2.在煲中加冷水和各种原料，用大火煮30分钟后改小火慢炖1小时，最后加盐调味。 【营养小特色】: 花生与猪手都能够补血和通乳，是妈咪产后补身的上品。如果加一些川酸菜，就会使这道菜的口感鲜美异常，有助于提高产后体弱妈咪的食欲。 6、田七红枣炖鸡 【配方】鲜鸡肉200克(去鸡皮)，田七5克，红枣4粒，姜1片，盐少许。 【做法】红枣用清水浸软，洗净去核，待用。田七切薄片，用水略冲洗， 待用。鸡肉拖水 后，洗净，沥干水分待用。把所有材料同放入一个小型炖盅内，注入适量开水至八成满，以 大火隔水炖约2小时，加入调味料，取出，即可趁热饮用。 7、母鸡炖山药 母鸡1只，洗净，将黄芪30克、党参15克、山药15克、红枣15克，置入鸡肚，在药上浇黄酒50克，隔水蒸熟。1-2天内吃完。可用于脾胃虚弱少乳者。 8、清炖乌骨鸡汤 乌骨鸡肉1000克，洗净切碎，与葱、姜、盐、酒等拌匀，上铺党参15克、黄芪25 克。枸杞子15克，隔水蒸20分钟即可。主治产后虚弱，乳汁不足。 9、栗子冬菇焖鸽 【配方】鲜乳鸽1只，栗子150克，冬菇5,6只，姜1片，干葱1段，磨豉酱1茶匙，调料( 姜汁、酒各1茶匙，盐小半茶匙，胡椒粉少许，上汤或水1杯多些，生抽大半汤匙，糖半茶匙，麻油、胡椒粉少许)适量。 【做法】鲜乳鸽剖洗净，抹干，用调味料搽匀鸽身内外，腌约15分钟，待用。栗子去壳去皮后，洗净，用滚水煮至七成熟，捞出，沥干水分待用。浸软花菇，去蒂，洗净，沥干水分，待用。烧热3汤匙油，把鸽略煎，跟着爆香干葱、姜片及磨豉酱，溅酒，注入调味料，煮滚，加入花菇及栗子，文火焖约20分钟至材料熟，而汁料收干至浓，上碟，即可趁热供食。 10、乳鸽银耳汤 乳鸽1只，银耳10克，瘦肉150克，蜜枣3个。 【做法】 ?将乳鸽切好，切去脚，与瘦肉同放入滚水中煮5分钟，取出过冷河，洗净。 ?银耳用清水浸至膨胀，放入滚水中煮3分钟，取出洗净。 ?把适量清水煲滚，放入乳鸽、瘦肉和蜜枣煲约2小时，放入银耳再煲半小时，下盐调味。 11、木瓜炖鱼头 【材料】:姜丝，鱼头，青木瓜，红枣，枸杞，龙眼干。。。。 (ps:去市场时，记得买的是青木瓜啊，可别买成我们平时吃的夏威夷木瓜。。。。) (1)下油，爆姜丝，然后让鱼头过下油，这样可以去掉鱼的腥味。。。 (2)接着，把过了油的鱼头放进沙锅里面，再加上之前准备好的木瓜，红枣，桂圆，枸杞。 (3)然后，猛火煮沸，，这时，记得再点料酒，能使鱼的味道挥发出来。盖上锅盖，转为慢火，炖上一个小时。。。 12、木瓜花生大枣汤 【用料】木瓜750克，花生150克，大枣5粒，片糖3/2块。 【作法】 ?木瓜去皮、去核、切块。 ?将木瓜、花生、大枣和8碗水放入煲内，放入片糖，待水滚后改用文火煲2小时即可饮用。 【备注】: ?木瓜含有丰富的维生素C，常吃能使肌肤光滑、白净兼能养颜。 ?花生味甘、性平，有活血通乳、健脾开胃、润肺利尿的功用。 【功效】部分妇女产后因乳汁不足，在喂哺宝宝时会产生缺乳汁问题。产妇要增加乳汁，可煲木瓜花生大枣汤饮用，这汤水对增加乳汁有显著效用。 13、鲫鱼炖木瓜 调料: 姜片、料酒、盐、味精 【材料】:鲫鱼一条，木瓜半个，红枣十颗 【做法】: 1. 将鲫鱼刮磷去腮，开膛去内脏(其实这些工作卖鱼的已经做好咯)，自己只要撕去腹内黑膜清洗干净就好了。 2. 木瓜去皮切成块，红枣去核，冲洗干净。 3. 锅内倒油烧热，放入姜片煸香，加入鲫鱼稍微煎一下，去腥。 4. 