The traction coefficien ts of lub ricating o il HKD21 were measu red at various normal loads, ro lling speeds, lubrican t inlet temperatu res and slide2to2ro ll ratios on a ball2 d isc traction rig by this traction m easuremen t system. The results show that the traction test cu rve is smoo th and the data is accurate. These demonstrate that the design of the lubricant traction m easuremen t is reasonab le and the p recision of the traction measuremen t system is high.
