中国象棋比赛规则 第1条 棋盘和棋子 1、 象棋盘由九道直线和十道横线交叉组成。棋盘上共有九十个交叉点，象棋子应摆放和活动在这些交叉点上。 棋盘中间直线断开处，称为“河界”;河界内应标注“楚河 汉界”，两端划有斜交叉线的地方，称为“九宫”。 九道直线，红棋方面从右到左用中文数字一至九来标识;黑棋方面从右到左用阿拉伯数字1至9来标识。 2、 棋子共有三十二个，分为红、黑两组，每组十六个，各分七种，其名称和数目如下: 红棋子:帅一个，车、马、炮、相、士各两个，兵五个。 黑棋子:将一个，车、马、炮、象、士各两个，卒五个。 子力价值:原则上一车相当于双马、双炮或一马一炮，马炮等值，车、马、炮称为“强子”;仕(士)、相(象)等值，称为“弱子”。过河兵(卒)价值浮动。 3、 对局开始前，双方棋子在棋盘上的摆法见图1。印刷体棋图规定为:红方棋子在下，用阳文;黑方棋子在上，用阴文。 4、 标准棋盘每格均应为正方形，每格长、宽均应为3.2至4.6厘米。 比赛演示用的大棋盘为立式，红方在下，黑方在上。棋盘和棋子大小，应根据场所相应调整。 5、 每个平面圆形棋子直径应为2.7至3.2厘米，大小与棋盘相应配套。棋子面色分红黑两组，字体规范、醒目。 6、 棋盘和棋子的底色，均应为白色或浅色。棋盘上直线和横线应为红色或深色，四周应留有适当空白面积。 第2条 行棋和吃子 1、 对局时，由执红棋的一方先走，双方轮流各走一着，直至分出胜、负、和，对局即终了。 双方各走一着，称为一个回合。 2、 棋子的走法: undertaking, strengthen the construction of party and Government personnel. Laohuzhen Qian BU Zi Cun Jie Qingli, after participating in the e-business training courses throughout the County using learned knowledge of electrical contractor, registered the "Chen of Dongping Lake fish produce" shop, forming a home order online order business model 3、 积分编排制 在人(队)数较多，赛程较短，而“种子”又不易安排的情况下，可以考虑采用积分编排制。 “定位编排法”的编排原则和编排方法参见附录二。 4、淘汰制 参加比赛的人(队)数较多，时间较紧，可酌情采用单淘汰制、双败淘汰制或其他淘汰方式，并适当安排预选赛、附加赛。单淘汰、双败淘汰和附加赛秩序表参见附录三。 5、 积分晋圈淘汰制 这是积分编排制和淘汰制相结合的一种赛制。具体方法:第一阶段采用积分编排，通过若干轮次录取相应人数，参加第二阶段的单淘汰赛。 6、积分末位淘汰制 这是积分编排制和淘汰制相结合的又一种赛制。具体方法:在赛程即将过半时，规定每一轮淘汰若干名积分最低的棋手，直至保留若干名棋手参加最后一轮比赛。 7、 第11条 团体赛比赛种类 1、分台定人制 比赛按台次顺序分台定人进行。各参加单位报名时，必须根据技术水平高低排定本队棋手的台次。 全国性比赛，以最近一次公布的棋手等级分作为衡量棋手技术水平高低的依据。等级分高者，台次应列前。无等级分者排在有等级棋手的后面。 2、分台换人制 准许各参加单位增报一定名额的替补队员，台次的排列原则同11.1款。各轮比赛出场者可以有所不同，但台次顺序不能前后颠倒。例如:比赛分四台进行，另有两名替补队员，则出场顺序可以是1-2-3-4，也可以是1-2-3-5，直至3-4-5-6，共十五种顺序，每场比赛各队可以从中自选一种。 3、 临时定台制 各队在每一场比赛开始前，临时排定本队队员的出场台次，与对方队相应台次的棋手对弈。 4、全队轮赛制 适用于队与队之间的对抗赛，一方所有队员与另一方所有队员逐一对弈。 undertaking, strengthen the construction of party and Government personnel. Laohuzhen Qian BU Zi Cun Jie Qingli, after participating in the e-business training courses throughout the County using learned knowledge of electrical contractor, registered the "Chen of Dongping Lake fish produce" shop, forming a home order online order business model 5、队员总分制 比赛不分台次，按照各队棋手参加个人赛成绩之和来计算团体成绩。 第12条 先后手确定 1、循环制个人比赛，按照附录一《循环赛对局秩序表》来确定，表上每轮号码列前者执红棋。 2、 循环制团体比赛，凡在《循环赛对局秩序表》上每轮号码列前的队，其单数台棋手均执红棋，双数台棋手均执黑棋。 3、积分编排制比赛，按照附录二中的有关条款来确定先后走。团体比赛“先走”的队，其单数台执红棋先走，双数台则执黑棋后走。 12.4 淘汰制比赛，以抽签确定先后手。两局制比赛，不论个人赛还是团体赛，第一局抽签确定先后手，第二局换先。 第13条 成绩计算 1、 每局棋结果，胜者2分，负者0分，和棋各记1 分。 2、 团体赛记分，分别记“场分”(团体分)和“局分”(个人分)。每场棋结果，局分多者为胜，场分记2分;局分少者为负，场分记0分;局分相等者为平，场分各记1分。 3、可根据比赛需要调整双方胜、负、和的记分标准。如胜方计3分、负方计0分、和棋各计1分或胜方计3分、负方计0分、先手方和棋计1分、后手方和棋计2分等。 第14条 名次确定 1、 在一局循环制的个人比赛中，根据个人积分排列名次，积分多者列前。如积分相等，按以下顺序区分:小分(所胜对手的全部积分与所和对手积分的一半之和)、胜局、直胜、犯规、后走局数、对局时后走。 2、在两局或多局循环制个人比赛中，根据个人场分排列名次，场分多者列前。如场分相等，则按以下顺序区分:局分总和、胜局、、直胜、犯规、后走胜局。 3、 在一局积分编排制的个人比赛中，根据个人积分多少排列名次，多者列前。如积分相等，有以下两种区分办法供选择: undertaking, strengthen the construction of party and Government personnel.
