周期性工作管理办法 文件编号 QG/MWP01.24-2013 湖南山水节能科技股版本编号 V2.0 周期性工作管理办法 生效日期 2013-03-20 份有限公司 页 码 第 1 页共5页 周期性工作管理办法 1.目的 1.1规范周期性工作计划与控制，保证周期性工作的开展。 2.适应范围 2.1本办法适用于湖南山水泵业有限公司及汨罗长川铸造有限公司。 3.定义 3.1周期性工作:是指年度内在规定时间必须进行的工作。它与日常性工作主要区别是此类工作只有在异常情况下才不进行，并且有明确的输出。 3.2周期性工作计划:对周期性工作内容、工作时间、工作及要求进行规划的文件，通常按岗位编制，一般只列入由本岗位发起的工作项目，其他辅助性的、参与性的工作不列入此项;比喻参与的会议、审核或批准等; 4(职责 4.1各部门根据年度经营计划、岗位设置、制度要求、工作任务要求负责制定周期性工作内容，制定周期性工作计划，并检查本部门员工周期性工作计划开展情况。 4.2总经办负责组织编制和审核周期性工作计划，并进行检查与控制 4.3行政人事部结合部门制定的周期性工作计划制定的负责编制《岗位职务说明书》并下达宣贯 4.4总经理负责周期性工作内容及周期性计划的批准。 5.管理内容和要求 5.1周期性工作计划的确定 5.1.1 每年1月，总经办组织各部门制定年度周期性工作计划 5.1.2 周期性工作计划经总经办审核是否符合年度经营计划要求，报总经理批准 5.1.3 行政人事部根据周期性工作计划编制《岗位职责说明书》并下达宣贯 5.2周期性工作计划执行及控制 5.2.1各部门员工严格执行周期性工作计划，部门主管每月26日前提交部门《周期性工作expansion project is completed, will mainly target the elderly, children, work-related injuries or accidents in patients with orthopaedics, rehabilitation, child rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, pain rehabilitation and rehabilitation operations and health services, rehabilitation, nursing professionals training base Beijing, as the region has a certain scale and rehabilitation management of medical and health services of technology base.
