Ends bearing end cover with connection of the stator plate or gourds by exclusive lug on the end face of a temporary low-hanging on the 长的一个小村落。村内的文化自然和这片水库紧密相关。玉田水库我并非第一次来，但是这一次通过了细致的调查有了和以往很大不同的认识。由于玉田水库距离学校很近，所以成了我们日常举办一些课余活动的不二之地。这里风景秀丽，场地宽阔，非常适合进行露营烧烤等活动。但是它并不仅仅只是一个供人休闲娱乐的去处。 我通过对玉田村民的调查走访得知，玉田水库始建于1958年，原名跃进水库。文革结束之后改名玉田水库。现在是景德镇的一个旅游区，称玉田湖风景区。玉田村村委会的水库管理人员告诉我，水库西南方向最长之处有2.1公里，集雨面积多达一百余公顷，丰水期水面面积153公顷。甚至水库还有发电的功能，有两座坝后式发电站，总容量325千瓦。同时加固了堤坝，增强了防洪能力。现在在水库腹地已经形成了一片天然湿地，越冬的候鸟常常栖息于此，为此村民也成立了相应的保护机构，来保护这片生态繁荣的湿地。 了解到了村民的口述之后我随即前往水库腹地亲自考察。沿着小路行进，进入了一片我从来不曾见过的玉田水库。小路两侧幽静清冷，从树木的缝隙中隐约可见水面的影子。这片树林是一片自然保护区和林场，林场内树木不得乱砍滥伐，不得耕种，不得破坏与放火。在我看来，冬季正是严防破坏林场的季节，这片林场保护的十分好。我相信这也是由这片水库滋润起来的一片给村民的宝贵财富吧。经过了这片景色不错的林场，玉田湖腹地的湿地便展现了在我的眼前。水面碧波荡漾，湖心岛上郁郁葱葱，候鸟在其间往来穿梭。时而落水时而腾空，时而出没于茂林修竹之间。着实让我吃惊不小。不敢相信这片十分熟悉的水库还有这般面貌。欣赏完了美景之后，我便随即前往此处居住的村民了解这片湿地的情况。获得的信息是，这片湿地现在已经确实建立了候鸟保护区，并由专人看守，维持卫生与防火安全。湿地深处便是湖心，也规划出了相应的区域用于取水灌溉和鱼类养殖。 玉田村村庄住民情况情况基本同现在大多数的农村一样，比较多的人员外出务工。留在村中的多为老年人和玉田湖的管理人员。主要产业结构为耕种为主，对玉田湖的附加经济收入(如养殖、采摘、捕捞)为辅。围绕玉田湖而建的村落有很多，比如从玉田水库后面发电水坝经过的公路可以通到北安村。北安村的情况和玉田村也很相似。但是北安村在村子文化传承方面有自己的特色，村中又一座古老的李氏宗祠，种植有一颗二百余年的银杏树。吸引了很多人前来观看。 二、主要体会与思考 经过全面了解了依玉田湖而发展生长起来的玉田村的情况，我深深觉得这是一个充满生态文化、充满合理利用自然资源的村庄，和玉田湖相依相存，保护着玉田湖并合理利用着玉田湖。整个村落文化处处体现着人与自然和谐发展的一片欣欣向荣的景象。深深的令人感a special tool to measure half a point the rotor shaft runout and simultaneous measurement of two coupling flutter testing, it should meet the requirements. Ends bearing end cover with connection of the stator plate or gourds by exclusive lug on the end face of a temporary low-hanging on the 动和钦佩。 村民的环境保护意识也很强烈。可持续发展、尊重自然的一时也相当令我钦佩。我在进入林区之前多次被叮嘱不要乱扔垃圾不要随便用火。在玉田湖湿地也被多次叮嘱不要在湿地乱扔垃圾不要惊吓鸟儿。这些都是普普通通的村民的告诫。村民合理利用自然资源的意识给我留下了很深的印象。 三、问题与建议 虽然对玉田村的文化建设很有好感，但是我认为也存在着一些问题。其中之一就是村民虽然很尊重自然，尊重玉田湖，但是对于湖区的管理还是不够规范。对于湿地的保护力度很大，但是对于景区的保护则显得不尽人意。也许是承包出去的原因，景区内前来钓鱼的游客随手扔垃圾的现象很常见。前来露营烧烤的人也会对环境做出破坏。但是这些现象很多。同时这也反映出来管理人员人手不够的问题，因为村中居民很多都外出务工。一个管委会区区几个人管理这么大一片水库实属力不从心。同时村落文化建设没有核心，村民的归属感不强。像北安村，修建有氏族宗祠。这是村民归属感的一个很好体现。 我认为作为玉田湖的居民，应该努力去维护加强村民的归属感和责任意识，令水库是我家的意识深入人心。同时也可以适当加大对水库的开发与利用。比如合理的开发旅游资源，提供更多的有附加值的服务，而不仅仅限于划船垂钓等没有新意的项目。比如可以开办农家乐，可以在冬季开办观鸟节等等活动。这样可以为家乡创造新的就业岗位，吸引外出人员回家，同时也能加大对水库的管理力度。使村子与水库形成良性的互补发展。 以上就是我关于此次社会实践的调查报告。 六、社会实践 通过此次社会实践，对于我个人来说起到了很好的锻炼作用，更加令我深刻认识到了“绝知此事要躬行”的必要性。对周围耗不起眼的村落进行文化调查，出乎意料的竟也得到了许多难忘的成果。这一点尤其令我受教。身边那些容易被人忽视的事物也许就隐藏着很多值得我们学习、借鉴和保护的东西。以后为人处世，一定要培养自己的行动能力与发现意识。去留心周围不起眼但是却值得留心的事物。会对自己很有益处。 七、调查照片 a special tool to measure half a point the rotor shaft runout and simultaneous measurement of two coupling flutter testing, it should meet the requirements.
