桠溪影视基地接待中心工程位于南京市高淳县桠溪镇。工程由江苏桠溪影视文化传播有限公司投资建设，北京中铁工建筑工程设计院设计，南京工业大学监理公司监理，上海叠建设发展有限公司总承包施工。 本工程为三层框架结构，依山建立，成不规则L型，长度为162.02米，宽度最宽 -1/1-6，2-1/2-7—1-A/2-N轴间层高为4.0米，3-1/10-2轴间为客房，处为74.40米;1 层高3.4米. 2.2 由项目部专业测量人员成立测量小组，根据建设单位给定的坐标点和高程控制点进行工程定位、建立轴线控制网。按规定程序检查验收，对施测组全体人员进行详细的图纸和方案交底，明确分工，所有施测的工作进度及逐日安排，由组长根据项目的总体进度进行安排。 本工程设测量组组长一名，测量员两名，测量结果经自检互检，报验后进入下道工序施工。 4施工测量的基本要求 4.1施测原则 4.1.1 严格执行测量规范;遵守先整体后局部的工作程序，先确定平面控制网，后以控制网为依据，进行各局部轴线的定位放线。 4.1.2 必须严格审核测量原始数据的准确性，坚持测量放线与计算工作同步校核的工作方法。 4.1.3 定位工作执行自检、互检合格后再报检的工作制度。 4.1.4 测量方法要简捷，仪器使用要熟练，在满足工程需要的前提下，力争做到省工省时省费用。 4.1.5 明确为工程服务，按图施工，质量第一的宗旨。紧密配合施工，发扬团结协作、实事求是、认真负责的工作作风。 4.2准备工作 4.2.1 全面了解设计意图，认真熟悉与审核图纸。 施测人员通过对纸的学习，了解工程布局，工程特点，周围环境，建筑物的位置，其次了解现场测量座标与建筑物的关系，水准点的位置和高程以及首层,0.000的 桠溪影视基地工程 上海叠加建设发展有限公司 测量施工方案 绝对标高。在了解总图后认真学习建筑施工图,及时校对建筑物的平面、立面、剖面的尺寸、形状、构造，它是整个工程放线的依据，在熟悉图纸时，着重掌握轴线的尺寸、层高，对比基础，楼层平面，建筑、结构几者之间轴线的尺寸，查看其相关之间的轴线及标高是否吻合，有无矛盾存在。 4.2.2 测量仪器的选用。 测量中所用的仪器和钢尺等器具，根据有关规定，送至南京市仪器校验资质的检测所进行校验，检验合格后方可投入使用。 4.3测量的基本要求 测量记录必须原始真实、数字正确、内容完整、字体工整;测量精度要满足要求。 桠溪影视基地工程 上海叠加建设发展有限公司 测量施工方案 根据现行测量规范和有关规程进行精度控制。 5工程定位与控制网测设 5.1工程定位 角点定位工作已由桩基单位在施工过程中已经完成，根据建设单位提供的定位桩进行复核，经监理、建设单位签字确认后进行移交手续。 5.2平面控制网测设 5.2.1平面控制网布设原则 5.2.1.1平面控制应先从整体考虑，遵循先整体、后局部、高精度控制低精度的原则。 5.2.1.2平面控制网的坐标系统与工程设计所采用的坐标系统相一致。 5.2.1.3布设平面控制网首先根据设计平面图、现场施工平面布置图。 5.2.1.4选点应在通视条件良好、安全、易保护的地方。 5.2.1.5桩位必须用砼保护,需要时砌砖围护并加盖板,并用红油漆作好点位标记。 5.2.2建筑平面控制网的布设 5.2.2.1依据平面布置、建设单位提供的控制点及定位原则，设置纵横主控轴，详见附图(1#-4#基础定位放线图)。 5.2.2.2主控轴线定位时，均布置引线，引至建筑物施工范围以外的安全区域设置 定位桩，用红油漆标出，清晰明了，施测完成后报监理、建设单位确认后，加以妥 善保护。 