Sectionalanatomicobservation Thecross-sectionalimagesoffreshtissuesfromthismale VCHdatasetwerereviewedandthemainstructuresof DIVCwerestudiedonasection-by-sectionbasis 3Dreconstruction Thecompressionof2Dsection:The106sectionschosen weredirectlydigitizedata resultedin106colorimages maximumresolution,and whichwerestoredinJPEG f0m1althMiddle-qualitycompression.Theimageswere re-framed.re-touched,re-digitizedandre-storedinJPEG f0rn1atwithoutcompression.The3Dreconstructionwas performedviaAmira3.1soft~areusingshadedsurface display(SSD)methods.
