[25]wuXZ,ChenD,XieG1LBonemarrow--derivedcells:rolesin solidtumor[J].Minireview.Neoplasma,2007,54(1):1--6. ,,, 主动脉弓分支变异一例 姚建勇,李山泉,马新生,徐斌,郑威楠 (石河子大学医学院解剖学教研室,新疆石河子832002) 作者在一例6O岁左右男性尸体上所见主动脉弓 分支是较少见的类型.现如下: 主动脉弓发出四大分支,自右向左依次为右颈总 动脉,左颈总动脉,右锁骨下动脉,左锁骨下动脉.其 中右,左颈总动脉共干和左锁骨下动脉起于主动脉弓 的凸缘,右锁骨下动脉起于主动脉弓的后壁.共干血 ? 变异? 管共干部长0.7CM,然后分为右,左颈总动脉,起始 部外径均为0.5CM;右颈总动脉向右外上方斜升经 气管前方到达颈部;左颈总动脉向左后外斜升到达颈 部.右锁骨下动脉起始部外径为0.7CM,向右外上 方斜升穿经食管后间隙(属食管后型)穿经斜角肌间 隙移行为液动脉.余血管分支均未见异常.
