要发挥优秀教师的示范引领作用。 青年教师是学校教师队伍的重要组成部分，学校十分重视对新教师的培养，为新教师尽可能多的提供学习和发展机会，并为他们的专业成长搭建互动的交流平台。为了检验和提高新教师的教学水平，进一步夯实新教师教育教学基本功，学习和掌握现代教学设备、教学理念、教学手段，加强新教师对课堂教学模式的探讨，根据学校青蓝工程工作安排，学校于第17周开展新教师汇报课活动，使他们的潜能和创造力得到进一步发挥，促使新教师尽快成长、成才、成名。 本次汇报课上课新教师涉及语文、思想品德、体育三个教研组，学校本期新进三名新教师在指导老师和各教研组教师的帮助下，认真备课、精心准备面对全校教师展示了一堂堂精彩的汇报课。 学校杜校长、陈书记、刘校长、教科室和教研组深入课堂听课，并对新教师提出建议和要求，希望新教师能够刻苦努力，勤奋钻研，缩短适应期和成熟期，早日在教育教学上担当重任。 5:白市驿一中积极组织参加教师素质大赛,展示青年教师真风采 为了深入贯彻党的十八大精神，努力办好人民满意的教育，进一步加强全区教师队伍建设，促进青年教师成长，在区教育的领导和区进修学院的组下，全区从去年9月份开始开展了九龙杯青年教师素质大赛活动。举办青年教师素质大赛，旨在为广大青年教师搭建展示平台，提供交流机会，满足青年教师成长成才需求，发现和培养一批有发展潜力的青年人才，探索青年教师专业成长的途径和载体，努力打造一支师德修养好、人文素养高、专业能力强的优秀青年教师队伍。 大赛分三轮进行，依次为笔试、赛课和答辩。白市驿一中根据进修学院的安排，组织学校全体青年教师认真学习大赛安排，积极报名参加。刘小霞、吴裕华等11名青年教师踊跃参加了比赛的笔试初赛，最后刘小霞等5名教师成功进入了第二阶段的赛课阶段。进入赛课阶段竞争更加激烈，学校各教研组、备课组充分发挥团队合作力量，教研组备课组集体为参赛选手集体出谋划策、议课磨课。 最后在全体参赛教师的努力下，刘小霞老师获得了“九龙杯”青年教师素质大赛综合素质奖一等奖、赛课单项奖二等奖。吴裕华、罗德先、陈龙一、廖胜萍老师分获三等奖。白市驿一中在比赛中积极组织认真实施喜获学校组织奖。学校在3月3日全体教职工大会上为获奖的全体选手举行了颁奖仪式，对获奖教师进行了隆重表彰。 通过本次素质大赛很好的实现了以赛促教、以赛促学，加速了青年教师们的成长、提高了青年教师的素质。 日期:2013年9月17日 为了推动我校“修远行动，教师阅读计划”的深入开展，根据九龙坡区教委〔2013〕7号文件安排，在全校开展教师阅读及交流活动，我校于9月9日进行了修远行动教师阅读计划的启动仪式，仪式上学校安排了教师阅读计划有关工作。 一、明确教师必读书目 1(苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》 2(朱永新的《新教育》 3(李镇西的《爱心与教育》 4(黑柳彻子的《窗边的小豆豆》 5(雷夫?艾斯奎斯的《第56号教室的奇迹》 二、教师阅读计划的具体安排 1、根据教委要求学校于9月份分批购买书籍发给教师。 2、每位教师认真阅读五本必读书籍，采用教师自主阅读和教研组、备课组集体阅读形式。 3、各教研组在教师阅读过程中应积极组织多种形式的读书交流活动，每个教研组每期至少组织一次集体读书交流活动。读书交流活动必须有计划安排、中心发言人及发言稿件、会议记录，教师记录在继续教育记录册的校本培训中学习与反思部分。每次计入继续教育学分1学分。 4、每位教师在阅读结束后至少完成一篇读书心得，教师记录在继续教育记录册的校本培训中学习与反思部分，字数在1000—2000字，计入继续教育学分0.5学分。各教研组至少推荐3篇组内优秀读书心得参加学校评比，并请将参加评比的读书心得的电子文档于11月1日前上传教科室。 5、学校将对读书心得进行展评，定于第十周开展校园读书交流会，并评选出2篇优秀读书心得参加全区的展评，读书心得撰稿教师将代表我校参加九龙教育阅读大讲堂的演讲、答辩。 