另起锅加油烧热，加入水烧开后放入鲫鱼，木瓜，红枣，料酒，烧开锅后用小火煲两个小时，加盐，味精调味即可。 14、丝瓜鲫鱼汤 活鲫鱼500克，洗净、背上剖十字花刀。略煎两面后，烹黄酒，加清水、姜、葱 等，小火焖炖20分钟。丝瓜200克，洗净切片，投入鱼汤，旺火煮至汤呈乳白色后加 盐，3分钟后即可起锅。具益气健脾、清热解毒、通调乳汁之功。 15、归芪鲫鱼汤 【原料】鲫鱼1尾(半斤)，当归10克，黄芪15克。 【制作】将鲫鱼洗净，去内脏和鱼鳞，与当归、黄芪同煮至熟即可。饮汤食鱼，每日服一剂。 【应用】产后气血不足，食欲不振，乳汁量少。 【按语】鲫鱼汤味美，营养丰富，可补阴血，通血脉，消积滞，通络下乳。加当归、黄芪益气养血，为民间常用的催乳方。 16、冬瓜鲫鱼汤 【原料】:鲫鱼1-2尾、冬瓜、葱、姜、盐少许。 【制作】: 1.认真清洗鲫鱼，将葱姜改刀、冬瓜切小片; 2.鱼下冷水锅，大火烧开，加葱姜，后改小火慢炖; 3.当汤汁颜色呈奶白色时下入冬瓜，并调味，稍煮即可。 【营养小特色】: 鲫鱼汤是补气血、通乳汁的传统食疗方，也可以鲤鱼、鲢鱼替代;冬瓜具有利水作用，同样利于乳汁分泌。需要注意的是不能过咸，不然会使体内潴留水分;也不可只饮鲜汤而不食鱼肉。要知道，鱼肉中的蛋白质是乳汁分泌所必需的营养。 17、乌鱼通草汤 【食材】:乌鱼1条，通草3克，葱、盐、黄酒等调味料 【TIPS】:通草为旌节花科植物通条及其同属的数种植物的茎髓，一般为白色细条状物，味甘、淡、性寒，有清热利湿，通经下乳的功效，中医用于治疗小便不利、乳汁不通等病症，在中药房即可购买。 【制作方法】:将乌鱼去鳞及内脏后，洗净，将通草加葱、盐、黄酒、水适量共炖熟即可。 【食用方法】:吃鱼喝汤，每日一次。 18、鲫鱼奶汤 【食材】:鲫鱼1条，牛奶50毫升，葱、盐、黄酒等调味料 【制作方法】:将鲫鱼去磷及内脏后，洗净，下油锅略煎，再加葱、盐、黄酒、水适量共炖，汤至乳白色将好时，放入牛奶，煮开即可。 【食用方法】:吃鱼喝汤，每日一次。 【功效】:补益气血，健脾开胃，促进乳汁分泌，鲫鱼还有利尿消肿的作用，可促进产妇体内多余水份的排出。 19、鲤鱼粥 【做法】:鲜活鲤鱼1条，去鳞除内脏后切成小块，与白米或小米一起煮粥。 【】:粥内不能放盐，淡吃。 20、黄花炖瘦肉 【做法】:干黄花菜(又名金针菜)25克，瘦猪肉250克，煮或炖至酥烂后佐餐。瘦猪肉也可用猪蹄代替。 【心得】:一定要用干黄花菜与猪肉或猪蹄同炖、同煮，才有通乳之效。 21、熘炒黄花猪腰 猪腰子500克，剖开，去筋膜臊腺，洗净，切块。起油锅，待油至九成热时放姜、葱、蒜及腰花爆炒片刻。猪腰熟透变色时，加黄花菜50克及盐、糖适量，煸炒片刻，加水、生粉勾芡，加味精即成。有补肾通乳作用。 22、黄花通草猪肝汤 【原料】黄花菜30克，花生米30克，通草6克，猪肝200克。 【制作】将黄花菜30克、通草6克加水煮汤，去渣取汁，入花生米、猪肝煲汤。以花生米熟烂为度。吃猪肝、花生米，饮汤，每日一剂，连服3天。 【功效】补血养精，通络生乳。 【应用】产后乳汁量少，乳房柔软，食欲不振。 【按语】乳汁为气血化生，气血不足，乳汁量少，黄花菜、花生米、猪肝均能补血益气，化生乳汁，通草一味通络下乳，全方补中有通，为又一帖下乳良方。 23、猪排炖黄豆芽汤 【食疗功效】 子排骨上带肉，为滋补强壮养生佳品;黄豆芽解脾胃郁热。两者合烹成汁，汤鲜味美，具用催乳作用。 