电位呈现外负内正的去极化状态,这样兴奋部位和邻近静息电位产生了电位差。当兴奋传到第一根引导电极的时候膜外为负电位,相应第二根引导电极处膜电位为正,此时两根引导电极之间产生了一个正电位差,经过放大器放大,出现一个正的动作电位;当兴奋传到第二根引导电极时,膜外电位为负,第一根电极膜处电位恢复到0,此时产生了一个负的电位差,同理产生了一个负的动作电位,故为双相动作电位。
