丽江大理香格里拉泸沽湖自助游攻略指南(血泪换来的教训) 丽江大理香格里拉泸沽湖自助游攻略指南(血泪换来的教训啊...) 此攻略将详述:饮食、穿衣、高原反应、购物等注意事项;路线和景点详情;交通详情等。 在呈上路线之前，无论如何得将血汗换来的经验教训分享一下。 首先是注意事项1、饮食。 云南小吃无比丰富，尤其到了丽江古城小吃一条街，还有酒吧咖啡吧之类的地方，象我这种吃货根本hold不住啊，但是，请大家千万悠着点，云南是非常会水土不服的地方。我是江苏人，去过北京河南山东安徽浙江香港海南韩国，从来没有水土不服过，但是到了云南，因为上吐下泻挂了两天水(PS:在当地报了两个小团，第一个团有近一半人拉肚子，第二个团有一半的人都挂过水...)。云南水质偏硬，特别容易引起拉肚子、上吐下泻之类的症状，所以肠胃弱的还是喝农夫山泉之类的矿泉水吧，想喝热水就把矿泉水倒壶里烧开。另提醒，美食很多，但不要贪食，再混上当地的水一喝，那绝壁是要上吐下泻的。 美食推荐:包浆豆腐，过桥米线，丽江粑粑，凉拌水性杨花，茉莉花炒蛋，纳西烤鱼。靠近忠义街的小小私房菜味道很不错。另，牦牛肉什么的都是浮云，hold住。 2、穿衣。 大理海拔2030，丽江海拔2400，泸沽湖海拔2600，香格里拉海拔3200。海拔越高，气温越低。我八月中上旬去的云南，在大理丽江泸沽湖，天气晴朗的话，白天长袖T恤(短袖开衫)长裤即可，但早晚必须加外套，温差很大，只要天不大亮就好冷，如果天下雨，一定记得披上外套。建议买个披肩，可以防寒防晒还可以当拍照道具。 如果你要去香格里拉，必须带上冲锋衣或者厚外套，我在香格里拉的穿衣如下:下穿棉毛裤和外裤，上穿吊带、长袖T恤、毛衣、外套、和冲锋衣，脖子上围着围巾(披肩)。就这样早上还是略有凉意。 如果你准备去苍山和玉龙雪山，一定要租件羽绒服穿。苍山下了索道后海拔3900，玉龙雪山貌似4000多，非常冷，租羽绒服30元，租吧，冻啥也别冻着胃，下山后跟我似的上吐下泻犯肠胃炎要挂两天水，而且高原上挂水需要挂三瓶，一挂就是4个小时哦～ 另外，大家千万别穿什么皮鞋啊高跟鞋的，简直就是自虐，不说爬山，就是古城你也走不了啊，古城里全部是石头路，不是故宫那种平稳的石板路，是高低不平，坑洼严重的石头路，皮鞋会磕破的，高跟鞋根本连着力点都找不着，crocs和凉拖也尽量别穿，因为一下雨路上的石头就很滑，容易摔跤，更重要的是，冷啊～～～ 3、高原反应。 高反的症状有头疼、想吐、眼睛睁不动犯困、流眼泪等等。一般人在大理丽江泸沽湖这样的海拔是几乎没有高反的，若有可通过吸氧得到缓解。但，香格里拉上高反的人较多，一定记得买氧气瓶(68元一瓶，别买便宜的，有假～)。进入香格里拉地界，看到藏民的村落时就可以吸一些氧，预防高反，注意是预防～晚上睡觉前再吸一些氧，就能睡安稳了，不然晚上特别容易醒。 吸氧时用罩子罩住口鼻，罩子上的排气孔朝下安放，鼻子吸氧，嘴巴呼气，一次吸氧时间应持续2到3秒，不要一秒不到就松手，那样是没用的，大概吸三到四下就可以了。r included in the County, with the right of abode overseas natural persons; (2) expand the scope of borrower type of occupation; (3) to apply for a loan for business borrowers, as well as the business unit controller or major shareholders. 2, the maximum loan amount (1) to cancel "a maximum loan amount of RMB 300,000" requirement; (2) both for personal consumption and business purposes, different methods were used to determine the loan amount. 3, the loan terms (1) the loan terms with borrowers and not more than 60 years of age; (2) lending operation, should be based on the borrower's production cycle and the anticipated income situation, scientifically and rationally determine the loan period. (H) loans to pay: defined the trustee payments and autonomous operational requirements for payment. 氧气瓶用完后踩扁扔掉，不然会有人回收去灌假气贩卖。