Then change the extension of the text file to bat and double-click to execute the OK.
How do I remove a print job that cannot be removed?
When the print task begins, the print task is saved in the print job list (also called print queue). If the printer has stopped printing because of unexpected pauses, the task is still in the print queue and is backed up in the print pool of the document. If you do not clear the task, the print task later will not execute.
Method 1: automatically clear the print queue
Open printer file.
Windows 98/Me/2000 operating system
Click "start", "Settings", "printer", and then click "start"". In the printer window, double-click the printer icon with the left mouse button.
Windows XP operating system
Click "start", "printer" and "Fax" in turn". In the printer and
fax window, double-click the printer icon with the left mouse button.
Click on printers and other hardware in the control panel, and click printers and faxes". In the printer and fax window, double-click the printer icon with the left mouse button.
In the window of the printer queue, click the printer tools menu.
If no pause print is selected, select it;

Method two: manually clear print queues

Double click the "Print Spooler" service option to open a new window.
Click the stop button in the status of service.
Click "start", "run", enter "spool" in the "run" window, click the "OK" button, and then open the "spool" folder;
In the spool folder, double-click to open the PRINTERS folder;
Delete all files in the 'PRINTERS' folder;
Go back to the Print Spooler property window, click the start button in the service status, and restart the print service.
Check the print queue to confirm that the print task has been cleared.
Windows NT operating system
Click "start", "Settings", "control panel", "service", "Spooler", and then click "start", "Settings", "Settings", "control" and "service"";
Click the stop button located on the right side of the service list;
When the service is stopped, wait for a few seconds, and Windows will clear all files;
Click the start button to restart the print pool service;
When the service restarts, click the "close" button to close the service window;
Click the "X" in the upper right corner to close the control panel.
