中医减肥帮你的大肚子减减压 一、传统中医减肥六法(药物) 随着人们生活水平的提高，肥胖的人日益增多了。血脂高、胆固醇高、脂肪肝、肥胖型高血压、心血管病、脑血管病等为临床所常见，发病率有上升趋势。运用中医中药辨证施治，降脂减肥能获得良好的效果。其常用药物与方例约有六大法。简介如下: 第一、和胃消脂法 形体肥胖，大多由于甘肥太过，油脂粘腻先壅于胃，往往脘腹饱胀，嗳腐吞酸，口味秽浊，舌苔腻。及早用山楂、大麦芽、莱菔子等药以和胃助消化，甚为应手。本草书对这些药早已有消除脂垢的记载。传统有焦三仙、保和丸等方，尤以中医儿科作为常用药物。市售之山楂果、山楂糕、山楂包香甜可口，可随身携带，服用方便。鲜莱菔生吃、炒吃均甚清口，可算是降脂减肥最简便的食物疗法。 第二、活血行瘀法 肥胖之人，血液中脂肪过多，容易引起动脉硬化，特别是心、脑血管病变多由此产生。活血行瘀的药物对扩张冠状动脉，增加血流量，降低血脂，及防止斑块形成和促进其消退均有作用。肥胖而见有瘀血阻滞，妇女经闭不行，或见舌质有青紫瘀点者，采用活血行瘀法，不但降脂减肥，同时又能治病，真是两全其美。常用活血行瘀降脂药物:如当归、川芎即古方佛手散，善于活血调经止痛，为首选之品。丹参一味，功同四物(汤)，为治心脑血管病的常用药。赤芍药、鸡血藤能活血舒筋，对瘀阻经络者多适用之。三七、蒲黄善于活血止痛，对瘀阻刺痛者每多选用。市售之丹参包、复方丹参包、冠心1号方、冠心2号方等都有活血行瘀降脂的功效。 第三、宽胸化痰法 中医文献有"肥人多痰"的论点，这种痰显然是指肥胖之痰浊，也就是脂肪过多。临床所见肥胖之人，动则气短、胸闷，甚则头晕、呕吐、恶心，舌苔滑腻。有的人痰火重，性情急躁，易于发脾气、恼怒，以致血压高，头胀脑鸣而痛，睡眠不安，舌苔黄腻，大便干结。多发心、脑血管病变。遇上这些病证，选用宽胸化痰法最为合适。常用药物如:瓜蒌，古称栝楼，为宽胸化痰主要药，市售之瓜蒌包即用此一味制成，可降血脂，尤善治冠心病。瓜蒌仁还有润肠作用，对痰火内结，大便不畅者尤适用之。薤白即小蒜，临床常与瓜蒌配用，即汉代名医张仲景用治胸痹心痛的栝楼薤白汤，千百年来沿用不替。枳实、枳壳俱能宽胸化痰，配陈皮、半夏即为温胆汤法，常用治肥胖痰湿重，惊悸、失眠等症。半夏能化痰和胃止呕，与陈皮配合，为二陈汤的主药。传统作为化痰湿的主要方剂。临床通治各种痰证，不论呕吐痰涎，或是咳嗽痰多、眩晕、惊悸等症每多用之。查阅方书，实由温胆汤蜕化而来。陈皮即橘皮，气味芳香，既可和中理气，又能化痰降脂。市售之陈皮梅、橙皮条等，确甚可口，亦为食疗降脂之佳品。 第四、疏肝利胆法 胆汁能消化脂肪。患肝炎、胆囊炎、肝胆结石的人，胆汁分泌不足，往往不喜欢吃油腻肉食，如果不小心，误食会引起发病。疏肝利胆法对肝胆病是不可少的，尤其是脂肪肝患者，此 1 法效果良好。疏肝利胆的常用药物如:茵陈，是中医治疗黄疸的专用药，有很好的利胆作用。莪术、姜黄、郁金三味药为同科药物，均能疏肝、利胆、降脂，常与茵陈配合同用。市售之白金丸由郁金、明矾二味制成，为疏肝利胆、降脂化痰浊的中成药，并有化结石之功。柴胡疏肝散(柴胡、枳壳、芍药、甘草、香附、陈皮)可作为常用成方，随症加减。决明子能清肝明目，平时泡茶常饮之，有泻肝火降血脂功效。 第五、利尿渗湿法 中医学认为:湿盛生痰，水湿代谢失常易与血液相混，清浊不分，血脂升高。