Re: Zhou Yin - Visa Application Attachments: May 2013
1. Invitation letter from my fiancé Richard Frederick Spencer and his proof of
identity, including his passport copy, and his business card.
2. An Email from Jill Williams (my fiancé’s sister) to Richard Spencer, inviting us to Cyprus (Jill
and Julie's photo see 23)
3. Draft itinerary for my UK visit.
Regarding proof of my relationship with my sponsor, Richard Spencer - attachments 4-8:
4. Photos of me and my fiancé together. My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I started our
relationship in September 2007 and we have always been living together during the time he
has been here in China. We have lot of photos together and I attach some examples for you.
5. Some emails between me and my fiancé. In my email records I have more than 500 email
messages between my fiancé and myself,
6. Apartment tenancy agreements and letters from the owners: for extra proof that we have
lived together in these apartments, I have obtained signed statements from two apartment
owners in Shenzhen covering 8month and 6 months respectively. (One of the original copies
had been kept for my last application). We usually stay in hotels or short-term apartments,
because we like to travel a lot. A long-term contract would limit our ability to travel and
see China. The apartment tenancy agreements are always in Chinese language and the
owners did not think it necessary to add my fiancé's name, even though we always viewed the
apartments together and he was always there when the contracts were signed.
7. Hotels and flight information: the hotels where we stayed only kept information about the
person who paid the bills, which was usually my fiancé, but I attach two hotel invoices,
in Shanghai and Hong Kong, where we also kept some travel tickets, showing the dates, which
coincide with our hotel check-in and check-out dates and support that we stayed there together.
Two emails where I gave my fiancé details of the Agoda booking agency and the Zhuzilin hotel
where we stayed for a while. In June 2009 my fiancé was coming back to China and I sent
him an email with our hotel address in Sanya and booked the flight for him with Etaopiao.com
and Shenzhen Airlines.
8. Marriage registry appointment, although this will be carried out at a later date.
Regarding evidence of financial support - attachments 9-13
9. Bank receipts. In 2007 when my fiancé moved from Ningbo to another city, I decided
to end my job and follow him. Since that time he has paid for all our living expenses. To show
that he has supported me, I attach some 2011/2012 bank receipts, which show money being
taken out of his UK bank account and put into my BOC account (the receipts for earlier years
have either been disposed of or are in a file in the UK) (the original copy had been kept for my
last application)
10. Examples of Western Union emails - now he sends me money through Western Union
when we are not together.
11. Health Club / Gymnasium membership. And the bills which show that my fiancé pays for it.
12. My fiancé pays for my Skype account. We call and message each other through Skype,
FaceTime, Wechat and telephone everyday when we are not together. Some of the more
recent records are still shown on my Skype and FaceTime and Wechat account.
13. My recent bank records for 6 months.
14. My fiancé's recent bank records for 6 months.
15. House bills and tax bills.
16. Photo of my fiancé’s house.(see 23)
17. Photos of my apartment. This apartment is second hand apartment, the owner's name
hasn't been changed, but the house paper is in my father's hand and we will change it to my
name later this year or earlier next year.
18. My health insurance.
Regarding evidence of credit:
19. Visa copies. I have been to the UK, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos,
Vietnam and never over stayed.
20. Business cards.
21. My CV.
22. English exam – pass certificate.
Last visit to the UK:
23. Photos taken in the UK.
