随着手机智能化，一些市民沉迷于手机上网，被喻为“手机网络控”。随着“控族”的日益壮大和成为“控族”时间的延续，引发出各种各样的后遗症。这个22岁的孩子经苏华龙医生诊断，竟患性格分裂症状。记者随后调查走访了我市几家医院和心理咨询所发现，现在患上“网络手机控”后遗症的都市人越来越多。 谭刚强:这类人群一旦听见有人议论或评论自己，就会出现应急反应，也比较容易和人针锋相对。 4.性格分裂症状 “网上我是一个话痨，网下我一句话也不想说。”家住渝北区长安华都的魏斌每天起床第一件事就是打开手机看微博和QQ有没有人给他留言，每天睡觉前也是看完微博和QQ再睡。 谭刚强:这类人群分不清虚幻和现实之间的差别，会把网络的事物具象化为现实生活中的事物。 四原因致“控族”产生 造成“手机网络控”的原因多种多样，据谭刚强介绍，学生和上班族的形成方式也不太一样，主要有以下四个方面。 1.自我意识成熟 对学生而言，自我意识正在逐步成熟，手机网络给他们提供了一个和同伴亲近的空间，让他们释放压力，由此渐渐依赖上这个空间而不可自拔。 2.追求新鲜潮流 年轻人不断挖掘手机网络的各种新鲜元素，在此过程中，他们不知不觉地被手机网络控制。 社交圈子狭窄 新华网记者:睡前玩手机危害大吗, 专家:长时间电磁辐射甚至会引起生理周期紊乱 许国安分析指出，首先，躺在玩手机对睡眠的直接影响就是占用了睡眠的时间，玩的时间越长，睡眠的时间就越短。其次，睡前必须保持心情愉快和平静，入睡前半小时不做容易让人兴奋的事，玩手机会使人兴奋，不利于心身平静，影响入睡。此外，褪黑激素的生物合成受光周期制约。作为一种光刺激，手机等发光电子产品会影响褪黑激素的合成，一旦人体的褪黑激素受到了某种程度的抑制，生理周期将受到影响，使人的睡眠处于浅睡状态。睡眠时间不足，睡眠质量变差，会使人的情绪变得焦虑、沮丧，影响工作效率。 许国安认为，由于手机使用方便，“手机上瘾”与传统的网瘾相比，更具有广泛性和隐蔽性，危害更大。 孔令中则指出，成瘾从有无物质的介入来划分，可以分为物质成瘾和行为成瘾。手机上瘾和上网成瘾从本质来看没有什么区别，都是一种行为成瘾。“用手机上网和用电脑上网所产生的行为基本相同，例如看小说、浏览咨讯、玩游戏、看视频等。” 孔令中说，一旦成瘾，对于成人来说，会导致意志力减弱，对生活失去兴趣，整个人变得懒散、消沉。严重的会产生暴力行为，如毁坏物品、对家庭成员施暴等，个别极端者会导致抑郁症。 “对于青少年、儿童来讲，玩手机成瘾会导致他们的人格障碍，对人冷漠，缺乏爱心，还可能使他们的社交行为产生问题，不善于与人沟通，遇到事情会更愿意用简单粗暴的方式解决。”孔令中说，玩手机时间过长，睡眠质量会下降，注意力受到损伤，学习成绩自然就下降，对青少年则容易导致抽烟、酗酒、打架、逃学等。 新华网记者:如何戒掉手机成瘾, 专家:对孩子可采取“替代或激励”方式 如何戒掉手机成瘾呢,孔令中认为，成人自控能力相对高一些，只要意识到问题的严重性，一般都能克制自己的行为。也可以给自己订一个作息计划，让家人帮忙监督自己执行。 对于青少年，孔令中建议，如果孩子年龄较小，建议采取替代，给孩子多买一些有趣的图书或玩具，转移他们的注意力，也可以采取激励的方式，比如如果不玩则可以奖励一些他喜欢的东西。一段时间之后，孩子养成良好的作息习惯，问题自然就解决了。 重庆铁路中学创建于1956年，是重庆九龙坡区窗口学校，2010年获重庆市民最向往的特色学校。黄兴力说，这些年每年至少要收到数百条家长发来的求助或讨论的短信、私信，但如此痛斥智能手机对学生毒害的，却很少见。 眼镜度数越来越深 这是一名略显神秘的家长，他拒绝透露个人隐私，婉拒了记者的当面采访，最终选择躲在电话的另一端讲述。早报记者姑且称他为“傅艾”。 