采用利尿渗湿法降脂减肥是一种最平稳的方法。有一病人患肥胖型高血压，嘱其天天吃冬瓜粥，一日三餐不要间断。本草文献云:冬瓜有利水作用，并有"瘦人忌"的记载。该患者吃冬瓜粥以后，每天小便增多，日5,6次。一个月以后，体重减轻5千克，血压也平稳，感到很高兴。冬瓜子与冬瓜皮俱可煎汤常服。正好废物利用。泽泻为利尿渗湿的常用药，近人研究也有降脂作用。茶树根、玉米须都有利尿之功，俱可作降脂药用。 第六、泻下通便法 肥胖之人，体质大多强壮结实，如有大便秘结者，须用泻下通便法以排泄脂垢邪浊。常用药物为:大黄是一味泻下通便的主要药，降脂减肥之功甚速。虎杖一药既可泻下，又能行瘀，仅次于大黄。何首乌能养血润肠，肥胖之人而兼血虚肠燥大便秘结者，可常服之。市售之首乌包即此一药制成，不但能降血脂，还能乌须黑发，亦有抗老防衰之功。市上所售的三花减肥茶，配方中就以泻下通便药为主组成。肥胖人服用之后，会引起剧烈猛泻，体重随即减轻。其它各种减肥茶一类的配制大多数是有泻下药的。古方指迷茯苓丸(枳实、半夏、茯苓、芒硝)能缓下痰浊，治肥人指麻证，近人用于肥胖人高血压患者手指发麻，确实有良好效果。 综上所述 (1)和胃消脂法是从起因着手的;活血行瘀法是直捣其巢穴的;宽胸化痰法与疏肝利胆法是改善脏腑功能的;利尿与泻下二法是给以出路加强排泄的。 (2)所列六法大都以祛邪浊为主，如果遇上肥胖而兼虚证者，可以配合补气血、调阴阳、益脾肾等药物扶助正气，更有利祛邪。 (3)与其服用药物降脂减肥，不如平时少吃肥腻肉类食物。尤其是晚上一餐不宜吃得过饱，因晚上睡眠休息，少活动，易于引起肥胖。佛家平时以素食为主，并有"过午不食"之戒律，故高僧大多清瘦轻健，是有道理的。 二、论肥胖的形成机制与减肥 经现代医学研究认为:人肥胖原因很多，有遗传因素、习惯因素、体质因素、还有饮食结构、身心疾患等。但是他们有一个共同的原因，那就是: 1、脾对食物的消化吸收能力“太差”。 胃是人体的受纳器官，脾是人体的运化器官，运化包含“运”和“化”两层含义。“化”是 2 将胃肠中的饮食化成营养精微物质。“运”是将这些营养精微运输到全身各处，成为人体的气血。中医有个名词叫做“胃强脾弱”，其含义就是能吃而不能消化。不能被消化的这部分物质就不能在我们的身体里面转化人体的气血被身体使用，但又无法完全正常排泄出体外，就会逐步占据我们身体的空间，大多表现为赘肉，占据正常肌肉的位置，并生成痰浊和瘀血，占据新鲜气血的空间，使人体的气血能量无法正常生成，又导致人体气血不足的问题。 还有，当脾脏的能力不足时，心包容易产生积液，使得心脏的能力降低，心脏是人体血液的泵，当泵的扬程不足时，无法把血液顺畅的输送出去，整个身体的活力都降低，人体经络中的体液不易流动，废物就无法排出了。 造成脾虚最主要的原因，是身体的自我修复系统(如肝胆)工作过于劳累，人体在受伤或受到细菌的侵入时，会出现这种现象。人体最容易受到细菌感染的部位，当然是最脏的肠胃了。由于脾虚体质多形成于幼年时期，许多疾病的根源都和幼年的生活习惯有直接而密切的关系。 所以减肥的过程就是“去粗存精，去伪存真”即瘀血去而新血生，赘肉去而肌肉生的过程。废物堆积在体内的(赘肉)是不会自行分解并排出的，而是需要很多的气血、很大的能量，才能将他们分解成可以被血液带走的碎末或液体。而这些能量的来源，只能从食物中获得。