开卡协议,英文 篇一:开户通信系统安装及运行合同 (中英文) 开户通信系统安装及运行合同 (中英文) Contract of Online Securities Account Opening System 合同书 Service Contract 甲方: Buyer: 乙方: 签约日期: Date: Contract 合同号: 甲乙双方就乙方为甲方安装建立一套实时开户通信系统 并为甲方提供日后的通信运行服务事项，达成合同条款如 下: The seller agrees to sell, and the buyer agrees to buy the Online Securities Account Opening System (OSAOS) according to the terms and conditions stipulated below: 一、甲方义务 The buyer’s obligations 具备一条用于连接深圳市证券通信公司通信中心的电话 1 线或DDN线路。并针对不同的线路，分别购买用于接入的 设备:MODEM或路由器(CISCO 26系列)。 The buyer needs to prepare a telephone or a DDN line for connecting the Communication Center of SSCC, and to buy the connecting equipment according to the line prepared: Modem or Router. 准备一台CPU主频500MHZ以上、内存64M以上、硬 盘500M以上并安装中文NT操作系统的品牌PC机。The buyer needs to buy a computer with a minimum capacity of 500MHZ CPU, 64M MEM, 500M HD installed with Chinese NT operation system. 具备符合中国证券登记结算公司深圳分公司要求的软件 及硬件环境。The software and the hardware used by the buyer shall accord with the specifications prescribed by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (CSDCC). 为乙方的安装调试工作提供必要的协助。The buyer shall offer necessary assistance to the On-site installation technicians sent by the seller. 正确使用和操作该通信系统。The buyer shall use the OSAOS in a proper and correct way. 按时支付合同规定的各项费用。The buyer shall pay the 2 charges according to the contract without delay. 二、 乙方义务 The seller’s obligations 1、提供专(转 载于:wWw.xLTkwj.cOM 小 龙 文档网: 开卡协议,英文)用的实时开户通信软件一套，并负责提供用 户软件的更新升级。 The seller needs to provide a set of OSAOS software, and to be responsible for the upgrading of this software. 2、按照甲方的要求，在收到工程安装款后十天内负责安 装调试该通信系统或指导甲方自行安装本系统。现场安装人 员的食宿费由乙方自理。 The seller needs to be responsible for the On-site installation or to instruct the buyer to install the system according to the buyer’s request within 10 days after receiving the payment from the buyer. 3、提供与本通信系统相关的技术资料并指导用户正确 操作使用。The seller needs to provide the buyer the documents of the OSAOS, and to instruct the buyer to use the system properly. 4、负责为该通信系统的日常运行和维护提供技术咨询 服务。 The seller needs to be responsible for supporting the buyer’s daily operation and technical enquiry about the 3 system. 三、 合同款及付款方式 The charges of the contract and the method of the payments (一)合同款The charges of the contract: A 工程安装及设备款The charges of the installation and the software: 1、实时开户通信软件一套，价格为HK$10000元。 篇二:外汇存款账户开户总约定书(中英文) The Depositor establishing the foreign currency deposit account with Taiwan Cooperative Bank, Offshore Banking Branch (hereinafter called “the Bank”), hereby agrees as follows: 立约定书人(以下简称「存户」) 向合作金库商业银行国际金融业务分行(以下简称「贵行」) 开立外汇存款账户，同意遵守下列各项约定: 1. Definitions定义 For the purpose hereof, where applicable, words in the singular include the plural and in the plural include the singular. As used in this Disclosure, the following terms have the respective meanings stated below, except as otherwise expressly provided herein or unless the context herein otherwise requires: 就本开户总约定书而言，在可适用之情形时，单数之用语 4 包括复数，而复数之用语则包括单数。除本开户总约定书中 另有要求，各名词定义如下: (1) Account shall mean any foreign currency deposit account, including demand deposit account, time deposit account and composite deposit account, established with the Bank in the name of the Depositor. 「账户」系指存户于贵行开立新台币以外之其它币别存款 利率牌告账户，包含活期存款账户、定期存款账户及综合存 款账户。 (2) “Bank” shall mean Taiwan Cooperative Bank, Offshore Banking Branch. 「贵行」系指合作金库商业银行 国际金融业务分行。 (3) Deposit shall mean any funds deposited into the Account of the Depositor. 「存款」系指存户以其名义存放于 前述账户内之任何款项。 (4) “Depositor” shall mean any customer who establishes an Account with the Bank. 「存户」系指于贵行开立账户之客户。 2. Specimen of Signature and/or Seal约定印鉴 (1) All transactions related to the Account, bearing the signature/seal which 5 matches the specimen kept in the Bank’s file, are regarded to be accomplished by the Depositor personally. In case the Depositor’s passbook, certificate of time deposit, and/or such signature/seal is lost, stolen, etc, the Depositor shall personally notify the Bank promptly. The Bank will not be responsible for any fraudulence or possible losses unless and until notice thereof is actually received by the Bank. 本账户一切事务之处理，若签盖本账户约定印鉴， 即视同存户亲自办理。存户之存折(单)、印鉴如有遗失、被 窃等情事，应亲至贵行办理挂失止付。在未向贵行办妥挂失 前，如遭他人冒领者，均视为存户本人之提款，贵行概不负 责任。 (2) Any change in any authorized signatory of the Depositor or any signature/seal specimen thereof shall be not binding on the Bank unless and until notice thereof is actually received by the Bank in writing. 存户或被授权人印鉴如有变更时，除非贵行已实际收到书 面通知外，对贵行不生效力。 3. Withdrawal/Payment提领付款 (1) Withdrawal shall be effective by the presentation of a written slip in the form and substance satisfactory to the Bank with the signature/seal matching 6 the specimen kept in the Bank’s file. Depositor cannot withdraw cash or exchange for New Taiwan Dollar, but transfer/remittance is acceptable. 存款提领应以贵行同意之书面为之，贵行悉依存户原留存 印鉴为凭办理。存款不得提领现金亦不得兑换为新台币，但 得办理转帐/汇款至其它银行。 (2) Withdrawal request shall clearly specify the payment instruction. If the Depositor fails to specify, the Bank has the right, at its sole discretion, to effect the payment as it deems appropriate. 存户提领时应记载付款指示，如未记载或记载不明，贵行 得自行判断并以适当方式付款。 (3) Payment to be made by the Bank with respect to any account on a day which is not its business day shall be made on the following business day. 付款日若非贵行之营业日，贵行应于次一营业日给付。 (4) Any existing or possible charges, taxes, etc. due to the Depositor shall be paid by the Depositor. The Depositor further agrees that the Bank may debit any and all such sums from the Account or from any other amount payable by the Bank. 7 任何过去、现在或未来贵行因存户所发生之各项费用及税 捐，均由存户负担。存户并同意贵行得自存户账户或任何应 付予存户之款项中扣除。 4. Interest利息 (1) Any interest rate applicable to the Account shall be specified in document, announcement, or the prevailing interest rate issued or published by the Bank. 各种存款利率 应依贵行所发出之文件、通知或牌告计算之。 (2) For demand deposit account, interest shall be calculated on the basis of a year of 365 days only for British Pounds, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Thai Baht, and South Africa Rand, while interest for all the other foreign currencies shall be calculated on the basis of a year of 360 days in accordance with market practice. Interest shall be calculated semiannually on 20th Of June and 20th of December respectively and credited into the Account on the following business day. No interest will be paid if the account balance does not exceed USD 100.00 or the equivalent. For time deposit account, excluding those based on the weekly basis, the interest shall be calculated on a monthly basis and paid at the maturity thereof. Provided that the actual deposit period is less than one month, interest shall be 8 calculated on the daily basis. 活期存款按日计息，除英镑、港币、新加坡币、泰铢及南 非币以365日计算外，其余外币依外币存款之市场惯例以 360日计之。活期存款利息于每年六月二十日及十二月二十 日各结算乙次，并于次营业日存入存户之账户内;但存款金 额低于活期存款等值美金壹佰元时不予计息。定期存款，除 以周为期别外，足月部份按月计息，不足月部份按日计息， 到期一次付清。 5. Passbook/Transaction Documents存折/交易文件 If the account balance is inconsistent with the Bank’s internal record, the Depositor shall agree (and certify) that the Bank’s internal record is deemed correct. Any relevant documents retained by the Bank shall serve as the primary record of transactions and be treated as an evidence in the event of any dispute between the Depositor and the Bank. 存款金额与贵行相关帐载金额不相符时，存户同意以贵行 帐载金额为准。若存户与贵行有任何争议时，贵行持有之相 关文件将视同原始凭证，具有法律证据效力。 6. Set-Off抵销 If the Depositor is subject to petition for bankruptcy, liquidation, reorganization, suspension of business, compulsory execution, provisional seizure, provisional 9 injunction, or any other similar administrative punishment, all the Deposit and loan under the Account shall be deemed matured. The Depositor loses all the rights of the Deposit and loan, and the Bank may exercise set-off rights according to relevant laws or regulations. 存户如有依破产法声请和解、声请宣告破产、声请清理债 务、声请公司重整、经票据交换所通知拒绝往来、停止营业、 受强制执行、扣押、处分或其它保全处分等情事时，账户项 下之存、借款均得视为全部到期，存户并丧失一切期限利益， 由贵行依法行使质权或主张抵销。 7. Notice通知 Any communication or notice from the Bank shall be sent to the Depositor at the address and/or telephone number indicated on the back of the Depositor’ s signature card for foreign currency deposit, unless otherwise stipulated. The Depositor shall promptly notify the Bank of any change of the address and/or telephone number in writing. In the event of any change of the address and/or telephone number, the Bank shall have no responsibility for any possible loss unless and until notice thereof is actually received by the Bank in writing. 贵行一切资料之通知或寄发，除另有约定外均以存户印鉴 10 卡背面留存之住址、电话为准。存户住址、电话变更时，应 立即以书面方式通知贵行。如未为通知或在贵行实际收到通 知前，贵行将有关资料于向本开户总约定书所载或存户最后 通知贵行之住址、电话发出后，经通常之邮递期间或电话发 出后即视为到达。 8.