5.3.1本工程采用以内控点为主(详见附图楼层放线图)，外控点为辅，外控点与内控点相互校验的方法对建筑物进行定位，确保建筑物的坐标点准确。 5.3.2当现浇板浇筑完成并凝固后，利用经纬仪和线垂在无风条件下对首层的控制轴线进行引测，利用引测的控制点将控制轴线投放在现浇板上。 5.3.3控制线弹好后，利用经纬仪和线垂在无风条件下对首层的控制轴线进行复核，最大偏差不能大于2.5mm. 5.3.4控制线弹好后，还利用已经布置好的外控点，对内控点进行复核;在内、外控制点均设置好后用计算器计算出内控点与外控点三角关系，以此依据检查内、外控制点是否在误差许可范围内。超出误差范围，随即要重新根据业主提供的定位桩对内外控制点复核，然后修改控制点的位置。 5.4高程控制网的布设 5.4.1高程控制网的布设原则 5.4.1.1为保证建筑物竖向施工的精度要求，在场区内建立高程控制网. 5.4.1.2根据建设单位给定的高程点A=95.3米 B=95.3米 布设场区高程控制网。 5.4.1.3利用水准议把A高程点的标高引至场区内，利用外控点的定位桩建立高程控制网。先用水准仪进行复测检查，校测合格后，测设一条闭合水准路线，测场区高程竖向控制点，以此作为保证竖向施工精度控制的首要条件。 5.4.2高程控制网的技术要求 5.4.2.1 为了方便施工，也可以利用轴线定位桩作高程控制桩。 5.4.2.2现场设置4个以上的半永久性高程控制桩。 5.4.2.3高程桩的埋设与轴线控制桩相同，并妥善加以保护。 桠溪影视基地工程 上海叠加建设发展有限公司 测量施工方案 6、基础阶段的施工测量 6.1基础平面轴线投测方法 6.1.1 根据基础平面图及大样图、建筑物的轴线尺寸，计算开挖放坡坡度，定出开挖边线位置。开挖到基底标高处，用经纬仪在基坑内投射出建筑物各主要轴线，然后用白灰开挖边线(放坡系数要考虑在内)，以便机械开挖基坑，人工清土。 6.1.2将DJ2经纬仪架设基坑边上的轴线控制桩位上，经对中、整平后、后视同一方 向桩(轴线标志〉，将所需的轴线投测到施工的平面层上、在同一层上投测的纵、横线 基础土方开挖由西向东北方向西分段分层推进，和由东南向西北方向分段推进，成梯段式样进行，由低到高;所以当基础开挖出一定范围后，把标高引至基坑内，钉好控制桩，再架设水准仪，随时校核坑底标高。 6.2.3垫层标高的控制 当土方开挖完成和垫层的模板安装好，在垫层的四角部位钉上钢筋头(较大的承台在中间适当增加)，用水准仪根据设计的垫层标高控制钢筋头的高度，浇筑垫层时，就以此作为控制垫层表面高度的依据。 6.2.4基础承台、梁标高的控制 基础承台、梁模板安装完成后，利用水准仪根据设计的基础承台、梁的顶标高提高50cm，在承台框架柱和剪力墙钢筋上放样出标高点，再用红油漆画出标高线，在浇筑砼的过程中，以红油漆来控制承台和梁顶面标高。 6.2.5标高校测与精度要求 每次引测标高需要做自身闭合外，对于同一楼层分几次引测得标高，应该联测校核，测量偏差不应查过?3? 桠溪影视基地工程 上海叠加建设发展有限公司 测量施工方案 7主体结构施工测量 7.1平面控制轴线的投测方法 7.1.1 在首层现浇板砼浇筑前，按已设计好的内控点位置预埋200×200×5?的钢板，在砼浇筑完毕并凝固后，把经纬仪架设在桩上，把轴线投射到现浇板上，并弹出控制线，在钢板上用钢针划出纵、横交叉线，并将交叉点处钻出2?小孔作为标记。控制点制作完成后要妥善保管。 铁件剖面图 正面图 背面图 7.1.2 1#,4#楼均在一层、四层、十四层、二十四楼层设置控制点(详见附图)。上部楼层结构相同的部位留设200×200的放线洞口以便进行竖向轴线投测。