In 1996 and 2000-2001, she successively studied in the Queen Mary of supervisor Hospital of University of Hong Kong, United States Emory University and UCSD. The main research fields of prof. Yang is reproductive endocrinology. Until now, her research projects have resulted in academic publication of more than 100 papers (including 6 SCI papers),2 books and 10 book chapters. Prof. Yang has won two provincial-level awards of scientific and technological achievements. In recent years, Her research focus on ovarian function protection in female patients undergoing chemotherapy and the diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. To date, prof. Yang has guided 2 postdoctoral fellows, 16 Ph.D. students and 19 M.Sc. students. 在本课题组已开展的对照临床研究的基础上，对GnRHa保护化疗患者卵巢功能 的机制以及对肿瘤化疗效果的影响进行深入的研究。对GnRHa保护化疗卵巢的机制 的研究包括了在体(在动物模型中观察化疗药物原始卵泡募集以及卵巢储备功能的 影响)和体外实验(在加入GnRHa同时用中和抗体阻断GnRHa的作用，观察卵巢组 织中原始卵泡募集的变化，证实GnRHa是否在卵巢局部对原始卵泡募集具有直接调 控作用);体外观察GnRHa对各肿瘤细胞的细胞增殖、细胞周期、凋亡、肿瘤多药 耐药基因表达、侵袭能力、端粒酶活性等生物学行为以及化疗药物对肿瘤细胞毒性二、招收博士后 的影响。我们在前期工作基础上提出了，GnRHa通过上调某些基因表达，阻止原始拟承担或开展的 卵泡募集，从而保护卵巢储备功能的假设，这一假设有望突破原有“可逆性药物去主要研究任务 势”理论的局限性，为最终阐明GnRHa保护机制提供新的线索。而对GnRHa是否影,中英文,main 响肿瘤化疗效果的研究将为GnRHa作为卵巢功能保护药物在临床上的推广运用提供task for 科学依据。 post-doctorat On the basis of our controlled clinical study, in-depth research the mechanisms of e research(in GnRHa for ovarian function protection in female patients undergoing chemotherapy and both Chinese the impact of GnRHa on tumor chemotherapy, which including in vivo research (to and English) observe the effect of chemotherapy drugs on the primordial follicular recruitment and ovarian reserves) and in vitro research (to confirme whether GnRHa has a direct regulatory effect on the primordial ovarian follicles recruitment).To investigate the impact of GnRHa on tumor chemotherapy, the effect of GnRHa on tumor cell proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis, MDR gene expression, invasion, telomerase activity, and other biological behavior will be assessed.
