If no enemies are in the current room, the foot will target Isaac (and do damage if it hits), however it can be used to break rocks or open secret rooms. There is a known glitch with this card where if you pause the game at the perfect moment when the foot comes down, the game will give you the card back as if you hadn't used it. IV 皇帝 IV - The Emperor 传送到本层的 Boss 房 间，在最后一层使用是 最理想的状态。如果在 Boss 战中使用，会重置 战斗，令 Boss 回复到满 血，但可能改变 Boss 的 颜色和对应技，如果在 打完妈妈的脚后使用， 可以让你离开这个房间 Teleports the player to the Boss room on the current floor.