【 原 料 】 猪肉子排 500 克，鲜黄豆芽 200 克，葱、姜各适量，料酒 50 克，盐、味精各适量。 【制作方法】 将子排切成段，放入沸水中焯水，用清水洗净，放入炒锅或煲内，放清水300 克，投入料酒、葱结、姜块，用旺火烧沸，改用小火炖 1 小时，投入黄豆芽，用旺火煮沸，改用小火熬 15 分钟，放入适量盐、味精，拣出葱、姜即可。食用以后渴汤为主。 【操作要领】 黄豆芽熬制后可以捞出不食用。 【特别提示】 子排肉较多，不宜与桔梗、乌梅同食。 24、芪肝汤 猪肝500克，洗净切片，加黄芪60克，加水适量同煮。沸后加黄酒盐等调料，小火30分钟。 豆腐煮红糖:豆腐120克，红糖30克，黄酒一小杯。豆腐红糖加水一碗半，文火煮成一碗，加黄酒调服。5-7次有效。 25、酒酿蛋花汤 【食材】:酒酿1块，鸡蛋1个 【制作方法】:将酒酿加水煮开，再打入鸡蛋，煮成蛋花状即可，可趁热服用。 【功效】:益气生津，活血止血，促进泌乳。 26、虾米粥 【食材】:虾米30克，粳米100克。 【制作方法】:粳米如常法加水煮粥，粥煮至半熟时，加入洗净的虾米，米汤稠时即可食用。 【功效】:本粥营养丰富，含有蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁等多种营养素，中医认为，本粥补肾壮阳，益精通乳，产后乳母乳汁分泌不足者宜经常食用。(文/ 戴咏梅 南京市妇幼保健院营养医师) 27、猪骨西红柿粥 【配方】西红柿3个(重约300克)或山楂50克，猪骨头500克，粳米200克，精盐适量。 【做法】将猪骨头砸碎，用开水焯一下捞出，与西红柿(或山楂)一起放入锅内，倒入适量清水，置旺火上熬煮，沸后转小火继续熬半小时至1小时，端锅离火，把汤滗出备用。粳米洗净，放入沙锅内，倒入西红柿骨头汤，置旺火上，沸后转小火，煮至米烂汤稠，放适量精盐，调好味，离火即成。 28、黑芝麻粥 【材料】:黑芝麻25克、大米適量 【作法】:將黑芝麻捻碎、大米洗淨、加水适量煮成粥。每日2、3次，或经常佐餐食用。 29、花生粥 【材料】:花生米30克、通草8克、王不留行12克、粳米50克、红糖适量。 【做法】:先将通草、王不留行煎煮，去渣留汁。再将药汁、花生米、粳米一同入锅，加水熬煮。待花生米、粳米煮烂后，加入红糖即可食用。 【功效】:通草性味甘淡凉，入肺胃经，能泻肺、利小便、下乳汁。王不留行是石竹科植物麦蓝菜的种子，性味苦平，二药合用治疗乳汁不足，疗效更佳。 最下面放上了月子食谱的做法，可以照下面的食谱具体功效给自己制定一个适合自己的月子 餐 月子食谱做法 坐月子饮料:干山楂煮水 功效:生津止渴，消食减脂，减轻子宫收缩时的腹疼。 材料(五日份):干山楂300克(超市有150克每袋)，水2500 ml。 做法:1(将山楂加入水中; 2(大火煮开后，加盖转小火煮20分钟，约剩2000 ml; 3(将汤滤出倒入容器，放入适量的黑砂糖(红糖)搅拌均匀，冷却后放 入冰箱冷藏 使用阶段:全阶段食用 注:喝时需加热，一日量约400 ml。 红糖煮蛋: 功效:补血，排出恶露 材料:鸡蛋，红糖，桂圆 做法:水煮蛋用红糖水煮，里面加入桂圆即可 薏仁饭: 功效:薏仁含丰富淀粉、维生素B1，可消除浮肿，帮助多余的水分排出体外， 不必担心尿不出来，还可强化肠胃道机能，增进消化吸收能力。 材料(一日份):薏仁米半杯(一次性水杯)，白米一杯，水150 ml。 