Nothing is more valuable than health. It is the fountain of one’s future success. A healthy person can always be energetic and enjoy his life. Health is the most valuable thing in our life. Health is the guarantee of one’s happiness. Without a healthy body, one cannot enjoy his life, not to mention accomplishing his goals in life. It is no doubt that keeping fit is the most valuable thing in the world. Health is far more important than wealth. Good health enables us to enjoy our life and achieve what we hope for in our career. On the contrary, poor health leads to nothing. 过渡: What should we do to maintain health? How should we keep fit? There are many ways which are helpful to keep fit. The ways to keep us fit vary. I keep fit in three ways. How can we keep healthy? Here is what I do. 次序: Firstly, Secondly, Finally, First/First of all…Second… Finally To begin with …, besides, In conclusion, in one word总之 饮食: We should keep a balanced diet. I usually take in more vegetables and fruits instead of animal fat. I usually eat more vegetables and fruits and don’t eat too much fry food or fatty food. It is very important for us to take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins. We should avoid food with lots of sugar and fat. 习惯: If we want to keep fit, we must give up the habits that damage our health. Stay away from bad life habits, such as smoking and overworking. Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.早睡早起,使人健康、富裕和聪颖。 I have a good habit of taking exercises every day and try my best to stick to it. I also get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking. 运动: One should do exercise regularly. Regular physical exercise is essential for a healthy mind and body. In the morning, I often get up early, go outdoors, breathe the fresh air, and do physical exercises. Running and swimming are very helpful to keep me fit. I also go jogging, swimming, bicycling, playing basketball and so on. Exercises will improve one’s ability to resist diseases. We'd better exercise every day to make our body strong. 心情: Pleasure is the key of keeping fit. I am always optimistic. No matter what I face, I often keep a good mood, in that case, I can keep a good body. When I am not in a good mood, I always listen to music and read novels. 体检: I also take a routine physical check - up. My doctor will know the condition of my body most clearly, and he will give me the most valuable advice to keep fit. 其他: If you are a busy person and have no special time allocated to do these things, there are still some ways useful for to keep fit. 结论: Only in good health as well as in high spirits can we greet the future, which is full of competition and challenges