傅艾说，2012年7月，他和家人商量后，花2000多元给儿子买了一部智能手机，然而，问题在两个月后开始不断显现。 傅艾说，他发现从早到晚，儿子都会把手机带在身上，“吃饭，做作业的时候都在玩，不是上贴吧，就是玩小游戏之类的东西，整个人都快‘沦陷’了，看上去像患了手机强迫症，与网瘾一样。” 开学后没多久，傅艾最担心的事情就发生了。“孩子回来说看不清黑板，视力下降得特别严重。”傅艾说，他只得领着儿子去换了一副眼镜。 “又过了几个月，他回来又说，又看不清楚黑板了，又去换了一副眼镜。”傅艾说，这一次儿子的视力从100度飙升到了150度。 该校初中部的刘主任说:“绝大部分的初中生，都是以学习和查资料为由，向家长要求购买智能手机。但其实拿到手机后，几乎都是用来玩。要想孩子更好的成长，智能机往往 只能成为其障碍。我们也多次跟家长沟通，希望家长能够管控好自己的孩子，但是现在的情况往往是孩子占据了家里的主导地位，所以沟通达到的效果也是微乎其微。” 该校高中的一位教生物的牟老师在接受早报记者的采访时表示，其实大多数高中生的自控力也较差，对智能手机的“诱惑”根本就把持不住。他建议，“智能手机有个致命弱点，就是电量消耗很快。那么可不可以通过减少学校插线板的数量，从而来控制学生频繁使用智能机呢,” 10月4日，重庆铁路中学校长黄兴力在国庆假期里收到了一条学生家长发来的“控诉”短信，大致内容是:智能手机残害学生身体，智能手机成瘾和网瘾是一样的。伤害眼睛、颈椎，严重降低记忆力，令孩子面对面沟通能力缺失，造成攀比心滋生，占用大量学习时间。另一位叫“傅艾”的家长和黄兴力讨论后，做出了一个决定:为帮助更多的孩子，愿意匿名 捐资40多万元，为全校4200名学生发放传统手机，要“救一个算一个”。(2013年10月15日《三湘都市报》) 虽然仅是两位家长的控诉，但字里行间透着对智能手机的憎恨，这种憎恨也令不少家长同情甚至赞同。 智能手机，本是先进科技的产物，把电脑和手机融为一体，能让人“足不出户而知天下事”成为了可能。利用智能手机，可以轻而易举地获取信息，包括学生查阅资料也十分方便，可谓好处多多。 智能手机在给人们方便的同时，也因为吸引人而容易使人“上瘾”，甚至影响到基本生活。很多人临睡前最后一件事、起床后第一件事，都从刷牙洗脸变成了玩手机。包括同学朋友聚会，都顾不得他人感受而各自低头玩手机。人们的生活似乎被智能手机“控制”了。不仅带给人们颈椎疼痛、手指僵硬和幻听，还带给人们性格的变化，甚至心理疾病如强迫症。 调查显示，现在用智能手机刷微博、玩游戏、收发邮件、浏览网页的人越来越多，其中77%的人每天开机12小时以上，33.55%的人24小时开机，65%的人表示:如果手机不在身边会非常焦虑。有人给智能手机下了一个定义:“给你依靠，让你上瘾的玩意”。的确，智能手机也带给了人以忧虑。由此，让人联想到最近几个相关报道—— 8月11日凌晨，邯郸市肥乡县郭家堡一位少女蹲在厕所长时间玩手机，没成想双腿麻木摔入茅坑被有毒气体熏死。类似的悲剧一个多月前也曾在邯郸市磁县农村上演过(2013年8月13日《石家庄日报》)。10月10日晚上，湖北十堰17岁的女生商某与同伴外出聚餐，她边走路边玩手机，要过一座桥时，一脚踏空，掉入没有护栏保护的深坑，经抢救无效死亡(2013年10月15日《扬子晚报》)。这几个例子，虽说是个案，但都与手机有关。 这都是智能手机的错吗,恐怕不是这样简单。这就如同科学家进行DNA研究，本意是通过DNA研究更科学的东西，让人类更好的生活，哪成想实际应用中，也会出现意外情况。比如，最近，只为揪出学生宿舍里的小偷，山东滨州学院上演了一场采集学生DNA的行动，5000多名本科男生全部被一一采血验DNA(据齐鲁网报道)。