The concrete surface: it should be maintained more than 4 weeks, percentage of moisture is below 6%. For anticorrosive the FGD system, sweep blasting clean to no dust and foreign pollutions, keep it clean and dry. 钢材表面：用适当的清洁剂除去油和脂，需喷砂除锈至瑞典 SIS055900 Sa2.5级，表面粗糙度50-75微米。 混凝土表面：养护28天以上，含水率不高于6%， FGD防腐施工应用中需表面喷砂处理并吸尽灰尘，保持表面干燥清洁。 Limitations 限制 The painting condition: the temperature during application should be between 10℃and 40℃, and it should be above 3℃than the dew point, enough ventilation is necessary at the site scene of application. 涂装环境条件：施工环境温度应在10-40℃，底材表面温度应高于露点3℃以上，施工场所应保持良好的通风。 Notes:”The drying times is decided accoording to the temperature of substrate, the thickness of film and ventilation We can adjust to the drying time according to the temperature . If the film need be repaired, the overcoating interval time should be prolonged in order to be convenient for polishing. During the maximum overcoating interval recommended, the adhesion property is good if longer than it , pleasescrath the surface to be applied to obtain proper coarseness 注：固化时间取决于底材温度，膜厚及通风状况，我公司可应客户要求根据涂装环境温度调整涂膜干燥时间，如涂膜表面漆病需要打磨修补，覆涂间隔可能需要延长以利于打磨。在推荐最长覆涂间隔时间内覆涂，可获得最佳的层间附着。超过最长覆涂时间，对漆膜表面进行打磨增加粗糙度处理（如砂纸打磨）也是增进层间附着的有效手段。 Safety Precautions 安全措施 This product should be used in painting area by perfessional operators. When painting , please refer to Product Data Sheet and MSDS. Consult our company if consumers could not completely understand the precautions for safety and health when applying this product. This product is a kind of solvent-based paint .Inorder to avoid danger or accident, minimal safety precautions,as follow , should be down . The paint contains volatile solvent and is flammable . So must keep away from sparks and open flames.No smoking at applacation site ,Effective precautions (such as using explosion-proof electrical equipments. No static electricity accumulation or metal collision etc) also should be done so as to avoid producting sparks .Flash point of paint , mentioned above on product Data sheet, is the lowest temperature at which mixture of the volatile materails of paint can ignite or explode with air. Enough ventilation is necessary at application site. In order to remove any danger of explosion, must keep the ratio of gas to air is less than 10%, the minimum explosive limit in general, Therefore, 200m3 of ventilation quantuty per 1Kg solvent (according to the solvent ) is necessary. Product skin and eyes, and avoid touching with paints (Recommend to wear working clothes, gloves,eye protection, face masks barrier cream and so on ). Kif paint gets in touch with skin , wass fully with large amount of fresh water and soap or appropriate commercial cleaner. In case of eyes being contaminated, rinse with fresh water for 10min at least and give medical treatment immediately. Recommend face guard with ventilation pipe for the sake of no absorption of paint fog and harmful solvent gas, especially in bad ventilation. Handle empty containers with care and do not bring about environmental contamination.