预留孔不得偏位，且不能被掩盖，保证上下通视，以便用激光垂直仪传点。在主体施工完成约60天后，把洞口四周凿毛，浇水湿润，用比楼层砼强度高一级并掺入微膨胀剂的砼补浇并振捣密实。 7.1.3 内控点传送完成后，在条件允许情况下应及时与外控点复核。 7.1(4复核合格后，用经纬仪将控制轴线投放出来，在弹射其他轴线和构件边框线。弹线时，要用勾股定理原则保证与控制轴线平行或垂直。 7.1.5为了保证隔墙、柱子的位置正确以及后续装饰施工的及时插入，放线时首先根据轴线放测出墙、柱位置，弹出墙柱边线，然后放测出墙柱30cm的控制线，并和轴线一样标记红三角，每个房间内每条轴线红三角的个数不少于两个。在该层墙、柱完成后要及时将控制线投测到墙、柱上以便用于检查钢筋和墙体偏差情况，以及满足装饰施工测量的需要。 7.1.6对于阳台、凸窗构建在每层施工过程中，采用放大样的方法来控制尺寸，根据平面放大图中的构造尺寸，用计算器计算出圆弧阳台的半径、经过等分的弦长(Xi)和相对应的矢高(Yi)。在配模板时，先在木板上按照计算出的尺寸弹线，在按照弹好的墨线配模，加工好后直接安装。 桠溪影视基地工程 上海叠加建设发展有限公司 测量施工方案 7.1.7每层墙体完成后，用经纬仪投测出门窗洞口的竖向中心线及两边线。 7.2基准线竖向投测方法及技术要求 7.2.1 基本要求 7.2.1.1竖向投测精度取决于测量人员的技术素质和设备的技术的状态。从这两方面着手控制投测精度。 7.2.1.2测量人员经技术培训，持证上岗。 7.2.1.3测量人员施测前认真理解方案。 7.2.1.4仪器需有检定合格证。 7.2.2 竖向投测程序 7.2.2.1将激光经纬仪架设在一层、四层楼面基准点，调平后，接通电源射出激光束。 7.2.2.2通过调焦，使激光束打在作业层激光靶上的激光点最小，最清晰。 7.2.2.3通过顺时针转动望远镜360度，检查激光束的误差轨迹。如轨迹在允许限差内，则轨迹圆心为所投轴线点。 7.2.2.4通过移动激光靶，使激光靶的圆心与轨迹圆心同心，后固定激光靶。在进行控制点传递时，用对讲机通信联络。 7.2.2.5轴线点投测到楼层后，用光学经纬仪进行放线。 7.2.2.6施工层放线时，应先在结构平面上校核投测轴线，闭合后再细部放线。室内应把建筑物轮廓轴线和电梯井轴线的投测作为关键部位.为了有效控制各层轴线误差在允许范围内，并达到在装修阶段仍能以结构控制线为依据测定，要求在施工层的放线中弹放下列控制线，所有细部轴线,墙体边线、门窗洞口边线。 7.2.3测量精度要求 7.2.3.1距离测量精度 : 1/5000 ; 7.2.3.2测角允许偏差 : 90??6” ; 7.2.4垂直度控制。 结构施工中每层施工完毕，应检测外墙偏差并记录，并每层检查门窗洞口净空尺寸偏差，同一外立面同层窗洞口高低偏差及各层同一部位窗洞口水平位移，弹外墙窗口边线竖直通线。 7.2.5竖向测量允许误差 桠溪影视基地工程 上海叠加建设发展有限公司 测量施工方案 层 间 : 2.5mm ; 全 高 : 3H/10000，且不应大于?10mm ; 7.3标高竖向传递 7.3.1标高传递法 依据现场内两个永久标高控制点，每段在外墙设置3个标高控制点，一层控制 点相对标高为+0.50米，以上各层均以此标高线直接用50米钢尺向上传递，每层误 差小于3mm时，以其平均点向室内引测+50cm水平控制线，抄平时，尽量将水准仪 安置在测设范围内中心位置，并进行精密安平。 7.3.2标高传递技术要求: 7.3.2.1标高引至楼层后，进行闭合复测。 