这能怨DNA技术吗,同样道理，智能手机固然对人有诱惑力，甚至让人玩得“上瘾”，但这怨不了手机，这是用手机的人的问题。 玩智能手机“上瘾”，实质上反映的是人的内心空虚、浮躁。在网络发达的年代，手机所虚拟的精彩世界恰恰能填充这样的空虚。其负作用远不止空虚，还会弱化人的社交意识和能力，“手机党”成为手机的俘虏，容易陷入一种恶性循环。在这种情况下，每个人都可能成为一座孤岛。所以，要戒掉玩手机的“瘾”，必须从人的因素开刀，检查人的思想抑制系统是否有毛病，辨别一下虚拟世界到底能不能代替现实生活，这是对成人而言的。对于学生而言，不妨采取强制措施，把智能手机换成功能手机，毕竟，打电话、发短信、上网看消息，仍是手机最重要的三个功能，这些功能，功能机就能实现。 或许，这是个笨法，但对抑制学生玩手机上瘾乃至改变学生生活习惯，都是有帮助的。那位叫“傅艾”的家长有过这样的感受，今年暑假，傅艾和儿子商量不让用智能机了，尽管孩子不大愿意，但在父亲的强制要求下，还是换成了非智能手机。结果，这一学期，儿子的视力成功降低到100度以下。此外，傅艾还发现儿子不像以前“只顾看手机，懒得搭理旁人”，更愿意与人沟通了。 昨日下午，记者来到崔庄村。据村民介绍，28日晚，崔先生的儿媳妇不慎将手机掉落厕所，儿子心疼2000元买的新手机，便打开化粪池，跳入打捞。池内臭气熏天，他下去后便被熏倒。母亲一看儿子倒下，随即也跳入池中，也倒了下去。儿媳看见婆婆、老公晕倒池中，情急之下跳了下去，结果也没了声音。崔先生闻讯赶来，呼喊周围的邻居，同时，他也跳了下去搭救。 邻居们听到呼救后纷纷过来救人，邻居崔平立跳进化粪池后即被熏倒。受轻伤的村民崔世明说:“化粪池里味道太冲了，进去人还没找到，自己就什么都不知道了。” 下去的6人都晕倒在池内，帮忙的村民不敢鲁莽。将绳索捆绑身上，男性村民们轮流下池，女性村民在池边协助，昏倒的6人被先后拖拽出了化粪池。 5分钟内2死3伤 据周围邻居介绍，当晚，近百村民赶到现场进行搭救。 昏迷人员被拖出后，现场进行了紧急抢救。目击村民王女士说，该村卫生所医生一直按压急救，还有村民不嫌脏，对因昏迷而粪便倒灌进肚子里的崔平立进行人工呼吸，促使他苏醒过来。 由于时间过久，崔先生的儿子及其母亲在送往医院后死亡，崔家儿媳、邻居崔平立目前还在新乡医学院第一附属医院重症监护室里治疗。轻伤者崔世明一直呕吐，滴水未进。 从第一个人下池昏倒，到所有人被打捞出来，只有5分钟左右的时间。死者叔叔崔广福告诉记者:“5分钟的时间，两条人命没有了，儿媳妇昏迷不醒，就剩下一个偏瘫的老人和1岁多的孙子，这家以后的日子可该咋过啊～” 贸然进入化粪池易缺氧窒息 记者看到，崔先生家院外砌了一个半封闭状的方坑，上边修建着厕所。 “其实池子里的积粪不深，淹不死人，但下去后人喘不过来气。”该村村民说。新乡医学院第一附属医院的崔医生介绍:“贸然进入化粪池，可使人突然缺氧窒息昏倒。”记者了解到，这样的化粪池在农村十分常见，而且沼气为可燃性气体，也容易引发火灾。 据村民介绍，当天20:04就打了120，但是21点多急救车才赶到现场。据崔广福介绍，死者被打捞上来时，还有脉搏，为了迅速救人，他开着摩托三轮车将重度昏迷的三人送往唐庄镇中心卫生院。该所值班医生称没有急救设备，劝他送往条件更好的医院。崔广福只得继续开着三轮车将三人送往新乡医学院第一附属医院。 唐庄镇中心卫生院的孔院长介绍，农村地区卫生所与120急救中心没有联网，卫生所无法在最短时间内赶到现场。 游戏点卡,夫妻俩后来才知道，这是一种像手机充值卡的卡片，有卡号、密码，玩网络游戏时充值后，可升级装备，玩得更“过瘾”。据了解，现在不少小学生通过手机玩网络游戏时，不惜花钱买游戏点卡提升装备。 