若为了减肥而节食，吃一点东西仅够人体一天基本代谢的能量，那什么时候你才能够攒够充足的能量来将体内废物运走呢,有些人说，我饿了一段时间还真瘦了，体重下来了，只是身上的肉更松弛了，皮肤也起皱老化了，体力好像也不如以前了。这是因为你分解了身体内本来就少的一点气血储备，把正常的肌肉分解掉，来供应脏腑及其他人体重要器官日常必需的能量，并没有把体内真正的废物排出去。这样的结果会很快反弹，而且比原来会更胖。 肌肉是人体气血储存、分配、调度的能量仓库。 减肥是一个快乐的过程首先，我们要选择那些既能快速增加气血又不会产生赘肉的食品，也就是健脾养血的食品。具体有哪些呢,山药、薏米、芡实，健脾养血，不可小视。还有牛肉、羊肉、大虾、海鱼、蛋类都可尽情享用。如果你属于见肉没够的那种人，也不必太过刻意限制，因为你的身体急需肉里的营养来补充气血，此时只要饭后服一两粒成药大山楂丸便可把肉食迅速消化，变成对身体有益的气血，而无生赘肉之忧了。当气血补充足了，这种嗜好肉的现象也会随之消失。蔬菜、水果更无禁忌，豆类、坚果当随心所欲。萝卜排气，冬瓜利水，大枣养血通便，皆为减肥佳品。不要吃米、面类的主食，少吃猪肉、肥鸭、肉鸡、河鱼，禁食、糖果、糕饼、冰镇寒凉食品。有些食品则因人而异，如牛奶不适宜腹胀的人、螃蟹不利于胃寒的人等。 在感觉饥饿和无力的时候不要用糖来解决问题，因为身体此时需要的是气血，而不是糖。一般主食也是糖类的代名词，要加以小心。此时吃些补气血的桂圆、红枣、水果、牛肉、坚果等，比吃粮食对身体好得多～ 照此方法减肥，再配合对经络穴位的刺激来疏通经络，加速人体所需气血的生成和储备，调整恢复受损脏腑器官的功能，轻松愉快，百无禁忌。身体的气血会日渐增多，体内的能量会迅速增长。随着能量积累到一定程度，它会自行冲击体内的赘肉。在减肥初期，你的体重不会 3 减轻很多，通常还会略有上升。看着体重秤上升的指针，你也不必沮丧，因为那是肌肉密度的增高，是气血的重量。而外人看你却显得瘦了，这时你的感觉是身上的肉结实了、气力增强了，应该恭喜自己了。 人体的体重要重但体形要瘦，因为血多了，人体的骨髓就由黄骨髓变红骨髓，身体里每条血管的血容量增加都是体重增加的内容，同时血多了，人体的肺气上升，肺布水的能力上升，原来皮肤里的含水量会增加，皮肤会变得比较滋润，人体脂肪里的含水量也会增加，脂肪是人体能力不够时，人体为了节省体能而没有排除的垃圾， 现在能力上升了，但这点能力又不足以处理什么大工程时，人体就会首先去打扫垃圾，这段时间是减肥最佳的时间，但他一定是要让水充进脂肪，使部分脂肪稀释， 只有这样才能通过组织交换运出体外(大量排尿)，所以人体的血上升是个方向，上升得快慢要看情况，如果是处在这一阶段，而原来身上的脂肪又是比较多的， 又要减肥，气血水平就会上升得慢一点。恢复气血水平要保证营养、睡眠、经络调理。 脂肪肝患者切忌快速减肥，切忌在短时间内快速降低体重，尤其是中度以上的患者。因为快速减肥意味着脱水，意味着能量严重缺乏，这样会适得其反，会加速肝脏功能的破坏。这些患者不要用减肥来消灭脂肪肝，而是该均衡饮食，适度活动，提升身体的气血，不要去管体重有多少。随着身体状况好转，营养均衡，体重会有所减轻的。 、肥胖不是吃的太多，而是排的太少。 2 细胞是身体的最底层组织，每一个细胞都会独立地吸收营养和排泄垃圾，细胞中所排出来垃圾必须随着体液的流动，经过微血管回到静脉，再经肝、肾的过滤排出体外。