7.3.2.2钢尺需有检定合格证。 7.3.2.3钢尺读数进行温差修正。 7.3.3标高允许误差 层 高 : ?2mm ; 全 高 : 3H/10000，且不应大于?10mm ; 7.3.4标高传递注意事项 7.3.4.1标高基准点的确定非常重要，标高传递前，必须进行复核。 7.3.4.2标高基准点需要妥善保护。 8工程重点部位的测量控制方法 8.1 建筑物大角铅直度的控制 首层墙体施工完成后，分别在距大角两侧30cm处外墙上，各弹出一条竖直线， 并涂上两个红色三角标记，作为上层墙支模板的控制线。上层墙体支模板时，以此30cm 线校准模板边缘位置，以保证墙角与下一层墙角在同一垂直线上。以此层层传递,从 而保证建筑物大角的垂直度。 桠溪影视基地工程 上海叠加建设发展有限公司 测量施工方案 8.2墙、柱施工精度测量控制方法 为了保证隔墙和柱子的位置正确以及后续装饰施工的及时插入，放线时首先根据 轴线放测出墙、柱位置，弹出墙柱边线，然后放测出墙柱30cm的控制线，并和轴线 一样标记红三角，每个房间内每条轴线红三角的个数不少于两个。在该层墙、柱施工 完后要及时将控制线投测到墙、柱面上，以便用于检查钢筋和墙体偏差情况,以及满 足装饰施工测量的需要。 8.3 门、窗洞口测量控制方法 结构施工中，每层墙体完成后，用经纬仪投测出洞口的竖向中心线及洞口两边线 横向控制线用钢尺传递，并弹在墙体上。室内门窗洞口的竖直控制线由轴线关系弹出， 门窗洞口水平控制根据标高控制线由钢尺传递弹出。以此检查门、窗洞口的施工精度。 8.4砌体的施工抄平放样: 先根据各层平面的轴线和各层建筑施工平面图，放出墙体的平面轴线，墙边线及门窗、洞口的位置等。框架结构工程砌体施工前，应将水平标高引测在砼柱或墙上的一定 )上与砼柱(墙)相连接的砌体相应位置应放出墙体的垂直边线，高度(楼面标高?500 窗台、窗顶、门顶、洞口底、顶标高、作为砌筑的依据 8.6装饰施抄平放线: ?、室内装饰:根据建筑施工图弹出相应的墨线:包括踢脚线、墙裙线、梁底水平线、窗台、门窗顶、压顶、楼梯踏步等的墨线。 ?、外墙装饰:按图放出阳台、凹凸线、门窗顶、墙面分格线、装饰线、外墙裙、女儿墙压顶线等的控制线。 ?、凡镶贴各种规格的饰面材料应按块料的规格和设计要求的图案等放出分格、分色及收边、收口等控制线，楼地面包括阳台等，外墙面包括外墙面砖、花岗饰面等。 ?、屋面防水层、找平(坡)层等应按图纸的要求施工控制线，并在其完成面上按图纸和规范要求，结合各种隔热层块料规格放出脊缝、分格缝的控制线。 9、沉降观测 9.1、建筑物 由于本工程沉降观测由公司进行沉降观测。沉降观测点在四角设置沉降观测点。 桠溪影视基地工程 上海叠加建设发展有限公司 测量施工方案 沉降观测点安设稳固后，应及时进行观测，以后每升高一层结构，观测一次，直至工程竣工。一般工程竣工后的第一年内要观测四次，第二年观测二次，第三年后每年测一次，至下沉稳定为止，竣工后的沉降观测由建设单位进行。由于装饰需覆盖所设沉降观测点时，则应引出此点的高程，在外重设观测点。 9.1.1、观测方法及精度要求: 各沉降观测点闭合水准路线，从埋设的永久性水准点发，采用中间法，S3 水准仪进行施测。 精度要求:标高中误差?1.0mm。相邻点高差中误差?0.5mm，观测方法按二等水准测量要求测量，闭合差满足规范要求。 9.1.2、沉降观测成果整理。 A、建筑物平面图，并标明观测点的位置和编号。 B、下沉量统计表，根据沉降观测原始记录整理而成的各观测点的每次下沉量和累计下沉量的统计值。 