Objectives of the Washington Metro system boils down to the following three points: by driving onto the tracks at the station transfer mode in order to alleviate traffic congestion; For those who will not or cannot drive the person with a better option than conventional public transit; Block highway 好学力行,明德任责 三、实习内容 2014年12月16日，我作为一名实习生进入了河南智策人力资源服务有限公司派遣部，从事相关的实习工作，主要工作有以下几个方面: (一)代理招聘 根据公司客户的招聘需求和要求，对招聘岗位进行深入分析，制定招聘方案，确定招聘的方式、方法以及招聘进程。而我主要做的有以下几个方面: 1.网上筛选简历 实习期间每天都会接收大量应聘者投递的简历(包括直接发到邮箱中的简历)。因此，筛选网上投递的简历也是一项关键重要的工作。主要是一些不是很关键重要的岗位，自己可以尝试着筛选。筛选简历的主要是根据岗位的职责和任职要求，例如相关工作经验、年龄、专业及其他关键因素，初步筛选出比较符合要求的，然后再进一步的甄选、面试。 2.电话预约面试 在通过第一轮的网上筛选简历后，接下来一项重要的工作就是电话预约求职者做进一步的面谈。符合岗位要求的应聘者的简历需先下载打印、整理，然后根据主管的要求进行电话预约进行下一步的面谈。在电话沟通中主要是简单介绍公司现状、工作要求、薪资待遇、面谈时间地点及乘车路线等基本情况。 3.接待应聘者者 每天来公司应聘面试的人都比较多，包括经过简历筛选后电话预约的、看到招聘信息直接过来的以及通过本公司员工推荐的。接待工作主要是问清来访者的来历，同时提供相应的应聘登记表与应聘者，有学历要求较高的岗位须提供初试测试题做简单测试，并指导其如何填写表格，需要茶水的及时提供。有些需要现场考试的岗位或是来用人部门复试的，要带其去相关部门安排考核或复试。 4.面试 对一些非重要的岗位进行初步的面谈，主要是简单了解应聘者的工作经历、主要工作技能、态度、心态及交流沟通等方面的信息。 (二)代办社保 urban traffic structure in the urban public transport system, rail traffic with a fast, large capacity, low pollution and high efficiency, become an indispensable part of urban traffic structure, is the contradiction between supply and demand of the growing metropolis, cities, effective means to meet the needs of urban traffic. Objectives of the Washington Metro system boils down to the following three points: by driving onto the tracks at the station transfer mode in order to alleviate traffic congestion; For those who will not or cannot drive the person with a better option than conventional public transit; Block highway 好学力行,明德任责 (7)将新入职者材料交予招聘主管和经理审批，有疑问的地方及时与相关部门沟通确认。 (8)经审批通过的及时录入本月人事报表新进员工名单中并在员工花名册中添加此人，然后在人事管理系统中将新入职者的基本信息和合同信息录入，完毕后将入职者的所有资料归档。 2.离职 (1)提出离职的员工，至人力资源部领取《辞职申请书》。 (2)经部门领导审批、签字同意后，收回《辞职申请书》并提供《离职交接表》与离职员工，简单交代其去各部门办理工作交接。 (3)待离职员工办理完毕上交《离职交接表》时，检查各项交接工作是否交接完毕，相关的各部门是否已签字确认，确认办理完全后，收回其工作证，签字确认。 (4)将离职人员资料交给经理审批，审批完成后录入本月人事报表离职员工名单中，并在员工花名册中将其删除，同时在人事管理系统中删除该离职人员信息，完成后将离职员工资料归档。 3.转正 (1)按合同约定转正时间到期的或申请提前转正的人员，至人力资源部领取《普通员工转正考核表》，并由本人写一份书面的转正申请书一并交至部门领导考核、审批。 (2)部门领导根据转正申请人在试用期内的工作表现，就《普通员工转正考核表》做出考评，并给予相关意见。 (3)经部门签字同意转正的人员将转正考核表和转正申请书交至人力资源部审批。 (4)检查上交的转正考核表及转正申请是否规范、完整，转正时间是否符合规定，部门意见是否明确，不符合或不清楚的则及时向领导请示，并与相关部门沟通确认。 (5)将符合转正的申请交予经理审批，经审批同意的录入本月人事报表转正人员名单中，并在人事管理系统中做相应的修改，完成后将转正人员的转正资料归档。 urban traffic structure in the urban public transport system, rail traffic with a fast, large capacity, low pollution and high efficiency, become an indispensable part of urban traffic structure, is the contradiction between supply and demand of the growing metropolis, cities, effective means to meet the needs of urban traffic.