如果其中任何一个环节发生问题，就会造成垃圾无法正常排泄，因而堆在细胞和细胞之间的间隙。初期分量不多，垃圾会悬浮在组织液中，随着时日的增长，垃圾愈来愈多，整个人体的重量和体型都会愈来愈大。这些颗粒原来还呈液体状，慢慢地悬浮的小颗粒愈来愈多，体积也愈来愈大，最终形成块状的固体，从外表触摸起来硬硬的很结实，很多人还以为自己变结实了呢。 3、心脏病是肥胖的原因 从中医的观点，大多数肥胖的人，心包经都是堵塞的，而且这种堵塞的情形通常都在他还没有真正肥胖的时候就出现了。实际的情形是由于心包经的阻塞(心包积液过多)，使得经络中的组织液流动出现了障碍，导致垃圾的堆积，长时间的垃圾堆积最终才形成了肥胖。 心包经阻塞的人随着身体血气的愈来愈低，排不出去的垃圾愈来愈多，人愈来愈胖，同时心包积液愈来愈多，问题也愈来愈严重。心包积液过多引起的毛病，如心悸和心律不整也跟着愈来愈严重，因而被医生检查出心脏方面的疾病。由于肥胖的问题先被从外观看出来，心脏的疾病过了很久才被查出来。从统计上看来大多数的胖子最终得心脏病的比例很高，因此，肥胖就变成了心脏病的原因，和从中医理论所推论的结果“心脏病造成了肥胖”因果完全颠倒。 人体的发胖，多数是由于心包经的不通畅，导致垃圾(脂肪)的堆积，运动之所以具有减肥的效果，是由于运动有助于打通这条经络。运动需要消耗人体的能量，大量的体力消耗会使人产生疲倦感，进而增加睡眠的时间，改善睡眠的品质，增加了人体造血的时间，血气水平因 4 而提高。也就是说能量提升不在运动而在运动之后的睡眠，血气不足的人，如果只是单纯的运动，完全不改善生活习惯，增加或调整睡眠的时间，则运动只是无谓的消耗血气能量而已。 心包经在中医里是一个独立的经络，许多病症都和这个经络有关。从解剖学来看，心包是心脏外部的一层薄膜，和心脏之间有部分体液，做为心脏和这层膜之间互动时的润滑剂。在某些情形下，会使这些体液增加，使得心脏的活动受到影响，心脏泵血的能力也就减弱了。供给到身体各个组织的血液也相对的减少，是肥胖形成的主要原因之一，因此，按摩这个经络是减肥首要的工作。 4、不同体形的肥胖，有不同的原因 依据经络理论诊断: 胆功能问题:会出现大腿外侧较胖或萝卜腿。 脾脏能力低下:全身性均匀的肥胖，是脾脏能力低下时，无法把分散身体各部位的废水送走所形成的。当脾脏把水送到了身体的中段，剩下的就是肾脏再把废水排出体外。 肾脏能力低下:当身体中段腰及臀部特别肥胖时，是肾脏能力低下无法把废水排出去的症状，堆在肾脏所在的区域的废水和垃圾，最终形成这种中段特别肥胖的体形。 大肠与大肠经:额头上的皮下脂肪肥厚，以致于出现皱纹，主要由于该处的上方是大肠经筋经过的部位，因此，可以断言这个人大肠中的病灶较多;下巴两侧的脸颊肥厚，也是大肠经的问题。 小肠经:脸颊上方接近耳朵的部位较肥厚，是小肠经的问题。 胃部:正面脸颊，眼下及鼻子两侧较厚者，是胃部的问题造成的。 肺气较弱:并不是只有胖的人会有垃圾堆积，瘦的人就是健康而没有垃圾堆积。实际上肺气较弱的人，身体无法吸收水分，喝进去的水没有分布到各个器官就直接排出去。如果这个人同时也有脾虚的问题，身体上也会堆积许多垃圾，但是垃圾中的水分很少，多数的垃圾都处于失水的状态，干干扁扁的，看起来不胖，摸起来很结实，黑黑瘦瘦的。 