Module 4 Music from China教学#设计# 邛崃市高埂中学 孙静华 课题名称 Module 4 Reading Practice Music from China 科  目 英语 年级 高二 教学时间 1课时(40分钟) 学习者分析 本班是一个理科实验班,共有学生47人,属于全年级中等偏下这个层次的班级,学生总体底子比较薄弱,基础比较差.所以我在设计教学的过程中适当降低了一点难度,这样才能让他们学起来有所成就感。 教学目标 一、情感态度与价值观 1.培养学生欣赏音乐的能力并让他们热爱音乐。 2.通过讨论活动培养学生团队合作的能力。 二、过程与方法 1.用音乐导入新课 2.快速浏览全文选择文章主要大意。个人活动 3.寻读并完成task 1和task2. 个人活动 4.细读。将文章划分为三部分,分别进行仔细阅读并完成相对应的练习题。 个人活动 5.分组讨论:Why is the band’s music so popular? 三、知识与技能 1.To help Ss learn something about The Twelve Girls Band and make them know more about music. 2.To get Ss to know the usage of some new words 3.To improve the students’ skills of fast reading and detailed reading 教学重点、难点 1.To understand the main meaning of the passage and master some new words. 2. To discuss, talk about the Twelve Girls Band. 教学资源 (1)教师自制的学案人手一份; (2)教师自制的多媒体; (3)上课环境为多媒体大屏幕环境。   Music from China 教学活动过程描述 教学活动1 (一)师生互动,音乐导入 1.音乐导入:Listen to the music and find out what kind of musical instrument is played? 2. 展示图片,引发思考:向学生展示花儿乐队和S.H.E的图片,并让他们通过图片猜出乐队的名称,然后再导出另一张乐队的图片,即The Twelve Girls Band. 3.引入课题:Music from China. How much do you know about the Twelve Girls Band? Today, let’s go to read the passage Music from China. 教学活动2 (二)寻读。选择文章主要大意。 Read the passage quickly and try to choose the best summary of this passage. A. Twelve Girls Band plays traditional music in many countries. They are well-known for their music which is used in advertisements. B. Twelve Girls Band is a group of women musicians from China. They play traditional instruments. They charm the people in many countries around the world. C. Twelve Girls Band is one of China’s most important groups of musicians. They also charms people in the USA and Japan. Their music is full of symbols of numerology(数字命理学). 教学活动3 (三)略读, 把握文章的篇章结构。 Task1. Match the main idea with each paragraph. Para 1. a.
