液态感光阻焊白色油墨（LB-1900W系列）使用说明 Instruction of white liquid photoimageable & solder resist printing ink（LB-1900W series） LB-1900W为双组分网印UV接触曝光，稀碱显影的阻焊油墨。经高温硬化后的涂膜具有高绝缘性和高阻焊性，特别为LED显示器及铝基板而设计，其特性更适合使用于精密电路板。 LB-1900W is a kind of dilute alkalis developing and solder resist printing ink, which is also bi-component screen printing and UV contact exposure. If the viscosity needs to be adjusted, 1-3% of the diluent can be added in. It’s recommended to use DBE diluent, butyl glycol(BCS). （2）静置 Standing 搅拌均匀后静置10~15分钟后再印刷 To stand for 10-15 minutes after fully stirring, and then to process screen printing. (3) 网目选择 Screen mesh 网版用36T或43T丝网 油墨厚度在：25-30um之间 Either 36T or 43T is available for screen mesh Thickness of printing ink: between 25-30um. (4) 预烤 Pre-curing A：两面分开印刷、分别烘烤： 第一面热风循环烤箱：75±5℃、15-20分钟； 第二面热风循环烤箱：75±5℃、20-25分钟； B：两面同时印刷、同时烘烤： 热风循环烤箱：75±5℃、25-30分钟 A：To print and cure each side separately: The first side in hot air circulating oven: 75±5℃、15-20 minutes. The second side in hot air circulating oven: 75±5℃、20-25 minutes. B：To print and cure two sides at the same time. Hot air circulating oven: 75±5℃、25-30 minutes. （5）曝光 Exposure 7K曝光机：500-700mj/c㎡ 曝光尺：9 — 12级盖膜 7K UV contact exposure: 500-700mj/c㎡ Exposure step: 9-12 level of cover film (6)显影 Developing 显影液： 1±0.2%Na2CO3溶液 显影液温度： 30±2℃ 显影时间： 40-60秒、 水洗压力： 1.8~2.2kg/c㎡ Developing solution: (1±0.2%) of Na2CO3 Solution Temperature of developing solution: 30±2℃ Developing time: 40-60 seconds Washing pressure: 1.8~2.2kg/c㎡ （7）后烤 Posterior-curing 温度：150±5℃ 烘烤时间：60分钟 Temperature: 150±5℃ Curing time: 60 minutes     注意事项： 1、 此款油墨只适合做沉镍金、喷锡工艺，不可做沉锡、沉银，不可以使用UV机生产。 2、 以上参数仅供参考，具体操作以试样为准。 Matters need attention： 1. This type of printing ink only applies to the process of immersion nickel-gold and tin spraying, not for immersion tin or immersion silver, it can not be produced by UV machine. 2.
