郑州市四十三中 附件1: 郑州市四十三中 2009-2010学年教育科研课题选题 一、校本研究类课题 校本研究是以教师为主体～立足于校本实际～开展个性化的教育研究活动。一般而言～校本研究的主要方法是行动研究法～行动研究法在教育实践中又有更具体的表现形式。 1、学习、内化教育理论。学习、内化教育理论是教师开展校本研究的起点。为了教师学习、内化好教育理论～教育管理者必须加强教育理论的传播～教育管理者必须督促教师学习教育理论。 2、围绕教育主题谈话。谈话是人与人之间的一种最常见的交流方式～教师之间的谈话很多是围绕自己亲历的教育实践展开的～在谈话中～教育思想会在教师之间流动～不同的思想在交流过程中有可能产生新的思想～这就是教育研究～这就是一种最简单的校本研究形式。教育管理者要认识到谈话交流的教研功能～要倡导教师围绕教育主题进行交流。管理者自己也应走到教师中间～跟教师们交流～让自己的理念激发教师的思维。管理者更要为教师创建辨论与研讨的平台。 and approval personnel shall be strictly guided by credit policies and requirements for review and approval.