版块三--2:白市驿一中--开驿站讲坛,展示教师风采 来源:白市驿一中 作者:冯波 日期:2013年12月3日 白市驿一中为了给广大教师以展示的舞台、发展的平台，专门开设了“驿站讲坛”让老师能交流学习心得、分享教学经验、畅谈理想生活。通过驿站讲坛让更多的教师为大家所了解，以讲坛促教师的专业成长，拓宽教师的知识视野，共享教育的成果经验。 在12月2日下午，学校的三位教师与全校教师一起分享了近期学习的心得，首先是参加全区骨干备课组长培训远赴上海、杭州学习的卢移老师，介绍了赴上海、杭州学习的情况，卢移老师分别从听名师讲坛、访学名校、学习名师以及感悟自身四个方面向大家详细的介绍了参加学习培训的情况。通过卢移老师的介绍让全体教师感受了教育大家们丰富的教育思想和深邃的教学智慧，让大家领略了沪杭地区各个名校优美的校园环境、先进的设施设备和深厚的文化内涵，让大家了解了全国名师们各具特色的教学风格、先进的教育理念、高超的教学技巧。最后卢移老师通过学习也进行了反思感悟，谈到学校、教师要有特色、有个性，同时也谈到我们未来能确定的只有“不确定”，而应对的办法只有:终生学习、终生发展、终生适应。 然后，驿站讲坛进行了“修远计划?教师阅读”的读书交流活动，两位在读书心得评比中获得一等奖的教师进行了读书心得的交流活动。陈龙一老师对《教学勇气—漫步教师 8 心灵》一书进行了介绍和解读，也谈到了自己的感悟。陈龙一老师谈到教师要先认识自我，再谈教学。能够解读他人的心灵是一种能力，而能够解读自己的心灵不仅是一种能力，更是一种领悟力。老师的成就，就在于育人成材，不要在乎树荫是否是为自己“遮风挡雨”。“赠人玫瑰，手留余香”不要吝啬“赠予”，在“赠予”的同时，你已悄悄收获。 最后陈容老师进行了《窗边的小豆豆》感受交流，陈容老师谈到巴学园是几十年前出现在日本的学校，但是小林校长那种耐心、关爱、尊重、民主、平等、人性化的教育思想，就像一颗璀璨的明珠，在今天仍然闪烁着耀眼的光芒。一个善于教育孩子的教师、校长，会善于运用欣赏的眼睛发现孩子的每一个值得肯定的地方，用充分的尊重、激励的语言与足够的耐心让孩子感受到被承认的愉悦。 驿站讲坛让全校教师分享了丰富而充实的精神大餐，帮助教师扩充知识结构，提升文化素养。今后学校还将邀请有教育经验的专家，有课堂经验的教师，有生活经验的家长，甚至学生走进驿站讲坛让全体师生能得到充实与提升、进步与发展。 版块三--3:白市驿一中开展“驿站讲坛之浸润书香教师读书推介会” 来源:白市驿一中 作者:冯波 日期:2014年4月24日 读书，打造教师专业底气。”为了推动学校“修远行动?教师阅读计划”的深入开展，在全校开展教师阅读及交流活动。为了提高全体教师的业务素养，积淀丰富的教学方法和教学经验，推进修远行动的深入开展，在“世界读书日”来临之际，2014年4月22日，白市驿一中学召开了“驿站讲坛之浸润书香教师读书推介会”。 自修远行动开展以来学校始终扎实开展教师阅读活动，活动围绕“七个一”来开展:一是教师坚持每天有一个小时的读书时间;二是精读一本必读书目，通读选读书目;三是每位教师摘录一本读书笔记;四是每位教师结合自己的工作实际，撰写一篇以上;五是每月举办了一次读书心得交流推荐会;六是评选一批学校的“书香教师”;七是编印好一本教师读书心得体会汇编。 为开展好读书推介活动，前期每位老师利用工作之余广泛读书，把认为好的书在教研组内进行推介，并写出简短的推介词;第二阶段举行推介好书的驿站讲坛。要求每个教研组各推出一名老师上台为大家作读书推介的演讲。 本期“驿站讲坛”读书推介会由数学教研组程庆老师和语文教研组左双双两位老师主讲。首先，程庆老师为大家深入解读了朱永新老师的《新教育》一书，程老师谈到新教育是“新”教育、是“心”教育、是“行”教育、是“幸”教育、是“星”教育、是“信”教育。最后提出号召，我们要相信种子，相信岁月。如果说种子意味着希望、愿景，那么岁月就是坚守，就是意志。 左双双老师为大家介绍的是李镇西老师的《爱心与教育》一书，左老师在读书推介中结合了自已作为一位老师同时也是一位年轻妈妈的经历为大家谈了读书的心得，左老师谈到了爱学生爱孩子，就必须善于走进学生的情感世界。