菜谱-柠檬薄荷蜂蜜水
原料:柠檬 薄荷叶 蜂蜜
做法:
1.洗柠檬的时候用一点小苏打去除可能的农药,用水浸泡10分钟后再彻底冲洗干净;
2.薄荷叶用水冲洗干净;
3.切下半个柠檬的皮;
4.把柠檬皮切成细条后放入玻璃壶里;
5.放入薄荷叶;
6.用70度左右的开水冲泡;
7.放凉后加入蜂蜜;
8.挤入适量的柠檬汁,喝完后加入开水,冷却后再滴入柠檬汁即可。
小贴士:
1.柠檬切片加入到放冷水的玻璃壶里,再加入蜂蜜入冰箱冷藏,可保存一个礼拜,喝的时候就倒在杯子里一点,拿冷水再稀释即可;
2.夏季温度高,人体水分流失多,要适当补充点盐分,可以在柠檬水里放一点点盐;
3.切不可用刚煮开的水泡柠檬片,那样里面的维生素会快速流失;
4.没有用完的柠檬一定要用保鲜袋包紧后入冰箱冷藏,三天内用完
5.柠檬水的酸度自己把握,不要太酸,胃酸过多的人只需把柠檬水尽量泡淡一点就可
以喝,因为少量的柠檬酸有利于修复胃黏膜,对于消化不良者来说,在淡柠檬水中加
薄薄一片姜饮用,对促进消化液分泌很有好处。
6.如果寻求口感,可把柠檬薄荷水冷藏一会,或者放入冰块,口感更佳。