另，氧气瓶是连火车安检都过不了的哦～～～ 4. 购物 讲到购物也是慢慢的血泪史啊。先讲银器，不要在大理买银器，但是其余东西可在大理买，很便宜，比丽江便宜的多。 我在丽江古城一家银器店买的手镯，要价15元一克，算下来要四百多元，我还价后整400，这样算下来，差不多12.8元一克，鹿鹿和慧琳在隔壁段银匠家一人买了一个手镯，开价12元一克，称重后还稍微换了个价。这里还没悲剧，悲剧的是到大理后，我和慧琳都挂水，鹿鹿一个人在大理古城逛了后又买了仨银器，人保证假一赔十，开价8元一克，她无比开心，直到最后一天我们要离开丽江返南京时再逛段银匠，老板看了一眼就说鹿鹿那镯子是假的，鹿鹿拿锉刀稍微一锉，里面果然是黄铜……后来我们老板说质监局抽查大理的银器，只有不到10家是正宗的，其余都有假。 一般情况下鉴别银器真假除了色泽啊质地这种虚的外，有两条不用动脑筋的规律:一看手镯内侧有没有刻店名，敢刻店名的一般都是真货;二看收据，真货收据上一般都会写清手镯重多少克，共多少钱，收银员的真实姓名。鹿鹿的那个假货收据上只写了手镯3只，没有重量，收银员就写了“寸师”，凡是姓寸的都可叫寸师啊，让你说不清。买银器推荐“段银匠”，丽江大研古城官院街1号，就在木府旁，老板人很实在，也不会乱开价，买到假的可以找他，他会报销机票。以上辨别真假的方法都是他告诉我们的。 接下来讲松茸，这也是悲剧史。干松茸开价一般是80元一两，还有更贵的。便宜的绝壁是假的。若你去泸沽湖，千万不要在走婚桥上买任何东西，松茸全是假的，瓜子全是坏的。卖东西的全是穿着破烂的小朋友，跟你说我们走了4个小时的山路过来的，买一点吧，东西还挺贵，你一同情，我就只能同情你了。朋友静静买了两家松茸都是假的，我买了一包瓜子根本不能吃……同团的一个姑娘在吃饭的店里买了140元的松茸，结果里面混了好多杂菌，不过她都是幸运的，至少里面还是有松茸的。最后我和慧琳是在段银匠老板娘的带领下去她家老乡那里买了点松茸……我还没敢多买，就买了2两…… 下面讲藏红花，如果你去香格里拉，到处能看到卖藏红花的，几乎都是假的。藏红花是按克买的，60元一克已经比较便宜了，反正其他地方我都没买，最后是和松茸一起，在段老板娘老乡店里买了100元的藏红花。 下面讲茶，云南最有名的茶当属滇红和普洱。滇红还好，稍有品茶经验的就能区分好坏，但是普洱是最难区分的，至少我辨别不出。我们三个买的茶也是段老板娘带我们去买的，忘了店名是什么了，开价1150的普洱，我们买了200元一饼，再有猫腻也过分不到哪里去，我尝过，这饼普洱没有入口的涩味，有回甘，晚上喝了也不亢奋，有安神的作用。 茶店老板娘悄悄说，我开这个价，你们敢还吗,哎我去…… 下面讲披肩，披肩也是老板娘带着去买的，话说我们逛了好多次段银匠，老板和老板娘跟我们好熟……我们买的披肩挂牌是100元3条，我们私下买的15元一条……所以大家可按这个价还…… 最后那个玉石我就不说了，因为实在不敢买……茶店老板娘稍微教了点我们辨别真假玉石的方法，但是我们还是没敢下手，所以我只能祝大家买到真货～ r included in the County, with the right of abode overseas natural persons; (2) expand the scope of borrower type of occupation; (3) to apply for a loan for business borrowers, as well as the business unit controller or major shareholders. 2, the maximum loan amount (1) to cancel "a maximum loan amount of RMB 300,000" requirement; (2) both for personal consumption and business purposes, different methods were used to determine the loan amount. 3, the loan terms (1) the loan terms with borrowers and not more than 60 years of age; (2) lending operation, should be based on the borrower's production cycle and the anticipated income situation, scientifically and rationally determine the loan period. (H) loans to pay: defined the trustee payments and autonomous operational requirements for payment. 5. 交通 火车:大理在丽江和昆明之间，若飞昆明，可以坐火车先去大理玩，再从大理坐火车去丽江玩，顺路。