而要走进学生的情感世界，首先就必须把自己当作学生的朋友，去感受他们的喜怒哀乐。 最后，杜校长对教师读书推介进行了精彩的点评，并对全体教师提出了要求，希望教师做创建书香校园的先行者。 通过开展读书推介活动，促进了广大教师与书本为伴，与经典为友，与同伴对话，既陶冶了思想又厚重了积淀，提升了自我，又唤起了共鸣。我们相信，该活动的持续开展，一定会促进教师理论素养的不断提升，专业智慧的不断积累，而构建一支知识广博、业务精湛、积淀深厚、精神高尚的教师队伍也将会近在咫尺。我们将在阅读中感悟，在感悟中前行，在前行中收获一个书香沐浴后澄澈的心灵。让读书成为习惯，让心灵沐浴书香。 版块三--4:快乐的“牛”--白市驿一中《身边的好老师》先进事迹演讲材料 9 演讲人:白市驿一中 刘荣 来源: 白市驿一中 日期: 2014年4月22日 尊敬的各位领导、老师们:大家，上午好～ 今天，我能站在这里，深感荣幸，又诚惶诚恐。和身边许许多多的老师一样，我是一个平凡的人，既没有惊天动地的事迹，也没有轰轰烈烈的壮举。 鲁迅先生诗曰:“横眉冷对千夫指，俯首甘为孺子牛”，牛，默默无闻，踏实肯干，平凡快乐。我甘愿做一头这样的“牛”。 一、“牛”之踏实肯干 我每天习惯早上七点到校，中午总有学生来问数学题，几乎得不到休息，下午六点左右才离校。早出晚归，成了我生活的主旋律。即使担任中干以后，仍长期教两个班的数学。本学期初，初二年级的郭老师生病了，二、1班的数学课没人上，学校在多方努力，仍找不到老师代课的情况下，征求我的意见，问我:“你也刚生完病，三个班的数学教学，身体吃得消吗,”的确，开学第一周，我一直感冒，咳嗽、声音嘶哑，上两个班的课已经很吃力，何况三个班。想到一个又一个家长焦急的眼神，孩子们渴望知识的目光，我来不及细想，爽快答道:“我喜欢这些孩子，只要人还在，人不倒，我就会站在讲台上。”咳嗽，停下来喝口水;声音涩了，边吃药边坚持。大家开玩笑说:“你真是一头累不倒的牛。” 二、“牛”之舔犊情深 一位教育家说过:“没有爱，便没有教育。”的确，爱是人类永恒的主题，更是浇灌心灵的甘泉。我爱自己孩子，更爱一届又一届的学生，每天忙于教学，辅导学生，百问不厌，诲人不倦。所以同学们都喜欢上我的数学课。 “喊破嗓子，不如做出样子”。我要求学生努力学习时，我首先做到了忘我工作、刻苦钻研;我教育学生热爱劳动时，我没有指手划脚、拈轻怕重，而是和学生一起劳动、任劳任怨;我叮嘱学生遵守纪律时，我首先做到了严于律己、遵守校纪校规„„一个学生在作文中这样写道:“看着刘老师那么认真，那么耐心，那么细心，那么关爱我们，我们没理由不认真学好数学”。有一次，我表扬一个学生，他这样回答我:“我是跟你学的”。这句话震撼着我的心灵，我感觉到无比的欣慰与自豪。因为我从学生们的身上看到了自己的影子，同时也验证了“言传身教、身行一例、胜似千言”的至理名言。真爱如雨，润物无声，育人无痕。 忙完学校的工作，回家后几乎都是倒头便睡，根本没时间顾及自己的孩子，难免引起女儿的埋怨，自己总觉得有愧于孩子。要知道，她既是我的孩子，也是我的学生啊～在这一点上，我没有做到公平，把更多的关爱给了其他学生。二十多年来，我把自己融入到教育事业中，融入到我所喜爱的孩子们中间，一拨又一拨孩子的茁壮成长，让我感到了教育的幸福。 三、“牛”之团队精神 动物世界里，一群野牛要想在大自然中生存下来，必须与老虎、狮子、鳄鱼等天敌战斗，靠的就是团队合作。又如NBA比赛，再强的科比没有队友的配合，湖人王朝也有崩塌的一天。“众人拾柴火焰高”，作为年级主任，我深知团队的重要性:我一方面密切配合德育处、教导处，完成学校方方面面的工作，一方面深入到年级、班级、学生之中，强化团队意识，打造小组团队、班级团队、年级团队，让科任教师、班主任时刻融入到整个团队之中，取长补短，狠抓年级教学质量，在共同体组织的考试中，我所在的2015级各学科发展均衡，以致总成绩名列前茅。 