C、观测点的下沉量曲线，以横坐标表示时间，纵坐标分上下两部分，上部分为建筑荷载曲线，下部分为各观测点的下沉曲线，原始观测资料，每一观测点绘制一根曲线。 9.1.3、沉降观测注意点 沉降观测是一项较长的系统观测工程，为保证观测成果的准确性，要做到: a(固定人员观测及整理观测结果。 b、固定使用水准仪和水准尺。 c、使用固定的水准点和沉降观点。 d、采用同一线路进行观测。 e、定时观测。 9.2、各项表格资料管理 桠溪影视基地工程 上海叠加建设发展有限公司 测量施工方案 9.2.1(在工程开工之前，要进行测量定位，填好测量定位记录表，以备存档。 9.2.2.每层楼板施工放线工作完成后，检查各轴线是否符合设计的几何关系，并填好轴线偏差表格。 9.2.3.做好每次使用仪器前检查记录。 9.2.4(认真做好水平观测记录工作。 9.2.5(每层结构施工完毕后，应做垂直度观测记录。 9.2.6(工程完工后认真做好竣工记录并做好移交工作。 10、质量保证措施 10.1测量作业的各项技术按《建筑工程施工测量规程》进行。 10.2测量人员全部取证上岗。 10.3进场的测量仪器设备，必须检定合格且在有效期内，标识保存完好。 10.4 施工图、测量桩点，必须经过校算校测合格才能作为测量依据。 10.5所有测量作业完后，测量作业人员必须进行自检，自检合格后，上质量总监和责任工程师核验，最后向监理报验。 10.6自检时，对作业成果进行全数检查。 10.7核验时，要重点检查轴线问距、纵横轴线交角以及工程重点部位，保证几何关系正确。 10.8滞后施工单位的测量成果应与超前施工单位的测量成果进行联测，并对联测结果进行记录。 10.9加强现场内的测量桩点的保护，所有桩点均明确标识，防止用错和破坏。 11、施测安全及仪器管理 11.1施测人员进入施工现场必须戴好安全帽。 11.2在基坑边投放基础轴线时，确保架设的经纬仪稳定性。 11.3楼面架设激光垂直仪时，要有人监视不得有东西从轴线洞中掉落打坏仪器。 11.4操作人员不得从轴线洞口上仰视，以免掉物伤人。 桠溪影视基地工程 上海叠加建设发展有限公司 测量施工方案 11.5轴线投测完毕，须将洞上防护盖板复位。 11.6操作仪器时，同一垂直面上其他工作要注意尽量避开。 11.7施测人员在施测中应坚守岗位，雨天或强烈阳光下应打伞。仪器架设好，须有 专人看护，不得只顾弹线或其他事情，忘记仪器不管。 11.8施测过程中，要注意旁边的模板或钢管堆，以免仪器碰撞或倾倒 11.9所用线坠不能置于不稳定处，以防受碰被晃掉落伤人。 11.10仪器使用完毕后需立即入箱上锁，由专人负责保管，存放在通风干燥的室内。 11.11测量人员持证上岗，严格遵守仪器测量操作规程作业。 11.12使用钢尺测距须使尺带平坦，不能扭转折压，测量后应即卷起。 11.13钢尺使用后表面有污垢及时擦净，长期贮存时尺带涂防锈漆。 12、工程进度保证措施 12.1、采用施工总进度与月、周计划相结合的各级网络计划进行施工进度计划控制与管理。在施工生产中抓主导工序和关键线路，做好劳动力组织调动和协调工作，组织合理的流水作业，通过网络节点控制目标的实现来保证各控制点工期目标的实现。 12.2、重视网络计划中关键线路的控制和调节，对重要关键线路编制具体可行的保证措施。抓好形象进度的控制和管理，使各方面工作按进度计划同步协调进行，综合开展和平衡，以达到预期目标。 12.3、建立现场生产调度例会制度，每周至少召开一次生产例会，检查上一次例会以来的生产计划执行情况，对进度计划拖延的工作内容找出原因，并采取纠正措施，布置下一次例会前的计划安排，及时解决施工中出现的问题。
