双语岗位讲述-司钻_#工作#汇报_总结汇报_实用文档 第七节 司钻岗位责任制 一、岗位责任制 1、负责组织全班人员完成监督下达的技术指令、领班下达的工作指令和辅助工作。 2、全班人员严格执行各项安全生产制度和设备安全操作规程，杜绝违章作业，确保安全生产。 3、织全班人员按制度对设备、仪表、工具进行检查、维护保养，确保运转、 使用正常。 4、责钻井绞车操作，组织完成钻井作业、井口作业等，是裸眼井段起下钻 唯一操作者，特殊情况可由领班替换操作。 5、掌握井下情况、钻具结构和下竟工具性能、泥浆参数，发生复杂情况预 兆时立即监督和领班，并组织全班按指令进行处理。 6、负责司钻控制盘的检查和保养工作，了解掌握井控系统的闸门开关状况， 并能熟练操作。 7、负责填写工作日志，审查钻井设备的保养运转，确保原始资料齐全 准确。 、负责组织召开班前、班后会，安排工作和总结完成作业指令情况。 8 二、巡回检查路线 值班房?死绳固定器?立管管汇?司钻房?绞车?井控系统?钻台、井口 三、检查内容 1、值班房:监督作业指令、领班工作指令、钻井班报表、钻具结构、井深、方入、钻头使用时间、泥浆参数、技术措施、记录仪。 2、死绳固定器:固定情况、传压器及管线。 3、立管管汇:压力表、闸门开关情况。 、司钻房:各指示灯、绞车、转盘、顶驱、泥浆泵开关、功率限制表、顶4 驱转数、扭矩、油气水压力表、绞车高低速离合器、转盘惯性刹车、上 卸扣猫头、高低速排挡、电磁刹车手柄、防碰天车复位开关、脚踏开关、 DATALOG仪表等。 5、绞车:刹把角度、刹车效果、刹带磨损、电磁刹车、惯性刹车、防碰天 车、大绳排列、活绳头、绞车润滑冷却情况。 6、井控系统:储能器、节流管汇、各压力表压力、各闸门开关状况。 7、钻台、井口:工业卫生、设备保养、工具器材摆放整齐清洁。 四、交接班内容 1、交接监督、领班作业指令。 2、交接井下钻具组合、井下情况、钻头工作状况。 3、交接泥浆性能、钻井参数。 4、交接钻井设备的使用、维护保养情况。 5、交接井控系统的工作状况，节流管汇的各闸门开关情况。 6、交接震击器下部钻具重量和震击器的工作负荷。 7、交接钻井大绳及死绳固定器使用情况。 8、交接司钻工作日志。 Section7 Post Duties of Driller 1. Post roles 1( Organize crew member to fulfill the technical instructions issued by company man and toolpusher as well as other auxiliary job. ( Monitor all the crew members implementing the safety regulations and operating 2 procedures. Stop the operations against the regulation. 3( Organize all the crew members to carry out inspection and maintenance on equipment, instruments, tool as per regulation. Ensure all the equipment are in good condition. 4( Operate the drawworks; facilitate the drilling operations and wellhead operations. As the only authorized personnel to operate in the open hole, toolpusher can relief in special occasion. 5( Be aware of downhole conditions, BHA and their technical properties, mud properties. Any downhole complicates observed report to company man and toolpusher. Organize crew members to handle the complicate as per to company man’s instructions. 6( Inspect and maintain the driller’s control panel, be aware of the valve status of the well control manifold and familiar with their operation 7( Fill the daily work records. Review the drill equipment running records. Ensure the original data is correct and complete. 8( Hold the safety meeting before and after shift. Arrange job and summarize the completeness of the instructions 2. Inspect route Well bay--- remote control console--- drill line anchor--- standpipe manifold--- drawworks---driller’s house--- dog house--- rig floor. 3. Inspect content 1( Well bay: BOP condition, hydraulic hoses connection, housekeeping 2( Remote control console: accumulator, kill manifold, pressure gauges, valve status 3( Drill line anchor: bolts tightening, sensor gap, pressure hose. 4( Standpipe manifold: pressure gauges, valves are easily to operate and in correct status, pipe connections 5( Drawworks: brake bar angle, brake effect, brake bands wearing, electrical brake, crown saver, drill line, drawworks lubricating and cooling condition. 6( Driller’s house: all the indicators, the switches of drawworks, rotary tables, TDS, mud pumps, power limiter, gauges of TDS rpm ,torque, water and oil. high speed and low speed clutch, rotary table brake, cathead, throttle, DATALOG instruments, etc ( Dog house: instructions from company man and toolpusher, daily drill report, 7 BHA, well depth, Kelly down, bit running hour, mud properties, technical measures, instrument. 8( Rig floor: housekeeping, equipment maintenance condition, rig floor tools are placed properly. 4( Handover content 1. Drilling instructions from company man and toolpusher 2. BHA, downhole condition, bit running condition 3. Mud properties and drilling parameters 4. Equipment running and maintenance information 5. Working condition of well control system, the valve status on choke manifold 6. BHA weight below jar, tripping load of the jar 7. Drill line and anchor condition 8.
