The outskirts of the town has left, "Huang Chi", originally Yue water hides 3.3 减速机:减速机为两级行星轮系差动变速箱，通过一双联内齿圈，圈内安装两级行星轮系， 通过两套块式调速制动器与磨擦轮离合方式进行变速。两端配有轴承座，外带末级减速小齿 轮，方便拆装，传动可靠。当电动机空载起动时，两块式调速制动器全部打开，行星差速器 空转，而小齿轮不转;带载时通过两块式调速器交互使用可形成慢速、快速，最终通过末级 平行轴外啮合齿轮减速传动磨擦滚筒。操作时注意，两调速制动轮严禁同时制动，以 免造成行星差速器严重损坏。 3.4 滚筒部分:滚筒部分由一个带工作安全制动轮的圆筒体、末级减速大齿轮、两个轴承座、中 心主轴及安装在圆筒体上的铸铁磨擦块组成，形成独立的模块，安装、维护方便。 3.5 快、慢速调速闸:采用弹簧施压的常开液压油缸控制，主电机启动时全部敞开，工作时油泵 电机由磁力起动器控制，采用手动换向阀切换供油控制。当司机扳动手柄，接通调速闸油路， 通过节流阀向调速闸供油，使调速闸渐渐闭合。操作时注意，必须保证每次只一个调速闸闭 合。通过快、慢速调速闸的操作实现零速、慢速到快速运行、静止的调速控制。调速闸固定 在底座上。 3.6 安全制动闸:采用弹簧施压的常闭结构型式液压闸，绞车启动时，由司机通过按钮控制磁力 起动器起动油泵电机，并控制DC24V的电磁换向阀带电，安全闸油路接通，制动闸缓慢打开; 当紧急制动或突然停电，电磁阀失电，靠碟形弹簧施压，制动闸因弹簧力快速回油，实现快 速安全制动。 3.7 工作制动闸:与安全制动闸共用一套闸，工作原理(见液压系统图):操作手动安全阀手柄 14，调节溢流阀的压力，制动油缸16根据油压的大小，逐步实现松闸与抱闸，实现停车工 作制动。 4 电气控制系统 绞车电气控制系统由KXJ-24矿用隔爆型可编程操作箱进行操作，该装置具有位置显示，速 度显示，赿位保护功能，整套系统由PLC控制。按下显示箱上的正转或反转按钮，系统首先 起动油泵电机，延时2秒钟后主电机和电磁阀起动，再通过操作手动安全阀手柄，扳动手动 换向阀的手柄，使绞车开始运转。绞车工作后，传感器得到信号，传输给装置主机的PLC， PLC把信号处理后，把距离和位置信息传输给显示箱，显示箱显示出梭车的运行距离和到达 位置。显示箱上有正反转显示，液压站电机工作指示，打滑指示，超速指示。 4.1控制按纽功能 4.1.1“启动”按纽用于油泵,主电机.主油路电磁阀的启动运行，按下启动按纽，油泵电机启 动，延时2秒后主电路电磁阀和主电机空载运行(滚筒不运行) 4.1.2“正转”按纽用于绞车的正向运行，(控制主电机的正向运行)开始运行时是慢速运行; 通过电磁阀，按下按纽安全闸电磁阀2YA工作，安全闸打开，延时1秒后，慢速电磁阀3YA 工作，调速闸慢慢闭合，滚筒慢速正向运行。 4.1.3“反转”按纽用于绞车滚筒的反向转动(控制主电动机的反向运行)按下按纽安全闸电 磁阀2YA工作，安全闸打开，延时1秒后，慢速电磁阀3YA工作，调速闸渐渐闭合，滚筒 慢速反向运行，在正向运行时可直接转换反向运行。 4.1.4“慢速”按纽用于绞车滚筒的慢速运行，按下按纽电磁阀3YA工作，4YA失电绞车滚 筒慢速运行 products, wine culture has a long history.