四、“牛”之追求进取 再强壮的牛，如果不吃新鲜肥嫩的青草，也会瘦弱下来，难当重任。“教学是一门艺术，是一门始终带着遗憾的艺术，为了不留遗憾，只有不懈追求了。”为了充实自己，我 10 版块四--1:白市驿第一中学班主任师徒结对方案 来源(作者):白市驿第一中学 日期:2011年10月26日 为了培养更多的班主任教师，优化班主任教师结构，提高学校班主任教师整体管理水平，确保我校教育教学质量稳步提高、长盛不衰，学校决定未担任班主任的教师和班主任经历未满三年的班主任与学校优秀班主任教师实行师徒结对活动。经学校德育处研究制订本方案。 一、具体要求 凡班主任经历未满三年和未担任班主任的教师，都必须确定自己的班主任指导教师，德育处根据各位新班主任教师的意向及其实际情况，为其确定指导教师。师徒关系一旦确定，非特殊理由，不得变更，导师一旦与徒弟确立师徒关系，必须认真履行职责，担当起指导徒弟的责任，经过一个轮次(三年)的指导与学习，徒弟必须练就扎实班主任的基本功，具有较高的班主任管理水平，成为白市一中合格的班主任教师，以适应学校班主任工作的需要和要求。 二、导师人选 导师必须具备教育教学作风严谨、工作踏实负责，具有较强事业心和有较丰富的班主任经验的优秀班主任教师，由德育处直接聘任。 三、导师职责 1、导思想。热情关心学徒的思想进步，勉励他们热爱教育事业，热爱学校，热爱学生。导师应在思想作风、师德规范上做出表率。 2、带业务。导师应主动热情无私地传授教育经验;对班级管理经常给予具体指导;对班级管理中的的疑难问题积极与学徒开展讨论，并善于挖掘学徒的长处，鼓励他们在班级管理工作中改革、创新。 3、传作风。要言传身教。引导他们严于执教、勤于学习、勤于工作，做到工作实、作风实、管理效果实，逐步使学徒确立起“爱生、敬业、善诱、严谨、”的班主任管理理念。 11 论文摘要:在新课程改革形势下，班主任要转变思想观念，加强班级小组建设，发扬小组合作学习精神，互帮互学，全面提高班级的教学质量，把学生培养成全面发展的新型 12 人才。 关键词:小组管理，合作学习，共同进步 一、小组自律，心灵相通 “俗话说“一个篱笆三个桩，一个好汉三个帮”，搞好班级管理得讲集体意识。如果说一个班是一艘船的话，那么班主任只能充当舵手的角色，他不可能将船上的所有角色都一一代劳。因此，班主任的首要任务是群策群力，充分调动学生积极参与班级管理的意识，发挥学生的主观能动作用。只有“班兴我荣，班衰我耻”的观念深入到每个学生的心里，才会出现“我为班上献计策，我为班上添砖瓦”的动人景象。 首先，各小组在组长的带领下写出自己的优缺点、兴趣和要求等，在此基础上结合本组成员的特征，各成员先自拟组规，然后综合意见，最后投票表决形成心心相通的组规。 小组各个成员各有分工，每日与值日的同学保持联系，及时发现小组存在的问题，并制定相应的解决办法，及时通知有关同学予以纠正，并每周一次向全班同学做工作汇报，总结一周的最佳小组成员并给与奖励，有待提高的小组成员并提出相应的建议和要求，进一步调动每一个小组成员的积极性，齐心协力，使班级的各项常规管理正常化、制度化，使全组每一位同学都充分意识到自己作为小组一员的重要作用，自觉为小组争取荣誉，做到自觉自律。 二、小组合作，课堂比拼 由于有了自己默认的组规、组训和小组口号，小组各成员心心相通，紧密团结，形成了很好的小组团队意识;笔者在此基础上趁热打铁，实行了每节课的课堂大比拼制定。在教室的正前方，笔者利用张贴栏设计了擂台赛的简单、快捷方式，课堂上各小组获胜一次就前进一步，一步代表一分，下课前看哪个小组在登顶的上方哪个小组就是获胜方。 我们的比拼具体制定是: 1、各小组在组长的带领下做好充分的课前准备可以前进一步。课前准备是上好一节课的重要保证，至少会给上课的老师一种愉悦感。 2、听写速度前三位可以前进一步。这样大大减轻了老师们头疼的听写问题，因为各小组学生为了给自己小组加分，一定会课前做好充分的准备，即使稍稍有一点不熟都可能导致小组失利。因此也就自然有了良好的课前准备。 