梅耶博格850开方机自动切割的准备 1 Establish wire web布线网 1.1Get into windup mode (icon turns green) 首先选择绕线模式 S1 TOP 1.2Press Set Min Max 进入F15后,再选择设定最小最大按钮。 F15 s_500 1.3 Check wire tension must be 5 N 检查并设定手动走线的张力为5N s_510 1.4 Check wire speed = 0 % 返回F15,并设定线速的百分比为0% F15 s_500 1.5 Check groove depth of pulleys = max. 4 mm! Change groove if necessary检查4个驱动轮的槽深,如果槽深大于4毫米,则需要换槽 1.6 Get wire out of winder room (in case of wire break or spool exchange) 把放线轮上的线头绕过排线轮和张力轮后拉入切割室。 1.7 Fix wire with magnet after the 1st load cell 把线头绕过第一个驱动轮后用磁铁固定 1.8Center the dancer 把张力臂调到垂直位置 1.9Close winder door, not with the key, safety limited speed (SLS) mode active 关闭两侧绕线室的门,这时安全速度模式被激活。 1.10 Check load cell, must be ? 1 N tolerance from 0 依次按右图的按钮,检查线的右侧张力公差显示为0? 1 N F15s_500 1.11 If tolerance OK: Release motor 如果右侧张力公差显示没问题,然后选择右图按钮松开马达 s_500 If tolerance not OK, if over ? 1 N: adjust according manual 如果右侧张力公差显示有问题,请调节校正张力 1.12 Build up wire tension winder right 右侧起张力S500 1.13 Build up wire web with wire rod 用布线杆布线网 1.14 Observe correct wire position in grooves 检查线槽使用的正确槽位 1.15 Knot wire left spool with web (after Slave 3) 与左侧线匝上引出的的线头打结 If no wire on spool winder left: traversing device left on max. value, direction cutting room. 如果左侧收线轮上没线,先把排线轮移到最大位置,向切割室方向移动。s_503 Draw sufficiently wire from web and fix it directly onto the spool. Open left winder door, no tension WR! Set WL 0 m 把布好线网的线头拉入收线室,绕过张力轮和排线轮,并固定到线匝上,右侧释放张力,设定左侧线匝上的线量为0。s_502 2 Prepare automatic mode 自动切割的准备 2.1 Release tension from 5 N, check wire speed 0 % 起5N张力,检查线速百分比为0% s_500 2.2 Preset wire speed to 2 m/s 设定手动走线速度为2m/s s_511 2.3 Preset Setup to 10 N 设定手动走线张力为10,s_510 2.4 Change into setup mode 进入维护模式S1TOP 2.5 Open winder left 打开左侧绕线室。 2.6 Set wire speed 2 % of 2m/s wire speed 设定2%的走线速度s_511 2.7 Take joystick in hand, release with joystick (low safety), build up tension of 10 N用手柄起10N张力 Move knot onto spool, stop release joystick 2.8 走线,把打结的线头走到收线轮上 Cover knot with adhesive tape 2.9 用胶布把打结的线头包好。 Set Min Max: set winder left 0 m at every knot 在每次打结线头包好后设定左侧线轮线量为0m F15s_502 2.11 Release joystick: build up wire tension 10 N 用手柄起10N张力 2.12 2% of 2 m/s wire speed 2m 的2% 走线。F15s_500 2.13 Move knot/wire 3 m onto spool and check at same time wire position of all grooves. Check is performed by operator holding the joystick, because of safety. Stop release joystick 向收线轮走线3m, 同时检查各导轮上线的槽位。(安全方面考虑,请走线时用手柄操作) 2.14 If more than 3m moved onto winder left => drive back to 3 m winder left => important: wire direction back from winder right to winder left 如果走线超过,,,请反向走线至,,处,然后把走线方向改为从右到左。这一点很重要。 s_500 2.15 Final check: correct grooves? 最后再检查一遍线是否在正确的槽位。 2.16 Load workpiece, glued according manual, close workpiece clamping, close winder doors 推入硅锭,(硅锭的粘胶请按照说明),夹紧工作台,关好绕线室的门。S1 TOP 3 Setting automatic 3.1 Check wire speed 0% 检查线速百分比为0% F15 s_500 3.2 Presetting set min max winder left / web / winder right: 35 / 35 / 35 N 设定手动走线张力为35 / 35 / 35 N s_510 3.3 Release joystick 3.4 Build up wire tension winder and web 3.5 Move feed until wire contact with workpiece 移动进给单元至线刚好接触锭的上表面。F13 s_300 3.6 Stop, measure bump height: distance between wire and block => average of lowest point on workpiece surface 停好后,测量上平面凸起的高度,线到锭的上平面的平均最低位置。 3.7 Set feed 0 设零点。s_300 3.8 Enter bump height in window 输入凸起的高度 3.9 Move to start 移动切割头到切割起始位s_300 3.10 Stop release of joystick释放手柄。 3.11 Check bump height, decimal point may not be .000! 进F12,检查凸起的高度是否整数。F12 s_200 Otherwise select only value entering field, enter 否则四舍五入输入整数 3.12 Pilgrim mode and profiled feed must be selected 打开双向走线模式和同步功能。F15 F12 3.13 Recipe is adapted by process engineer: e.g. water quantity, wire speed, feed, pilgrim etc. 检查切割工艺,如:水流量,线速,进给和进回线等。 4 Start automatic 开始切割 4.1 Check auto ready 检查自动切割条件S1 s_007 4.2 Check overview parameter 检查所有参数。F12 s_200 4.3 Fix cover at yoke 安装切割头上的盖板 4.4 Close all doors 关上所有的门 4.5 Switch on water 打开水泵F11 s_100 4.6 Lock with key on panel 用操作面板上的钥匙锁门 4.7 Change into automatic mode 改为自动模式S1 TOP 4.8 Event screen: set wire speed to 100% 如有设置线速百分比的事件提醒,设定其为100% 4.9 Enter number for cut protocol 输入切割刀号 4.10 Start automatic, green hardware button 按如图绿色按钮开始切割 4 Finish automatic 切割结束 5.1 Change into setup mode 改为维护模式S1TOP 5.2 Release door 开门锁 5.3 Check upper wire web: bowing visible? 检查是否还有线弓, Yes: pilgrim in setup mode (pilgrim distance, tension and wire speed as in automatic mode last profile step) 如有,在维护模式下双向走线。F15 s_500 No: go to next step 无线弓,进行下一步。 5.4 Clean immediately after cut: remove cover from yoke, clean cutting room and yoke top down with water 且割结束后马上清洁:拿开切割头上的盖板, 5.5 Wire speed 0% 设线速百分比为0% F15 s_500 5.6 Presetting: set min max wire speed 5 N 设定手动走线张力为,,s_510 5.7 Fix wire after master and slave 3 with magnet at yoke See arrow 在马达,和,处用磁铁固定钢线。 5.8 Cut and remove wire web Important: remove wire at slave 1 (calculation wire consumption)! 剪线网,计算并记录用线量。 5.9 Setup mode 进维护模式S1 TOP 5.10 Release joystick, build up wire tension winder left and winder right 5 N 两侧起,N张力。 5.11 Move up feed manually => stop release 手动上升切割头F13 s_300 5.12 Secondary cleaning if necessary 再次清洁切割室内各处 5.13 Unload workpiece 下锭 5.14 Start again at step 1.1
