网络受限制问题

网络受限制问题 最近宿舍刚拉了网线 别人都能上 就是我不能上 一直显示网络受限制或无连接 ADSL也连不上 显示错误678 IP我自己手动设置过 设置后局域网是连上了 但是在查看工作机组时 还是看不到别的电脑 并且也上不了网 高手们 急求....在线等..... 问题补充:不对 我的网线是新买的 网络受限制或无连接 这是其次 最重要的是 我ADSL上不了.....