这种人一旦进行调养，当身体的血气上升到了阳虚水平，开始有能力清除垃圾时，会很快的将垃圾充水，使它能在身体的组织间流动，以便将之排出体外。因此，这个人会在很短的时间里，体重直线上升，体积也快速膨胀，有的人会在短短的几个月内，重了几十公斤，手臂也粗了许多。从一个黑黑瘦瘦的人，变成了白白胖胖的。 5、增加身体的能量，是减肥的第一课 从肥胖是能量不足的的观点来看，当人体的血气能量不够时，人体为了节省能量的支出，会减少一些比较不重要的工作，垃圾的排泄是第一个被搁置的，因为这些垃圾暂时不清理，并不会对人体造成太大的伤害。 在经络研究中，发现经络是人体血管系统外的另外一个体液流场，这个体液流场负责将营养运送到细胞周围供细胞吸收，同时也将细胞所产生的垃圾带走。因此，经络不通是垃圾堆积的另一个重要原因。 5 6、减肥不是减重量，而是减体积 由于在养生过程中体内的血液总量会逐渐增多，也使得人体的骨髓和内脏中的含血量相对提高。这部分的重量改变并不会使人更胖，但会使体重增加，在目前以体重来衡量减肥成效的方法中，很容易被误以为又发胖了。 有了这部分增加的血液也就是血气能量，人体才有能力排除积存在体表的垃圾，这些垃圾的排除，会使体积减小，才能真正达到减肥的目的。 这时体重的变化必须考虑血气上升时增加的血液重量，再减去被排出去的垃圾重量，如果增加的血液重量大于排出去的垃圾重量，则会出现“人瘦了，体重反而增加”的结果。由于血液的比重大于1，而垃圾的比重只有血液的70,，比较轻，这是非常可能出现的结果。因此，减肥不能用体重来衡量成效，必须真正地测量体积。 7、发胖是减肥必要的中间过程 人体的垃圾主要是从身体的各个部位，透过经络和血管的网络系统输送，再由相应的脏器处理后排出体外。身体内部的垃圾，除了在消化系统中的食物残渣，会从肠道中以大便的形式排泄之外，其它非消化道中的垃圾必定以液态的形式从小便或汗液中排出体外。 成年人的减肥，因脂肪堆积太久，逐渐形成颗粒或结成板块，使得这些垃圾无法顺利透过人体运送垃圾的通道排出体外，身体必须先将这些固态垃圾充水，使之稀释成较小的粒子，再随着体液的输送从小便或汗液排出体外。 在垃圾充水的过程中，会使人先行发胖，体重快速增加，等到垃圾排出去了再瘦下来，许多人一休息就发胖，就是人体休息时血气增加了，立即进入充水过程。在充水过程时，会喝大量的水，小便并不见增多，但体重却在很短的一两天内迅速增加1,3公斤;当排出垃圾时，虽不喝水也会有大量的尿液，同样也在一两天内迅速的减少1,3公斤。 通常皮肤愈黑，不常运动，但身体却很结实的人，表示脂肪堆积的情形也很严重，由于是肺虚的体质，使大多数垃圾的含水量偏低。因此，在身体调养过程中更容易出现大量充水的现象。由于每次排出体外的垃圾有限，多数人都必须反复经历相同的过程许多次，不断重复胖胖瘦瘦的变化，才能达到减肥的目的。 在这个过程中，可以发现原来很结实的部位，开始渐渐变得松软，最后再逐渐瘦下去。 原来就没有肌肉的人，有可能减得太瘦 当一直保持人体处于充足血气状况时，人体会将所有堆积的垃圾排除。如果原来缺乏运动，肌肉的体积太小的人，有可能一瘦不可收拾，甚至到了皮包骨的地步。 8、速成的减肥多数是将垃圾脱水 在许多减肥的广告中都能看到，那些减肥的药品可以在很短的时间就达到了减肥的目的，那些方法多数是利用脱水的方法，让垃圾中的水分快速流失。 