肩周炎又被称为“五十肩’,多发生在中年人群中,其症状表现主要为肩部剧烈疼痛,且活动受限,很多人以为年轻人不会患上肩周炎,其实是大错特错。肩周炎已经成为广大白领工作者常见疾病,切勿严重影响到人们的生活质量以及工作效率。

肩膀疼痛怎么办好
前,对肩周炎主要是保守治疗。口服消炎镇痛药,物理治疗,痛点局部封闭,按摩推拿、自我按摩、外敷贴发膏等综合疗法。同时进行关节功能练习,包括主动与被动外展、旋转、伸屈及环转运动。当肩痛明显减轻而关节仍然僵硬时,可使用复想骨贴发配合自我按摩或者推拿按摩疗法,能够很好的恢复肩膀功能。
自我按摩的步骤及方法为:
1.用健侧的拇指或手掌自上而下按揉患侧肩关节的前部及外侧,时间1~2分钟,在局部痛点处可以用拇指点按片刻。
2.用健侧手的第2~4指的指腹按揉肩关节后部的各个部位,时间1~2分钟,按揉过程中发现有局部痛点亦可用手指点按片刻。
3.用健侧拇指及其余手指的联合动作揉捏患侧上肢的上臂肌肉,由下至上揉捏至肩部,时间1~2分钟。
4.还可在患肩外展等功能位置的情况下,用上述方法进行按摩,一边按摩一边进行肩关节各方向的活动。
5.最后用手掌自上而下地掌揉1~2分钟,对于肩后部按摩不到的部位,可用拍打法进行治疗。
自我按摩可每日进行1次,坚持1~2个月,会有较好的效果。