近几天，大河报记者走访郑州市区多家小学外的商店发现，很多店家或明或暗都在销售游戏点卡。 在纬二路一所小学门外，几家店都有点卡卖，不过放得较为隐蔽，针对不同游戏，点卡的种类多达十几种，面值从100元到10元不等。一位同学说，自己偶尔买几张，有的同学一个月要花几百元。 在丰乐路一所小学大门外的商店里，放点卡的盒子被店主放在放钱抽屉的角落里，放学后，不时有小学生来买。东侧另一家店内，也有点卡出售，女店主说，经常有孩子凑够10元零钱来买。 幽灵震动综合症是预期焦虑的结果，影响近70%的手机用户。这些用户已经非常习惯于手机响动，大脑会在他们“需要”的时候，让他们产生手机响动的错觉。研究发现，大约有68%的手机用户出现幽灵震动综合症，其中87%的人每周都会感到幻响，13%的人每天产生这种错觉。 晕手机 苹果iOS7用户最晕 晕手机是现代版的晕动病，是iPhone和iPad等移动设备的3D功能导致的一种副作用。 焦距诊所创始人、著名激光眼科手术专家大卫?阿拉姆比博士指出，因过度使用手机导致的年轻人近视人数呈上升趋势。自智能手机问世以来，近视人数增加了35%，未来10年可能增加50%。阿拉姆比将这一现象称之为“屏幕近视”。玩手机、电脑以及看电视，导致儿童和年轻人面临永久性视力损伤的风险。 随着智能手机和平板电脑的普及，造成越来越多“低头族”的出现，而过度依赖科技的结果会导致更多问题出现。据韩国专家透露，过度依赖手机的结果就是会令右脑退化，出现痴呆等症状，严重者可能连自己的电话号码都记不住，称为“数码痴呆症”。 据台湾“今日新闻网”援引英国《每日电讯报》消息，韩国首尔心理医生金大真表示，由于低头族过度使用数码产品，损害大脑将信息转为长期记忆的功能。此外，还有神经外科教授金荣辅表示，右脑主要处理直觉、想象及情感思想等，而左脑处理理性推理、线性思考、实况调查等思维。 但使用智能手机主要运用左脑，倘若长期偏用左脑会令右脑退化，造成削弱集中力、记忆广度，最终连认知能力也会退化，也就是说，过度依赖智能手机的结果令右脑退化，出现记忆力、专注力下降等早期痴呆症的迹象，称为“数码痴呆症”。 金荣辅教授强调，过度依赖科技产品的情形，对于脑部仍处在发育阶段的青少年影响最为严重，可能甚至连自己的电话号码都记不起来。另外，韩国专家表示，约10%至15%出现轻微认知障碍的人，都会发展成痴呆症。 根据公布的数据显示，10至19岁青少年中，18.4%每天使用智能手机7小时以上，较去年上升至7个百分点，也明显看出上网成瘾的情况令人担忧，但青少年时期是脑部发育重要阶段，如果在这段时期过度使用科技产品，将削弱脑部发展恐怕得不偿失。 65岁老太边炒菜边玩游戏致手机掉油锅 发布时间:2014-03-25 来源:新华网 小方的母亲杨大妈今年65岁，退休前在一家公司从事财物工作。在小方的眼里，母亲一直比较怀旧，生活得也很简朴，对手机的要求也很低。“她那款老式直板的按键手机都用了七八年，一直不舍得换，说只要能打电话发短信就行”。小方说，还是为了丰富退休后的生活，也为了能跟自己保持密切联系，母亲才在他的要求下，学会了上网聊QQ、看网页。去年的一天，正在上班的小方接到杨大妈的电话，电话里她的要求让小方有点摸不着头脑。 “我妈说现在亲戚朋友都玩微信，她也要紧跟潮流，给我给她选部新手机”。原来，杨大妈发现自己身边的亲戚朋友都用上了微信，今天这个好姐妹做了好菜，就发在朋友圈里晒一下，那个同事去泰国玩了一圈，照片也要发在朋友圈里，让大家赞一赞。“有时候家里亲戚约着聚餐，时间、地点也是在微信上讨论，我再不加入的话，就会被大家排挤了”。听到杨大妈的要求，小方马上行动，赶忙到商场给她买了一部苹果4S。拿到新手机，杨大妈也很兴奋，拿在手里不停地研究。