RQL 全部合格 20 25 抽样方案 ―― 5[0 1] 10[2 3] 6 试验方法 6.1 基本尺寸 用通用量具测量 6.2 外观 用目力在自然光下进行检查。 6.3 贮液量试验 用适合标准容量的量筒测量。 6.4 无异物检查 将冲洗器内装入纯化水50ml，上下用力来回摇动三次，然后旋开冲洗头，将水倒在干净的烧杯内，在自然光下用目力检查。 2 YZB/赣洪 —2008 6.5 密封性试验 将冲洗头与贮液罐装配好后，密封冲洗头出水孔，再将冲洗器浸入水中，用手挤压贮液罐到原容积 的1/2时，保持15秒，冲洗头与贮液罐的接口处应无明显连续气泡产生(前5秒不计)。 6.6 畅通性试验 将贮液罐装满水后，与冲洗头部装配好，将冲洗头嘴朝下，给贮液罐施加9.8牛顿的轴向压力，在 10秒钟内排液量应不少于50ml。 6.7 无菌试验 按GB/T 14233.2中的有关规定进行。 6.8 环氧乙烷残留量试验 按GB/T 14233.1中的有关规定进行。 7 标志、标签、包装、运输、贮存 7.1 每个冲洗器采用无毒塑料袋包装，单包装上应有下列标志: a) 生产单位名称、地址; b) 产品名称、规格; c) 生产日期或生产批号; d) 无菌有效期; e) 生产企业许可证号、产品注册证号、注册产品标准号; f) 使用说明; g) “一次性使用”、“包装破损，切勿使用”、“用后销毁”等字样或标志应符合YY,T 0313的规定; 7.2 外包装箱内附有合格证，合格证上应有下列标志: a) 生产单位名称; b) 产品名称、规格; c) 生产日期或生产批号; d) 检验日期; e) 检验员代号。 7.3 外包装采用瓦楞纸箱，外包装上应有下列标志: a) 生产单位名称、地址、联系电话、邮编; b) 产品名称、规格、数量; c) 生产企业许可证号、产品注册证号、注册产品标准号; d) 体积(长×宽×高); e) 毛重; f) 生产日期或生产批号; g) 灭菌日期、有效期; h) “防晒”、“防雨淋”等字样或标志应符合GB/T 191的规定; 7.4 在运输过程中，产品应防晒、防雨淋。 7.5 产品应贮存在相对湿度不超过80%，且无腐蚀性物质侵蚀，通风良好的室内。 3