但是火车票一定要提前买，不然旺季根本买不到票，而且云南火车班次很少。我推荐大家坐火车，火车快，而且安全准时，而且便宜，大理丽江火车硬座34元。 汽车:云南十八怪有一怪是火车没有汽车快，我想不明白。丽江到大理火车2个小时，汽车要4个小时，怎么会快呢,有人说是因为汽车班次多，那我告诉你，来回大理丽江之间的汽车上午班次比较多，下午是一个小时一班，人爆多，车是路上人招手即停的，我们大理的客栈在洱海边，在大理去丽江的必经之路上，但是我们在大太阳下等了很久很久，就来了一班车，上面还只有一个位置，我们三个人根本上不去，再等一个小时说不定也上不去啊，万一下一班也没有三个位置呢,于是我遥控了远方能上网的闺蜜订了三张火车票，卧铺，一百多一张，好贵。 出租车:丽江都是面的(di)，青蓝色的，没有计价器，只能面谈。我们在丽江没有坐过面的，因为我们住古城，走路即可，在大理也没有坐过出租车，因为找不着，我晚上挂完水都凌晨12点多了，打黑车回客栈的，一般司机都不会漫天要价的，大理司机大多很实在。另外客栈老板都提供接送服务的，收钱比出租车便宜，老板忙的话会帮你叫车。 以上就是注意事项，接下来讲路线和行程。 我们三人直飞的丽江，来回机票3540元，若大家不去大理，可直飞丽江，比较方便。但是你有去大理的打算，那我推荐大家要么来时，要么去时从昆明走， 因为一来，飞昆明便宜，二来大理在丽江和昆明之间，这样就不用走回头路了。 Day1.直飞丽江，住宿丽江明溪别院。 因为在明溪我们共住4晚，所以客栈免费接机。很多客栈都这样，只要住3晚 ，就可免费接机，接机方便啊，直达客栈，不用再倒车。 到了之后就逛，逛嘛就是shopping，女人嘛，你懂的。 这里赞一个明溪别院，客栈条件很好，是我们住过的云南所有客栈中条件最好，环境最好的，服务小妹人都很好，见人就微笑问好，很温馨，客栈老板有好几个，有天我过生日，老板直到我晚上买了蛋糕吃才知道，还特意过来跟我道歉。 Day2. 丽江大研古镇，住宿明溪别院。 所谓大研古镇，其实就是普通意义上的丽江古城。丽江还有束河古镇和白沙古镇，但是一般情况下提到丽江古城，就是默认的大研古城。 这一天早饭是客栈提供的，有粥有米线，所以说要赞一个明溪，条件真不错。吃完早饭，晃到了帕帕面包，于是坐下来喝茶吃面包，逛了一圈去吃了三文鱼，艾玛我们涮三文鱼蘸辣椒酱啊真奢侈，再晃去木府玩了一圈，又晃到了我最爱的“岁月静好”家喝茶吃点心，他家的所有吃的喝的必须赞一个，老板特别用心，菜单虽然少，但是每样菜超级精致，而且很便宜～另，他家的萨摩耶叫达令，艾玛萌的我心肝肺都在颤抖。最后又晃去了“小小私房菜”吃了晚饭，赞下他家的凉拌水性杨花和茉莉花炒蛋，好好吃。so，这一天就是吃喝发呆…… 其实，如果丽江呆的时间长，可以利用一天去登玉龙雪山，我有些后悔没去。 Day3 大理-苍山-医院，住宿大理栖岸酒店 早上7:48的火车去大理，去火车站的车是明溪帮我们叫的，40元，云南跟我们这里有些时差，8月份的7点钟天还没怎么亮，最好笑的是丽江的火车站7点才开门，没错，r included in the County, with the right of abode overseas natural persons; (2) expand the scope of borrower type of occupation; (3) to apply for a loan for business borrowers, as well as the business unit controller or major shareholders. 2, the maximum loan amount (1) to cancel "a maximum loan amount of RMB 300,000" requirement; (2) both for personal consumption and business purposes, different methods were used to determine the loan amount. 3, the loan terms (1) the loan terms with borrowers and not more than 60 years of age; (2) lending operation, should be based on the borrower's production cycle and the anticipated income situation, scientifically and rationally determine the loan period. (H) loans to pay: defined the trustee payments and autonomous operational requirements for payment. 