本部分的全部技术
为强制性。
本部分等同采用IEC 60745-2-8:2003(2.。版)《手持式电动工具 安全 第2-8部分:电剪刀和电
冲剪的专用要求》,与等同采用IEC 60745-1:2003(3.2版)制定的GB 3883. 1-2005《手持式电动工具
的安全 第一部分:通用要求》一起使用。
本部分自实施之日起代替GB 3883. 8-1991《手持式电动工具的安全 第二部分:电剪刀和冲剪的
专用要求》
本部分与GB 3883. 8-1991相比主要修改如下:
1) 修改了标准的名称:手持式电动工具的安全 第二部分:电剪刀和冲剪的专用要求。
2) 本部分第1章范围1. 1修改为:“本部分适用于电剪刀和电冲剪”。
3) 删去GB 3883. 8-1991的引言。
4) 第3章定义,删去GB 3883. 8-1991中2. 2. 23正常负载定义,本部分增加:3. 101电剪刀和
3. 102电冲剪的定义。
5) GB 3883. 8-1991第11章“发热”中11. 4:“工具在规定的正常负载下运行30 min温升在此运
行期终结时进行测量”。本部分修改为 12. 4:“工具在额定输人功率或额定电流下运行30 min,在
30 min结束时测量温升”。
6) GB 3883. 8-1991第23章电源联接与外接软电缆和软线中23.3规定的可使用最轻型电缆为
“普通氯丁橡胶层或性能相当的合成橡胶护层软线(GB 5013.2)0,本部分在24. 4中修改为“重型氯丁
橡胶的护层电缆(GB 5013. 4 245 IEC 66)"0
本部分由中国电器工业协会提出。
本部分由全国电动工具标准化技术委员会(CAS/TC 68)归口并负责解释。
本部分由上海电动工具研究所负责起草。
本部分主要起草人:刘江、李邦协、李宏照、播顺芳、金轶。
本部分代替标准的历次版本发布情况为:
