vaporphaseoffeedgas.Theresultsshowedthatthemethanolconversioncouldexceed46.8%andthe
DMCselectivitywasabout93.1underthereactionconditionsof2molarratioofCOtoO,,the400
and200mL/minflowratesofCOand02,pressureof2.8MPa,temperatureof368K,reactiontime
of6h,andcatalystconcentrationof0.25g/mL.Whentheconcentrationofcatalystwas0.32g/mL,
themethanolconversioncouldreach54.7.Thepresentinvestigationmaybeusefultopractical
production.

三井化学公司于2009年5月31日宣布,该公司从CO.合成甲醇的中型装置已开
始投运,该中
型装置将生产约i00t/a甲醇,从大阪石化联合装置乙烯生产中释放出来的CO.用于
生产甲醇,甲醇
可作为生产塑料的基础材料.
据三井化学公司估算,可将该装置CO.排放量的一半用于转化生成甲醇.该工艺依赖于水光分