小方手把手地教杨大妈学会怎么开关机、发微信、玩朋友圈，还下载了几款小游戏让她打发时间。 杨大妈也很快能够熟练使用手机看电视、玩游戏和发微信聊天。可是让小方没想到的是，母亲自从用了智能手机是一发不可收拾，成了一个十足的“手机控”。平时早上醒来第一件事就是先看手机，晚上关了灯还要躺在床上看电子书，就连去厕所也要带着手机。“每天老妈没事就给我发微信，要是一时忘了回，她的电话就打过来了，就像得了网瘾一样”。小方无奈地说，前段时间他带杨大妈出去吃饭，刚坐下杨大妈就问服务员有没有WIFI，之后就开始低头玩起了手机。之前自己每次回家玩手机，都会被母亲唠叨半天，可自从她会用智能手机后，每天戴着老花镜拿着手机不撒手，去厨房做饭时，也把手机放在旁边。 心理专家 子女陪伴父母很重要 “随着手机功能的增多，‘手机控’也越来越多，现在随之产生的问题也层出不穷。”国家一级心理咨询师吕明说，之前“手机控”以年轻人居多，现在随着智能设备的普及，以及操作的日益简单化，越来越多的老年人加入“低头族”的行列。 吕明说，手机在日常生活工作中扮演的角色日益重要，手机依赖也跨越年龄，尽管老年群体还不是手机依赖症的高危人群，但值得关注。这些老年人学会在手机上看新闻、看电视 这样年轻的生命，发生这样的悲剧，令人惋惜、痛心。而生活中，“低头族”对于危险不以为然的事情，并不少见。有人在过马路时，低头看手机而不顾信号灯;国庆期间，网曝一名客运司机在高速上开车斗地主，罔顾全车乘客生命;甚至有粗心爸爸公交车上顾着玩手机，下车时把孩子丢在了车上，差点弄丢孩子;近日，山东航空乘务人员航班飞行过程中玩手机被曝光后停飞，被网友称“这是在拿生命开玩笑”„„ 机不离手，长时间低头看手机，不少人还为此患上了严重的颈椎病等疾病。不少“手机控”有着在就寝关灯后使用智能手机的习惯，而近距离、昏暗光线环境中，手机强光直射眼睛会造成视力急速恶化。有专家提醒，长时间盯着手机会导致眼睛干涩，进而诱发炎症和感染，严重的甚至导致失明。 “低头族”被“绑架” “世界上最遥远的距离莫过于我们坐在一起，你却在玩手机。”据中国互联网络信息中心今年7月发布的统计，今年上半年，我国网民人均每周手机上网时长约12小时;八成手机网民每天至少使用手机上网一次，近六成手机网民每天使用手机上网多次。 “据统计，现代人手机距离身体一般不超出1米，也就是随手可拿到手机的距离。不少人也是走到哪玩到哪，连走路也不放过。”武汉大学互联网科学研究中心主任沈阳教授介绍说。 据记者调查发现，随着网络普及化、手机智能化，一些年轻人、上班族沉迷于上网，随着“控族”的日益壮大和成为“控族”时间的延续，引发出各种各样的后遗症，许多当事人能意识到自身的问题但不能克服。 武汉康德同济心理咨询专家、湖北省高级心理咨询师周瑜说:“现代人依赖网络、依赖手机是因为被时代裹挟着，不得不依赖，甚至可以说是被绑架着向前走。如果没有网络，就会容易感觉‘掉链子’，因为社交狭窄，获取信息的渠道不足。因此，不得不多通过网络，让自己不至于落伍，不至于在周围的人群互动中‘out’。” 如何走出“绑架”困境, 心理咨询专家认为，现代人尤其是过于依赖网络的年轻“低头族”，应适当克制使用手机，关掉网络，回归现实生活。在手机使用这个“跷跷板”上玩好平衡，把握自己，让生活变得张弛有度。 沈阳教授认为，手机开发应用上需增加使用计时、统计、提醒等功能。当用户使用到一定时间，应给予提醒;要关注手机用户良好习惯的培养，如手机软件如何正确使用、使用时应注意的问题等。 “目前高校课程这一方面相对缺失，今后教育需要逐步填补，以提高人们的电子产品的使用素养。”沈阳说。 心理咨询专家建议:微博等网络客户端只关注对自己有用的信息，不要让自己成为信息的“储存场”甚至“垃圾场”。 低头族