7点开门……多穿点衣服，要站在门口等的…… 到了大理，坐了8路公交到底站，然后客栈老板接我们。栖岸在洱海边，我们订的是露台海景房，很漂亮。吃过午饭后，老板送我们去了苍山，苍山和天龙八部影视城是捆绑销售的，散客通票252元，上索道前还要付苍山景区门票30元，加起来282元，贵疯了……售票口前有人低价兜售门票的，那些基本上都是真票，可以放心买，因为当地人买票是便宜的，还有一种办法就是提前在淘宝上买，只要200。 苍山大索道入口处海拔是2290m，中途还要换乘索道，到顶是大洗马潭站，海拔3900m，这一路腾云驾雾的，艾玛太刺激了(对了，索道4:30就关闭了，大家注意时间)。下了索道就在冷风中凌乱了，赶紧租了件羽绒服，但是我也是大傻叉，居然就这么前襟敞开着，以为没事的，等下了苍山到古城，胃就开始疼了，然后就吐啊吐，只能上医院了，害的大家古城也没逛，这一挂水就挂到凌晨12点，中途一边挂水一边吐。因为凌晨了，涂师傅实在没法来接我们，我们只好打了黑车回客栈，涂师傅一路上给我们打了好几个电话，就怕我们出事。 Day4. 医院-火车站-束河， 住宿束河“姑娘走过的地方” 虽然挂了水，当晚还是一宿没睡，胃实在太疼了，而且已经开始拉肚子，拉了一宿，慧琳xi也开始拉肚子，凌晨4点，慧琳把涂师傅从床上挖起来，送去了医院挂水，我到7点多也实在受不了了，涂师傅没空，就帮我们叫了车又送去医院挂水……艾玛折腾的…… 等大家都回到客栈已经下午一点多了，其实早该退房了，但是涂师傅一直等我们。我们本来要坐汽车回丽江的，所以涂师傅把我们送到路口后就在大太阳底下帮我们等班车，我们坐车里凉快，看的我都很心疼很抱歉，鹿鹿和慧琳就下车陪着等，等很久都没能走成，最后还是坐了火车，一路上涂师傅不断嘱咐我们要注意饮食，喝点藿香正气水，能防暑消食，还不肯收车钱，我们是硬塞给他的。涂师傅说他实在很忙，不然可以下点面，煮点粥给我们吃，据说涂师傅做饭很好吃的。再次感激涂师傅，也要对涂师傅说声抱歉，太折腾你了。 下火车后到束河20元一个人，面的师傅统一价，挺实在的，你还价也还不了，赶紧上车走人吧。 Day5 束河古镇，住宿“姑娘走过的地方” 晚上没注意看，白天一看这客栈真心像某山寨啊，我们跟压寨夫人似的。别的客栈都是做旧的，这家客栈是真心很旧啊，那木头，那墙……不过还挺有feel的。 这一天延续了丽江风格，吃喝发呆…… 到底是谁说束河东西比丽江便宜的拉出去打一顿，除了吃住，东西一点都不便宜，甚至比丽江都贵～ Day6-7 香格里拉(包括虎跳峡，独宗克月光古城，普达措)，返回丽江继续住宿明溪别院 此乃金沙香格里拉二日游的团，团队嘛早上走的都早，好不容易求客栈老板送我们去束河正门，还是要在收费条件下同意的，跟栖岸的涂师傅真心没法比。金沙的团质量较高，二日游的团最多17个人，三日游的团最多就7个人，可淘宝预订，跟金沙并行的大旅行社还有越野者，客栈可订。金沙的团绝不进店，否则导游要被罚款的。香格里拉二日游有些捉急。因为单程要4个小时车程，建议大家订三日的，悠闲vip待遇。 香格里拉最好跟团，上了高原有安全保障，导游也会嘱咐清楚，相比包车也会便宜很多。高反什么的放心好了，基本没问题，人老太太团一样上香格里拉，才三千多的海拔，反应不大的。 如果你去时和回来时住的同一家客栈，就把大件行李寄存掉，不然带箱子很不当便。 r included in the County, with the right of abode overseas natural persons; (2) expand the scope of borrower type of occupation; (3) to apply for a loan for business borrowers, as well as the business unit controller or major shareholders. 2, the maximum loan amount (1) to cancel "a maximum loan amount of RMB 300,000" requirement; (2) both for personal consumption and business purposes, different methods were used to determine the loan amount. 3, the loan terms (1) the loan terms with borrowers and not more than 60 years of age; (2) lending operation, should be based on the borrower's production cycle and the anticipated income situation, scientifically and rationally determine the loan period.