3、课堂答题时举手最快、最整齐并回答正确的小组可以前进一步。这就要求小组成员的互相合作，互相帮助，全员共同进步。A层学生一定要帮助C层学生，C层学生一定要使足干劲全力以赴学习，这样非常利于全班学生的整体发展。 4、鼓励学生纠错，纠对一次错为本组赢得前进一步的权利。这样非常有利于培养学生上课认真倾听的习惯，老师们都知道，许多学生之所以成绩不理想，并不是因为他们不聪明，而是他们不认真听课。学生纠错的形式既关注了学生上课的注意力，又充分调动了学生学习知识的高度热情，很容易就把一堂课推到了高潮。让学生在不知不觉中就过完了一堂课，意犹未尽。学生学习的兴趣自然就高，学生有了学习的兴趣，还愁学生学不好, 5、合作探究时哪个小组探究最认真、探讨结论最有深度，小组成员发表自己的见解最积极可以为小组再走一步。当然，这个环节的处理要非常灵活，因为笔者认为，作为教师，我们深知自己的任何一个评论都可能影响学生对该科的学习，甚至影响她的一生;所以，我们最好都以鼓励学生、赞美学生的每一个闪光点为主。让学生感觉到老师给他的爱和肯定，让他们好学、乐学、善学。 三、小组管理，课后协作 笔者认为，作为教师，在学生整个的课后学习过程中，要善于、并敢于把机会让给学生。不要凡事亲力亲为，我们要充分相信学生的能力，尊重学生的见解，以此激发学生的 13 兴趣。他们自己心甘情愿做的事，远远胜于老师逼着做做得好。 1、课后背诵作业 笔者作为英语教师，深深懂得如果我们天天缠着学生背诵，那将是多么庞大的工程，既费学生的时间又浪费教师本人的时间和精力，又有可能影响学生其它科的学习，效果还不一定很好。因此，笔者完全相信学生，让他们充当小老师，监督各个小组成员完成背诵任务。这样做不但锻炼了学生的小组管理能力，还在学生倾听其他人背诵时练习了自己的听力和知识的熟练度，学生何乐不为, 2、课后听写 作为英语和语文教师都知道，这两科都会有听写问题;如果老师每天自己亲自管，必然会碰到有学生费很多时间也不会写的情况;但是，如果我们相信学生，让学生自己管理小组成员，并配有小组加减分制度，这样学生可以很好利用短暂时间完成任务，并让他们感受到老师对他们的尊重、信任、友善和理解。管理者会感到无比的自豪，而被管理者也会减少恐惧感，完成任务更容易。 3、课后预习 新的一轮课改中，强调生本教育，强调小组合作，也强调了学生利用导学案预习。但我们未必有时间亲自检查学生的预习情况;这就要求我们要相信学生，放手给学习小组长，小组长再根据小组成员的各科情况做不同的安排;让每个人都有事做。 四、小组排队，两操整齐 众所周知，学生出操都是以传统的男女生以高矮次序站队;但笔者的班级执行了小组自主管理，小组的6个人以高矮次序站在一起，以便考核管理。铃声一响，笔者班级的学生就有序的以两列纵队形式快速进入操场，并像钉子一样站好，小组长管理好自己的组员，如果出现讲话、不整齐等被扣班级管理分的现象，就责任到小组，扣小组分，小组长再责任到个人，扣个人操行分。有了这样的制度，笔者班级学生无论是站立或是跑步都以军人的风范要求自己，力争做到最好，两操情况很好。 在新世纪之初，能投身于这样一次具有挑战性的教育改革大潮，可以说是一种机遇、一种幸运、更是一种挑战。在新课程的实施中，我们应该摆正自己的位置，密切联系学生的生活世界，认真地帮助学生确立能够达成的目标，激励学生完成富有挑战性的任务，帮助学生发现知识的个人意义，引导学生创设融洽和谐的学习氛围、切实地落实自主学习、合作学习、探究学习。把“为了每一个学生的发展”逐步变为现实。与学生一起在实践中学习，在反思中提高与新课程一起成长～ 为贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》、《重庆市中长期城乡教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》精神，深入推进素质教育，全面提高教育质量，切实减轻义务教育阶段学生过重课业负担(以下简称“减负”)，促进学生生动活泼学习，健康快乐成长，为学生终身学习与发展奠定基础，办人民满意的教育，特制定白市驿一中减轻 14 学生过重课业负担深入推进素质教育十项规定 一、严格执行课程计划。