从中医的理论，我们可以找到两种让人体快速失水的方法。一种是造成人体出现肺虚的症状，会使人体减少各个组织的供水;另一个是造成肝热的症状，会使人体出现“肝逼肾水”的 6 现象。换句话说，只要把肝和肺弄出毛病，就能出现快速减肥的效果。这就像有些癌症患者，会在1个月之内失去10多公斤的体重一样。 这种脱水的方法，由于垃圾仍在体内，仍然是身体急欲去之而快的东西。因此，当体力恢复后，必定还是得将之清出体外。于是只有身体转好就立刻开始充水，人体就快速地发胖。这也就是多数的减肥方法，当停止了减肥措施后，很快就胖回来的道理。如果所用的减肥方法会对人体造成伤害，组织中会堆更多的垃圾，那么胖回来之后，就会比减肥之前更胖。 打通任脉，对增强五脏功能效果卓著，尤其对肝脏有很好的养护作用，对肠胃疾病、便秘、妇科病痛经、不孕等诸症都有很好的疗效，减肥消脂的作用也非常明显。任脉乃阴经之海，总调阴经各脉，对于更年期妇女尤为重要。 减胖和养身其实并不矛盾，因为正确的减肥理念是添加气血能量，排除体内垃圾。人体内的浊气正是首先要清除的垃圾。 排除浊气最快捷的方法就是打嗝、放屁，每天按摩腹部的中脘穴、天枢穴，同时用十指指肚推腹部由心窝至肚脐附近，也很有疗效。胃经的足三里是治气要穴，可多点按。丰隆穴可化痰理气，对治疗暗疮也有良效。爱吃肉的话，可常吃牛羊肉和柴鸡肉，增加气血较快，但在吃完肉后最好吃两粒大山楂丸，既可防止增加血脂，又能加快增长气血。如果是肝火旺的体质，则可适当饮些绿茶，可使浊气从尿道而出。如果想进行肢体的运动，徒步行走则是减肥的最佳选择。另外，敲胆经、练金鸡独立都对减肥和排出浊气有很大帮助。 传统中医疏通经络的各种方法，包括针、灸、按摩以及疏通经络的运动等，可以使身体经常维持在最佳运行的状态，组织间的垃圾更容易去除，身体的各项机能也会更好，对身体整体的发展当然都是有益的。也都能使身体达到减肥的目的。 这种减肥的方法，实际上是追求身体真正的健康，身体健康了体内的垃圾自然去除，人也就瘦了下来。虽然需要的时间长一点，但是从此建立了良好而健康的生活习惯，只要继续保持这种生活方式，不但不会再胖回去，同时再也不受各种慢性病的威胁。 9、减肥的速度与过程 刺激和疏通胆经方法不是很适合速成减肥，比较适合养身，保健。但不是说这个方法不能让脂肪出去，恰好相反只有这个方法才真正能让脂肪出去，但是他与人们的要求相差太远。脂肪不是西医所说的是人体营养过剩的产物，他们提倡大运动量来燃烧脂肪那是无稽之谈。脂肪是人体能力(气血)不够时，人体为了节省体能而不及时排除的垃圾，里面虽然有少量蛋白(人体会在肾脏重新回收的)，但大部分是人体要排除体外的废物。为了节省废物堆积的地方，人体回用了水分。所以脂肪堆得越多的人摸上去越硬，人们往往错误理解为结实。大运动量只不过是使脂肪里的含水量更少。看起来似乎瘦了一点，其实是使脂肪更紧密了。人体的生命活动都是在水里(体液)进行的，已经堆下的脂肪要从人体里排除当然不可能整块整块地出去，一定要在稀释后通过组织交换才能从尿里排出体外。要使脂肪稀释，人体必须通过肺的布水把脂肪泡开才行，但是这样一来，必须先胖起来一点，才会瘦一点，再胖起来一点又瘦一点，反反复 7 复，最后才能达到想瘦的目的。而且那个瘦也不会达到骨感美人的地步。所以没有速效减肥的可能。
