深圳市宝安区西乡街道宝珍幼儿园章程 第一章 总 则 第一条 根据《教育法》《民办教育促进法》《民办教育促进法实施条例》《民 办非企业根据单位登记暂行条例》和有关法律、法规、制定本章程。 第二条 幼儿园名称:深圳市宝安区西乡街道宝珍幼儿园。 第三条 幼儿园的性质:利用非国家财政性经费、自愿举办，从事非营利性社 会服务活动的社会组织。 第四条 办学宗旨:遵守法律、法规、贯彻国家的教育方针，遵守社会道德风 尚，为社区学龄前儿童提供学前教育。 第五条 幼儿园自愿意接受深圳市宝安区教育局，深圳市宝安区民政局的业务 指导和监督管理。 第六条 幼儿园地址:深圳市宝安区西乡街道径贝村同富楼B栋。 第七条 本章程中的各项条款与法律法规章程不符的，以法律、法规、规章的 规定为准。 第二章 举办者、开办资金和办学结构 第八条 本单位的举办者是:易高级 刘汉洲 刘国庆 举办者享有下列权利: (一)了解本单位经营状况和财务状况。 (二)推荐董事长。 (三)有权查阅董事会会议和本单位财务会计。 第九条 本单位开办资金:75万元，出资者 易高级出资25万 刘汉洲出资25万 刘国庆出资25万 第十条 本单位的办学结构: advantages, facing the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Shandong peninsula, Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan area, targeted investment promotion several times. Food research station platform, to the XX University to find experts 第三十一条 幼儿园的办学资金主要用于幼儿园的校园校舍建设、教育教学设 备购置，教职工工资、福利、缴纳社会保险费，教师培训，教育 教研活动，招生宣传，备用流动资金等。任何单位和个人不得侵 占、私分或挪用幼儿园的资产。 第三十二条 幼儿园严格按照国家有关规定向学生收取各项费用，收取的费用 用于教育教学活动和改善办学条件。 第三十三条 幼儿园配备具有专业资格的会计人员，会计人员不得兼任出纳， 会计人员必须进行会计核算，实行会计监督。会计人员调动工作 或离职时，必须与接管人员办清交接手续。 第三十四条 幼儿园建立严格的财务管理制度，保证会计资料合法、真实、准 确、完整，并依法执行国家税收政策;每个会计年度结束后，将 财务会计报告交审批机关备案。 第三十五条 幼儿园的资产管理必须执行国家规定的财务管理制度，接受政府 财税部门的监督，接受法定审计机构的年度审计。 第三十六条 举办者或法定代表人变更之前必须进行财务审计。 第三十七条 本单位按照《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》的规定，自觉 接受登记管理机关组织的年度检查。 第三十八条 本单位劳动用工、社会保险制度按国家法律、法规及国务院劳动 保障行政部门的有关规定执行。 第六章 办学节余及分配 第三十九条 出资人要求取得合理回报。 第四十条 办学结余是指幼儿园扣除办学成本等形成的年度净收益，扣除社会 捐助、国家资助的资产，并依法从年度净收益中按不低于25%比例 预留发展基金及按照国家有关规定提取其他必须的费用后的余额。 第四十一条 取得合理回报的时间在每个会计年度结束时。 第四十二条 幼儿园提取的发展基金，用于幼儿园的建设、维护和教学设备的 添置、更新等。 第四十三条 出资人取得合理回报的比例由董事会依法决定，经三分之二以上advantages, facing the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Shandong peninsula, Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan area, targeted investment promotion several times.