学校严格执行《重庆市义务教育课程计划》，开齐课程，上足课时。每周开设4节体育课，合理安排大课间体育活动，保证学生在校期间体育锻炼时间每天不少于1小时。每周安排1节写字课;每周安排音乐、美术课共3节;综合实践活动课按课程计划上足课时。任何教师必须严格按教学计划组织教学，不得提前结束新课。 二、控制学生在校学习时间。学生上午上课时间8:00。学生下午上课时间14:30。严禁教师“拖堂”或采取其他方式挤占学生课间休息时间。不组织学生上早自习、午自习。住校生每天晚自习时间18:30—20:00，由值班行政负责纪律秩序。保证学生不少于9小时的睡眠时间。 三、提高课堂效率，严禁违规补课。教师要进一步转变教学观念，加强教学研究，倡导启发式、讨论式教学，鼓励学生自主学习、合作学习、探究学习，确保学生在课堂内达成学习目标，提高课堂教学效率。学校不占用节假日和休息时间组织或者变相组织学生集体补课，不将校舍、设施设备等租(借)给社会机构和个人举办各类补习班、培训班，严禁在职教职工举办或者参与学生有偿补习活动，严禁组织、介绍、强迫或变相强迫学生参加有偿补习活动。 四、合理布置与指导学生作业。每天课外作业总量原则上控制在1.5小时以内。教师必须切实履行自主设计作业、合理布置作业、批改作业及反馈指导的职责，优化作业内容，创新作业形式，提倡布置口头性、差异性作业，注重作业的实践性、探究性。教师不得布置大量机械重复的作业，不得布置午间作业，不得以任何理由惩罚学生做作业。各年级的政治、历史、地理、生物原则上不布置课外作业或家庭作业。 五、控制学生考试次数和难度。各年级只组织期中、期末考试(考查)，由学校或年级组织命题和实施。 六、保证学生参加课外活动和社会实践活动。学校配齐音乐、美术、科技、劳作、图书(阅览)及实验室等各种功能室的设施设备。加强实验、实作等课程内容的教学，教导处要适时督察。每天下午课后安排1节课外活动，德育处组织学生参加体育、艺术、科技、生活技能训练、礼仪训练等课外活动及社会实践活动，培养学生创新精神和实践能力，确保每位学生在义务教育阶段掌握两项体育技能、一项艺术特长，培养一项科技爱好。任何教师不得挤占学生参加课外活动和社会实践活动的时间。 七、规范学生教辅材料使用。各年级主要学科坚持“一教一辅”，其他学科一律不得使用教辅材料。各教研组要积极开发校本辅导材料。严禁任何教师组织学生统一购买教辅材料。 八、加强学生竞赛活动管理。各学科只能组织学生参加教育行政主管部门审批同意的竞赛活动。学生参加各类竞赛、考级的成绩，不作为入学、分班和评优评先的依据。 九、坚持素质教育评价导向。学校不以任何形式公布学生的考试成绩，不按考试成绩对学生排名。不以升学率、学科考试成绩作为评价教师和学生的唯一标准。建立健全以素质教育为导向的学校质量标准、以发展为导向的教师能力标准、以“学习、实践、创新和主动适应社会”为导向的学生能力标准，建立和完善学校自律、教育部门监管、家长和社会参与的质量评估体系。学生学业成绩采取“等级+综合素质”评价。 十、强化督导与责任追究。学校建立“减负”责任制，建立“减负”投诉、督查和责任追究制。对违反“减负”规定的教师予以批评教育，责令整改;情节严重的，当年评优评先、晋职晋级一票否决，责任人年度考核定为不合格。 版块五--2:白市驿一中认真落实开展课程辅助活动 来源:白市驿一中教科室 作者:徐娜 日期:2013年3月14日 课程辅助活动领导小组由校长任组长，严格规定任课教师不得挤占课程辅助活动时间，不得将课程辅助活动作为文化学科辅导课、作业课。为不断丰富课程辅助活动内容，特做如下规定:体育老师以开展球类、田径、体操等为主要内容的阳光体育活动。 语文老师以文艺欣赏阅读、播音主持为主要内容的文化艺术活动。 音乐老师以琴、歌、舞等为主要内容的文化艺术活动; 美术老师以书、画等为主要内容的文化艺术活动; 理化生地教师根据自己的实际情况安排课程辅助活动。 