做法:1(将材料洗净，在水中浸泡三到四小时，以水超过材料1.5公分左右; 2(将浸泡好的材料移入电饭锅内煮熟即可。 使用阶段:全阶段食用 注:材料的用量可根据个人食量的大小来调节。 红豆汤: 功效:强心利尿，消除“水肥体形”;但红豆吃多易胀气，故每日需控制在2碗以内。 材料:红豆70克，黑(红)糖适量，水450 ml。 做法:1(将红豆用清水洗净; 2(将红豆放入水中，加盖泡5小时以上; 3(将泡好的红豆连水一起倒入高压锅中煮15分钟左右; 4(熄火，加入适量的黑糖调和即可。 使用阶段:全阶段食用 甜糯米粥: 功效:增强肠胃蠕动，防止胃下垂，预防便秘。 材料:糯米35克，桂圆肉15枚，黑糖(红糖)适量，水450 ml。 做法:1(糯米洗净，与桂圆肉同放入水中，加盖泡3小时; 2(将糯米粥以大火煮开后，改为小火煮40分钟; 3(熄火后加入适量黑红糖搅拌均匀，即可享用。 使用阶段:全阶段食用 麻油炒猪肝: 功效:富含维生素A、B2、铁、磷的麻油炒猪肝，有助于产妇将污血排出体外。 材料:猪肝200克，带皮老姜5片，胡麻油30 ml，水260 ml 做法:1(猪肝洗净，切成0.5公分厚度;老姜刷洗干净，连皮一起切成薄片; 2(麻油倒入锅内以大火烧热，放入姜片，改转小火爆至姜片两面均皱起 来，且呈褐色，但不能焦黑; 3(转大火，放入猪肝快炒至变色，加入水，煮开后立即熄火，趁 热享用。 使用阶段:产后第一周(自然产) 四神猪肝粥: 功效:剖腹产及小产后前三天食用，有防止伤口发炎，补气、利水，快速恢复产 后体力，促进新陈代谢，帮助入睡等作用。 材料:淮山药50克，薏仁50克，莲子5颗，芡实15克，水260 ml 做法:1(将材料洗净、泡入水中3小时备用; 2(将山药切丁备用; 3(将猪肝洗净、切丁，川烫后备用; 4(将1加2加盖用大火煮开后转小火煮20分钟后加入3拌匀即可食用。 使用阶段:剖腹产后第一周前三天食用 山药猪肝: 功效:补肾气，健脾，祛恶露。 材料:山药50克，带皮老姜6片，猪肝150克，黑麻油30 ml，水280 ml。 做法:1(将猪肝切成0.5公分厚度，洗净备用; 2(将山药切成小块洗净备用; 3(黑麻油入锅大火烧热，放入姜片转小火，爆至褐色但不要焦黑; 4(倒入猪肝转大火炒至猪肝变色，加入2中的汤汁煮开即可。 使用阶段:产后第一周 药膳猪肝: 功效:补充养分，补气，恢复体力。 材料:药包袋一袋(药店淮山药10克、茯苓5克、莲子5颗、白果5克、芡实 10克、薏仁10克)，猪肝200克，麻油20 ml，水400 ml。 做法:1、将药包袋及水大火煮开，转小火煮45分钟。 2、将猪肝切成0.5公分厚度，洗净备用; 3、黑麻油入锅大火烧热，放入姜片转小火，爆至褐色但不要焦黑; 4、倒入猪肝转大火炒至猪肝变色，加入1中的药汁煮开即可。 使用阶段:产后第一周 当归鱼汤: 功效:活血补血，补充营养。 材料:鱼120克，带皮老姜5片，黑麻油45 ml，当归3片，水350 ml。 做法:1(将材料洗净; 2(将油倒入锅中大火烧热，转小火，放入老姜爆至褐色，但不要焦黑; 3(加入鱼、水及当归转大火煮开，加盖转小火煮5分钟熄火即可。 使用阶段:全阶段食用 五谷饭: 功效:均衡营养，防止营养不良，还具防癌的功效。 材料(一日份):白米半杯(一次性水杯)，小米1/4杯，米仁(或燕麦片)1/4 杯，玉米渣1/4杯，糯米1/4杯， 做法:1(将材料洗净，在水中浸泡三到四小时，以水超过材料1.5公分左右;
