Operator: Hello! This is the Customer Service Center. What can I do
for you?
Customer: My friend sent me a parcel from Italy two weeks ago, but
I haven’t received it yet. I want to check it. Operator: Would you please tell me your shipment number? Customer:It’s EE056443889CN.
Operator: Hold on, please. I will check it for you.
……
Operator: Sorry to have kept your waiting. Your parcel has already
arrived in Beijing. It will be delivered to you soon. Customer:I see. Thank you. Bye -bye!

二、客户投诉
Operator: Hello! This is the Customer Service Center. Can I help
you?
Customer:I want to make a complai nt about the delay of your
delivery.
Operator: Can you tell me the details?
Customer:My business partner sent me a draft by EMS on March
th25 from Beijing, but I didn’t receive it until a week later,
which made our manager very angry.
Operator: Have you made an inquiry?
Customer: Yes. I was told that the mail had arrived in Shanghai the
day after it was sent, but there was no further information
from your system. I want to know why.
Operator: I will pass on your complaint to the related department

Customer: When can I expect a reply?
Operator:We will investigate it immediately and give you a reply as
soon as possible.
