操作目的: 3
以徒手方式来恢复心脏骤停患者的自主循环、自主呼吸和意识,以挽救患者
的生命,提高生存质量。
操作步骤
1.护士巡视病房,发现情况异常的病人。 3
2.立即扶住患者颈部,轻拍患者肩部,大声呼唤患者姓名。 5
3.判断患者意识已丧失,快速触摸颈动脉搏动(10秒以内),确定患者心脏停止。
立刻寻求旁人帮助,呼叫医生,看

(备注:触摸颈动脉搏动的方法:护士用食指和中指指尖触及患者气管正中部(相
当于喉结的部位),旁开两指至胸锁乳突肌前缘凹陷处感觉搏动)

5.将被子掀至床尾,完全暴露患者 2
6.双手按压病床,确定患者卧于硬板床。 2
7.使患者处于仰卧位,身体无扭曲 2
8.解开患者上衣及腰带,充分暴露患者前胸

12.观察患者口腔有无活动性义齿 2
13.将患者头偏向一侧,清理患者的口鼻分泌物 3

20复苏有效后,继续进行高级生命支持。 2
操作速度: (5分)限3分钟以内
注意事项:(10分)
(1)胸外按压时要确保足够的频率及深度,尽可能不中断胸外按压,每次胸外
按压后,要让胸廓充分回弹,以保证心脏得到充分的血液回流。

(2)胸外按压时,肩、肘、腕在一条直线上,并与患者身体长轴垂直。按压时,
手掌掌根部不能离开胸壁。

(3)人工呼吸时送气量不宜过大,避免过度通气。 2

1. 1项不符合要求扣2分。
2. 操作程序颠倒一处扣5分。
