16、假如进行过数据同步操作，申报到医保中心的数据，单位自己发现其中有些操作失误，并且数据状态是待审核状态，这时使用软件是不能修改的，假如是工资申报错误，那么可以点击 “申报数据回退”菜单下的[医保]缴费工资申报回退。注意，只需要退回需要重新修改的数据，不要把随便把全部数据回退，否则要全部重做。其他业务操作也有类似的回退操作，申报数据回退之后需要进行一下“申报数据同步”操作，然后就可以进行修改，然后再点击“申报数据同步”，将申报数据上传到医保中心。 17、假如在使用过程中忘记密码了，系统报用户名与密码的组合有误，一种情况是单位会员编号输入有误，单位会员编号的组成是 350501，10位医保单位编号，共16位。另外一种情况是密码确实输入错误了，那么可以使用登录界面上的 “忘记密码”功能，点它之后会出现如下界面 输入 10位单位编号 与 注册时填写的 电子邮箱 34 13 15 12 13 28-Village Road 下，需要进入软件里的 远程操作―>单位会员信息修改 确认下联系邮箱是否填写正确，另外在下边的按钮中有个,邮箱测试,需要点击下测试，因为某些邮箱可能会收不到我们的邮件服务器发送的邮件，那样就要换一个试下。 三、补充事项 初次使用时可能会提示升级软件，请选择升级即可。其他情况下，软件也会不定期升级，升级包下载完成之后，需要点一下“安装”。
