Ends bearing end cover with connection of the stator plate or gourds by exclusive lug on the end face of a temporary low-hanging on the 在不平道路上更加明显,但没有规律性,同时充电指示灯点亮的时候车子有轻微抖动。此车曾经在几家修里厂维修过此故障,前后更换过电瓶,发电机,智能盒……维修无果后开到我厂试修。接车的时候快下班了,笔者简单的向客户了解了一下车子的大致情况,留下电话,支走了客户开始进行初步诊断…… 故障诊断:车子行驶过程中充电灯闪烁,初步判断是充电系统出了故障。故障部位可能是发电机内置调节器坏了,或者是整流二极管老化导致充电不正常,再一个就是线路出现间隙性搭铁点亮了仪表里的充电指示二极管…不管是哪一个部位引起的,在笔者看来,事情远没有表面想的那么简单,必需慎重对待。 天渐渐亮了起来,经过晚上的查阅。笔者了解到该车配备的是目前市面上较为先进的智能电源管理系统Energy Management System(EMS)。该系统主要由发电机、蓄电池、蓄电池传感器、PCM、BCM几大模块组成。其中传感器安装在蓄电池的负极,有两个接线端子。一根电源线为传感器提供电源。另一根为PCM发送数据(此车未配备)。发电机有三个接线端子,分别为C 、L 、Fr端子。C端子与Fr端子直接连接PCM用来检测发电机发电量。L端子经过SJB出来后一路去往仪表,一路去BCM。当此系统不良时,会显示DTC故障。由于这些DTC与燃料系统及排放净化系统无关,因此发生不良时,仅充电图标灯亮。 根据了解到的情况,笔者连接车博士V,,汽车检测仪进入福瑞迪发动机系统读取故障码,显示没有发现故障码。接下来,读取相关数据流发现充电量项为,,.,V/充电百分比项为,。提高转速保持在,,,,r/min时,依然为,,.,,,,.,V。百分比为,。怀疑数据有问,接上万用表读取蓄电池端电压与发电机端电压均与仪器数据一致。因此基本可以排除发电机发量过高或过低引起的故障。 虽然原地发动车子测量的数据正常,但故障条件是发生在颠簸的路面。于是笔者带上一名徒弟,亲自开车去路试。 徒弟负责观察仪器上面的两项数据,发现异常笔者。经过几分钟车程,车子驶入了a special tool to measure half a point the rotor shaft runout and simultaneous measurement of two coupling flutter testing, it should meet the requirements. Ends bearing end cover with connection of the stator plate or gourds by exclusive lug on the end face of a temporary low-hanging on the 一处不平整路面(((“亮了,有没有变化”,师傅问道。“没有,还是,,.,V”徒弟。师傅话音还没落下,仪表里的充电灯又灭了,前后不到,秒。这样的现象又出现了几次,但都没有任何收获。返程((( 为何灯闪了,仪器显示始终正常呢,带着这样的疑问笔者沉思了一会:“会不会是闪烁时间过短,仪器响应不到呢,如果是,那么喷油脉宽时间以ms计算,岂不更短,一样能准确读取。”理论上分析是这样,但笔者还是相信实际的做法。接上万用表反复路试,结果还是很令人失望。 调整思路,发电机发电量正常,只有充电灯闪烁,且没有规律性。那么很有可能是哪个插头连接不实,引起的线路虚接。再一个就是仪表电路板里的电子元件虚焊,或是搭铁不好。为了验证上述问题,笔者做了两个简单的测试。一、抽出发电机线束端子L,着车,此时充电灯不亮。路试,充电灯一直没有出现过闪烁,说明线路不存在别处搭铁。二、抽出发电机线束端子L直接搭铁。路试,未发现充电灯闪烁,说明线路不存在虚接。难不成是发电机C端子与Fr端子线路出现问题,查得线路图,笔者了解到C端子直接进入PCM/EGG,A插头的,,号脚。Fr端子对应32号脚,起到反馈发电机状态的作用。经查实,该段线路不存在问题。 一下子,似乎所有的问题都不是问题。这下失去了方向,难不成仪表,PCM,BCM有问题,在没有证实之前,这只是个推测。趁着夜幕降临之际,笔者轻车熟路的拆下了仪表总成和位于中控面板后面的BCM。如图3 分解检查没有发现脱焊,击穿的迹象。一天就这样过去了,没有获得任何有价值的线索,等待明天的,又是残酷的考验。 昨晚通过与同行沟通,也没得到什么好的。今天也只能“摸石头过河了”。一大早就来了台马3,报修开锁闭锁时,危险灯不闪烁的故障。这样的任务本可以安排别的修理工去完成的。但为了转移注意力笔者亲自上阵,想甩开“雾里看花”的境地。半个小时过去了,a special tool to measure half a point the rotor shaft runout and simultaneous measurement of two coupling flutter testing, it should meet the requirements. Ends bearing end cover with connection of the stator plate or gourds by exclusive lug on the end face of a temporary low-hanging on the 查阅维修手册,得知该款车配套使用的有两个厂家的火花塞。一个是NGK,一个是CHAMPION。原厂件阻值约为10.37K。把新的装上,出去路试了10KM,故障不再出现。至此,又回到了“柳暗花明又一村”。 维修总结:本案中的故障点来源于火花塞干扰。其实在此之前,笔者也曾经维修过几台故障车,罪魁祸首也是火花塞。例如奔奔防盗无故锁死等。为何一开始,笔者没有想到是这个原因呢,或许是被诸多“正常”假象给蒙蔽了,比如,发电正常,搭铁正常,线路正常等等。在科技蓬勃发展的今天,拥有扎实的理论基础,清晰的维修思路和细心的探索对于查找现代化汽车千变万化的故障是多么的重要。同时,在我们按照常理来判断问题没有结果的时候,不妨尝试着违背常理来思考问题。 a special tool to measure half a point the rotor shaft runout and simultaneous measurement of two coupling flutter testing, it should meet the requirements.
