销售主管工作总结 个人月工作总结 一叶知秋～转眼已到了11月～回顾10月的工作～本人依然毫不动摇地坚持紧紧围绕公司发展的中心工作～充分发挥主观能动性～认真履行岗位～不断改进工作方法～努力提高工作效率～以“服从领导、团结同志、认真学习、扎实工作”为准则～始终坚持高、严要求～较好地完成了各项工作任务。现就我一个月来的工作总结如下～不妥之处恳请批评指正: 一、紧抓业绩不动摇 销售业绩是我公司的中心工作目标～本人上个月依旧毫不松懈的紧抓销售业绩～通过设法拓展新市场、加大宣传力度等手段～同时在公司领导们的正确决策部署和全体员工的共同努力下～上个月实现30万元的销售额～这对我全力冲刺年度工作目标进一步增强了信心。 二、全力实现管理规范化 月初～集团公司对各处室、子公司下发了《关于对各单位合同管理工作进行检查的》的文件。接到文件后～本人组织全员首先对文件精神进行了全面、认真、细致的学习～就《检查项目》中列示的条款针对本公司实际一一进行了细化～并将检查工作落实到人。 9月30日-10月15日为单位自查阶段～我公司依照《合同管理办法》规定认真落实检查工作～逐一查找合同管理工作中存在的问题～并做到及时发现、及时纠正。其中～我发现我公司之前对大额销售合同签字审批上报制度不够严格～存在经济流失隐患。从本月起～要求凡万元以上合同必须经过经理签字审批方可盖章有效～严格规范审批程序。利用此次机会基本实现了全公司合同规范化管理～为日后工作打下了良好的基础。 their own conditions to develop the correct road, the maximum to avoid investment risk, gain profit.(three) vigorously promote the brand. Serious research about social support the development of cultural undertakings in the country and the XX policy, especially the policy of industrial development, financial investment policy, financial policy and tax policy, and actively seek policy, projects and funds, enterprise and industry group mission to promote leapfrog development. 三、坚持学习不放松 10月13日～我学习了董建平老师关于《环境和环境标准》GB/T24001环境管理体系。从中我系统的学习了有关环境管理体系规范和标准～作为重工业企业必须严格控制污染排放～做到经济与环境的可持续发展。通过这次学习我意识到～作为管理者将面临的责任更加大、挑战更加多、未知领域更加广～因此必须坚持学习不放松～只有自己懂得的越多～才能在工作中更加灵活的应对问题、解决问题～才能为部门员工起到一定的表率作用。 四、安全意识不松懈 上个月～公司始终保持安全运行状态～做到了无安全事故发生。“安全第一～预防为主”是公司安全一贯坚持的工作指导方针。作为公司员～始终提高责任意识～力图将安全隐患消灭在萌芽状态。 五、存在的不足和下一步 虽然自己尽职尽责～努力做好各项工作～但还是存在不尽人意的方面。一是个人能力还有待进一步提高～文字基础的学习抓得还不够紧～个别工作不到位,二是学习的系统性和深度还不够。 在以后的工作中～我将继续努力～认真落实公司各项工作～做好以下几个方面的工作: 一是发挥党员模范带头作用～带领全公司冲刺四季度目标任务～实现收入xx万～利润xx万。二十进一步加强自身学习～积极参与创先争优活动～提升自身政治思想水平,三是提高管理水平～落实好公司各项工作的组织开展。 their own conditions to develop the correct road, the maximum to avoid investment risk, gain profit.(three) vigorously promote the brand.