科技老师以科技小制作、小发明、科普讲座、科学考察、科技竞赛等为主要内容的社会实践活动等; 我校在以体育、艺术、科技为突破口，整合兴趣小组活动、课外活动、社团活动等，根据学生兴趣爱好，采取学生自主选课、校内外相结合、集中与分散相结合等多种形式开展课程辅助活动，增强课程辅助活动对学生的吸引力，丰富校园文化生活，活跃学生身心，培养学生动手、动脑、实践操作能力。 2月24日返校时，由德育处组织初一、初二全体学生填写课程辅助活动志愿表。每位学生可以根据自己的兴趣爱好，选择自己喜欢的活动，每人可以选择五项活动，本着以第一志愿为主的原则，为学生安排课程辅助活动。在学校为学生设计的41项课程辅助活动中，经过学生的自愿选择将有32个项目开展活动。 3月14日，同学们期盼已久的课程辅助活动终于开始了。 整合学校各类“课外教育活动、社团活动、德育活动、实践活动、2+2项目”，将学 16 生“素质培养、艺术培养、特长培养”纳入规划课时，形成教学常态;通过课辅活动的有效实施，促使学生广泛获取知识技能、兴趣特长，切实贯彻落实素质教育;建构有计划、有针对、有目标的学生特长培养体系，通过多种课辅组织形式与方法，逐步打造学校特长培养师生团队，促进特色发展。 二、活动理念 奠基阳光人生，共建成长驿站。让学生人人参与课外活动，让学生人人拥有快乐的心情，让学生人人拥有健康的身体。 三、实施原则 1、坚持教育性、艺术性、健身性、趣味性原则。课外活动要坚持育人的宗旨，遵循教育规律和学生身心发展的特点，寓学于乐、寓练于乐、寓艺于乐。 2、坚持全面性原则。课外活动要与日常教育教学工作有机结合，与新课程改革相结合。课外活动的内容与形式要丰富多彩，能够满足不同特长，不同兴趣、不同层次学生发展需要，促进学生的身体素质、心理素质和审美素质的全面提高，并形成在普及与提高的基础上良性发展的局面。 1、保证学生的休息和睡眠时间，开齐开足各种课程，每天安排课间操或大课间活动，进行丰富的文化活动。 2、教研组于第1、2周进行课辅活动的讨论，于第3周上报课辅活动项目，每教研组七年级和八年级至少各上报四项课辅活动，鼓励各组多报，学生根据上报课程选填志愿。第四周公开课辅活动安排，并对参加课辅教师进行培训。课辅活动集中安排在每学期的6—9周和12—15周进行。 3、各课辅活动小组于第16周、17周进行课辅活动的展示。 五、活动地点 教室、多功能室、操场、乒乓室、舞蹈室、科技室、阅览室、实验室、音乐室、美术室。 六、活动形式 活动形式分为集体活动和分组活动两种。集体活动是指全校或全年级的集中活动。其特点是规模大、人数多、地点集中，活动时间、内容便于统一安排，能够做到统一领导，督促检查，相互促进。分组活动是指以班级、兴趣小组等为单位活动。分组活动规模小、人数少，地点可以分散，方式灵活，便于组织和区别不同情况，并能发挥骨干的作用，为上级各类竞赛输送特长人才。 七、活动内容 文艺类:建立学生合唱团、舞蹈队、电子琴、葫芦丝等兴趣小组;美术类开设了书法、 17 素描、儿童画、国画等兴趣小组。主要由音乐、美术老师负责培训指导并组织比赛或展示。 语言类:开展中文或英文的诗歌朗颂会、口语交际、演讲会故事会、创新作文、课本剧话剧表演等活动。主要由语文、英语老师负责培训指导并组织比赛或展示。 年级主任:与课外活动课辅导老师一起商议安排年级活动内容及场地，做好协调和考评工作。 班主任:支持、协助活动课教师的工作，搞好学生的组织管理。 3、具体要求 (1)统一思想，提高认识。充分认识开展学生课外活动的重要性，把开展这项活动作为全面贯彻党的教育方针、推进素质教育、活跃学生课余生活、培养学生健康生活方式的一个重要组成部分，落实到实处，取得实效。 为了深入推进实施我区的“家长教育行动计划”，我校作为西部唯一的一所试点初中学校，继成立各级家委会、邀请家庭教育专家到校进行专题讲座、“千名教师访万家”活动和初三毕业年级家长学生共照毕业照等一系列活动之后，于2014年3月30日再次邀请心理教育专家胡玲老师到校，为我校的近五百名家长开展教育活动。 