当今时代,信息技术高速发展,企业信息化管理已经日趋主流。固定资产的管理作为企业生产活动中一个必不可少的部分,它的内容对于企业的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要,所以固定资产管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理固定资产的信息,这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、保密性差,另外时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。
随着计算机技术的不断发展,计算机应用于各大领域,并给人们的生活带来了极大的便利,在固定资产管理方面亦是如此。以往固定资产员由于缺乏适当的软件而给其工作带来了很多不便,本论文则主要介绍了一款固定资产管理系统的设计过程,以方便在固定资产统计和管理上的工作任务。
该系统适用于普通固定资产的管理,在使用上力求操作容易,界面美观,另外,本系统具有较高的扩展性和可维护性,可能在以后需要的时候进行软件升级。整个系统的开发过程严格遵循软件工程的要求,做到模块化分析、模块化设计和代码编写的模块化。作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对固定资产信息进行管理,具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点.例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高固定资产管理的效率,也是企业的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。采用此固定资产管理系统对企业固定资产进行信息化的管理可以节省人工、资金投入等,而且其提供的功能可以轻易地为资产管理提供正确、有效的保障。

Fixed asset management as an essential production activities part of its contents for the enterprise is critical to both policy makers and managers, so the fixed asset management system should be able to provide users with sufficient information and efficient query means. But it has been the use of traditional manual management of fixed assets with information, this management approach, there are many shortcomings, such as: low efficiency, poor security, the other over time, will have a large number of documents and data, which for the search, update and maintenance have brought a lot of difficulties.
With the continuous development of computer technology, the computer used in various fields, and to people's lives has brought great convenience, is also the case in fixed asset management. Members of the fixed assets of the past, the lack of appropriate software to bring a lot of inconvenience to their work, this paper mainly introduces a fixed assets management system design process to facilitate the management of fixed assets statistics and tasks.
The system is suitable for general fixed assets management, seeks easy to use, beautiful interface, In addition, the system has high scalability and maintainability, the time may be needed at a later software upgrade. The entire system development process strictly follow the requirements of software engineering, so that modular analysis, modular design and modular coding.
