[doc] 上海第二医科大学新华医院消化内科简介 上海第二医科大学新华医院消化内科简介 上海第二医科大学新华医院 消化内科简介 科室概况新华医院消化内科是上海第二医科大学国家级重 点学科的组成单位之一,是博士和硕士学位的授予点及博士后流 动站.现有医生21人,其中9人具有副高以上职称.拥有床位 56张,并设有消化病研究室,消化内镜室,胃肠动力学检查室及消 化B超室,开展超声,内镜,放大胃镜及ERCP等多种内镜诊断和治 疗技术.该科在医疗,教学,科研等方面已建立了一套完整而严格 的管理体系,并建立了一支梯队健全的I临床教师队伍和科学研究 队伍.消化内科陆汉明教授为国家级终身教授,临床经验丰富,擅 长消化系统疑难疾病的诊治,在国内享有一定的知名度. 学科带头人李定国教授,博士生导师,现任上海第二医科大 学附属新华医院内科学教研室主任,消化内科主任,上海第二医科 大学消化系疾病第三研究室主任,流行病学研究中心主任,上海市 内科学会,上海市消化病学会委员,上海市I临床流行病学会副主任 委员及全国临床流行病学会委员;担任15种专业期刊的常务编 委,编委或特约编委.曾被国家教育部授予”作出突出贡献的中 国博士”荣誉称号,现任第十届全国人大代表,九三学社中央委员 及九三学社上海市委副主委. 科研方向学科致力于肝纤维化发病机制和防治的研究.在 我国率先开展钙拮抗剂尤其是中药汉防已甲素对肝纤维化防治的 实验和临床研究,并先后研究了钙调蛋白拮抗剂,维甲酸,大黄素, 一 氧化氮,激活素,卵泡抑素,肾素一血管紧张素系统等在肝纤维 化发生发展中的作用.近年来,在化学复合分子,基因重组质粒和 腺病毒载体的构建,表达及其功能研究方面也作了很多有益的探 索.同时,学科亦致力于肠易激综合征病理生理学研究,参与我国 对该征诊断的制定,并在其临床流行病学研究方面做了大量 的研究工作.近20年来该学科先后承担国家自然科学基金等各 类科研项目20项. 科研成果曾获国家教育部,卫生部等省部级以上科技进步 奖11项;20年来在国内外各类期刊上发表文章400余篇,主(副) 编(译,审)或参编专着(教材)20余册. ? 重点学科介绍? 学科带头人李定国教授 陆汉明教授正在查房 教学查房 消化病研究室 ? ScientificresearchEmphasishasbeenpaidonthestudyofthepathogene— sisandtreatmentofliverfibrosis.AclinicalstudyofCaantagonistswasinitia— ted,especiallytheChineseherbmedicineextract,tetrandrine,wasfirstsuccess. fullyusedinthepreventionandthetreatmentofliverfibrosis.Likeswisethe effectsofcalmodulinantagonist,retinoicacid,emodin,nitrogenmonoxide,ac— tivin,follistatinandrenin—angiotensinsystemonthedevelopmentofliverfi brosis havebeenstudied.Inrecentyears,somebeneficialexplorationsontheconstrue— tion,expressionandthefunctionofchemicalcompoundmolecules,geneticre— combinantplasmidsandadenovirusvectorhavealsobeenmade.Meanwhile, the path0physi0l.gicalandepidemiologicalstudiesofirritablebowelsyndrome(1BS) werecarriedout.Moreover,weparticipatedintheestablishmentofthediagnostic criteriaof1BSduringanationalconference.Inthepast20years,theDepartment hasbeenresponsibleforover20researchprojects.includingthosesopportedby theNationalNatureScienceFund.