活动当天，家长们早早来到会场，阴霾的天气阻挡不了家长们关注孩子教育的热情，在舒缓、安静的钢琴曲中，本次教育活动拉开了序幕。 首先，我校杜才友校长向到场的家长表达了谢意，介绍了我区开展“家庭教育行动计划”活动的背景和目前的推动情况，并期待我们的家长朋友们能在这一系列的家长教育活动中有所收获并能付诸行动。最后，杜校长与我们的家长朋友们分享说:“每一株花都有它的花期，让我们共同静待花开”。 接下来，胡玲老师借用杜校长的讲话，跟家长们分享了她的第一个观点:“教育是等待，是陪伴”，并以此开始了她当天的家长教育体验活动。胡老师通过讲述“园丁栽种葡萄藤”的故事，告诉家长们“让孩子成为最优秀的自己，而不是家长、别人眼中最优秀的他”;通过讲述自己的成长故事，告诉家长朋友们“要给予孩子充分的认可和肯定，并学会‘假定’，认为自己的孩子就是最优秀的孩子”;通过每班一名家长代表参与“撕窗花”的体验活动和分享感受，告诉家长们“教育就是细节，教育就是体验，任何语言是无力的”;通过家长们观看孩子们的十个情景剧，分享感受，告诉家长们“孩子的价值观和人生观是在家庭中形成的”。尽管天空飘起了绵绵细雨，操场上撑起五颜六色的伞花，但更多的家长安静地坐在细雨中，没有一位家长提前离场，没有一位家长抱怨，春雨打湿了他们的头发和衣服，却浇灭不了家长们对于孩子教育的热情和渴望。在孩子们精彩的表演和胡老师经典的分析之后，上午的培训活动顺利完成。 下午一点钟，我们的体验活动继续进行。雨越下越大，我们不得不将会场转移到我校的学术报告厅里。家长们有的站在教室后，有的坐在过道上，大家挤在一起，全身心地参与到胡老师的教育体验活动中。下午的活动，胡老师以“所有的期待都会成为现实”作为开场白，然后带领家长们参与了一系列的体验活动。“撕年轮”的体验，让家长明白，真正能陪伴孩子长大的时间并不多，在最后的时间里，改变自己，做到“无条件接纳、无条件关注、无条件爱”，安心地陪伴孩子长大。通过“束缚”孩子的游戏和参与体验的家长孩子的分享，让大家明白，作为家长，如果给孩子太多的要求和压力，只会将孩子紧紧地束缚和禁锢起来，最终只会让孩子想要反抗和挣脱束缚，我们应当像阳春三月放风筝一样，让孩子尽情地飞，飞的越高 家长越荣耀，但别忘了，风筝线还在父母的手中攥着。通过夫妻换鞋穿的体验，让家长明白，不能给孩子太多不切合实际的要求，别给孩子太高的触不到的目标，参与体验的家长也分享说“适合自己的才是最好的”，我们要努力给孩子适合他的。最后，胡老师带领大家在安静舒缓的音乐中做了十分钟的冥想，告诉家长们在孩子的教育上不能操之过急，更应该以静制动。最后，杜校长对当天六个多小时的体验活动 20 为进一步落实素质课堂改革，丰富校园文化生活，推进品质课堂建设，为引导理化生学科专业知识及技术应用，培养创新意识及团队精神，提高综合实验设计、分析和理化生实验操作技能，提高学生的动手能力和实践技能、增强学生的科学素养，促进学校良好学风的建设，营造浓厚的学习氛围，白市驿一中在4月11日举行了第三届“小小科学家”实验技能大赛，本次活动的主题是:阳光人生，助力成长，挑战自我，创意科学。 本次比赛在学校教科室和理化生教研组的共同组织下有序进行，比赛共分为初赛、培训、决赛三个部分。在3月初理化生教研组就进行了实验技能大赛的工作布置，在全体理化生教师的组织下在全校各班进行初赛选拔，全体学生积极参与，各班积极配合。经过初赛选拔产生了120名参赛选手、84名学生评委。各理化生教师积极组织了对参赛选手和学生评委的培训，认真准备了决赛的实验项目和具体评分细则。 实验技能大赛决赛于4月11日中午在学校足球场进行，决赛分为实验操作和理论测试两部分。在评分上也创新的设置了学生评委对选手的实验操作过程进行评分，再由教师评委对实验结果进行评价。在决赛中还得到了进修学院化学教研员李平老师、生物教研员易剑利老师莅临现场对比赛工作进行指导，同时学校还邀请了部分学生家长到校观看学生的实验比赛。
