会议交流发言 全市中小企业工作 座谈会交流材料 走多种经营之路 建设高效生态型机械加工企业 大王金泰集团有限公司 ,2010年7月9日, 一、企业基本情况 金泰集团是以机械加工为主的国家高新技术企业～主营业务范围有:轮胎模具、轮胎胶囊、轮胎硫化机、油田机械装备、树脂砂铸件、有色金属铸件、国际贸易等。今年以来～金泰集团深入贯彻落实市、县经济工作会议精神～牢固树立和全面落实科学发展观～深化企业改革、加大科研投入、积极开拓市场～在原材料同比大幅上涨～通胀趋势进一步加深的不利市场环境中～沉着应对～积极开拓国际国内市场～企业保持了速度、效益、质量同步快速增长的良好发展态势。 ,一,经济运行质量和效益继续提高。1-6月份～公司实现销售收入与去年同比增长27%～利润增长25%～生产效率进一步提升～产品质量进一步提高～企业经济实力进一步增强。 ,二,企业市场进一步拓宽～对外贸易快速增长。利用企业所在地为山东省轮胎制造基地～胜利油田腹地等优势～公司在保持和维护原有客户的基础上～公司先后开拓了四川、广西、福建等国内市场～开发了美国、乌克兰、埃及等海外市场～产品销路通畅～订单爆满。1-6月份集团各子公司累计完成进出口总额700 万美元～增长27.2%～其中外贸出口450万美元～增长36.5%～进口250万美元～增长16.7%～其中加工贸易出口和进口分别增长42.3%和30.1%。 ,三,注重科研投入～推进自主创新。为增强企业核心竞争力和创新能力～企业不断加大科研投入力度。现公司成立了两个省级技术中心～2009年～建立山东省首批院士工作站～近三年3项技术获得山东省科技进步奖～6项技术获得市级科技进步奖～1项技术获得市级科技成果转化奖～公司获得省部级荣誉称号7项～申请国家专利49项～3项获得专利与名牌博览会特别金奖。“金泰牌轮胎硫化胶囊”被评为山东省著名商标～铸造被列入全国100强～集团公司也被评为山东省资源综合利用示范企业和山东省制造业“双甩”示范企业。由于在自主创新方面取得了一定成绩～公司于2009年9月被评为中国自主创新企业。技术创新为企业的持续、高效发展奠定了基础。 ,四,大力推进节能降耗～发展循环经济。以模具节能技改为例～项目首次将CAD/CAE数字化技术与五轴五联动高速加工中心相结合～简化5道工序～实现模具加工一次成型～产品周期由60天缩短为15天～同时改变模具热处理工序～综合节能折合标煤1.3万吨以上。此外～公司还开发了利用废钢、废铁生产优质树脂砂铸件项目和废弃轮胎和胶囊资源化综合利用项目～将企业自身及周边企业产生的废旧钢铁、废旧轮胎、胶囊等全部加以回收利用～可年处理废钢、废铁4万吨～年处理废旧轮胎、胶囊1万吨～实现了经济效益和社会效益的双赢。 ,五,保护知识产权～发展品牌战略。近年来公司组织技术骨干～依托项目开发～积极进行知识产权保护工作～先后申请专concentration. Pipette is a linear indexing graduated pipette, 利近百项～发明专利7项～注册商标2项～1项被评为山东省著名商标～ 4项成果获得“中国国际专利与名牌博览会特别金奖”～3项目成果荣获山东省科技进步奖～1项成果获国家级科技成果应用奖。知识产权的保护为企业发展品牌战略提供了有力保障～提升了公司产品的知名度、美誉度～也增强了抢占市场的能力。 二、下一步工作打算 (一)从质量、效益、品牌形象着手～强化内部管理。企业的核心竞争力～归根到底来源于企业的内部管理～只有强化内部管理～具备了核心竞争力～企业才能够在市场竞争中取得相对优势～处于有利的地位～企业的内部管理水平和综合实力～在危机面前才能真正的体现出来。我们企业要以质量、效益、品牌形象为切入点～以规范企业法人管理机制为核心～让管理出效益～打造自己在行业内的品牌。 (二)加大市场开拓力度～抢抓内外市场。前段时间的经济危机对产品市场冲击很大。尤其是对市场单一的企业生存尤为艰难。为此～公司自今年始采取以下市场开拓措施:1、分散产品市场～合理培养大客户～避免单一客户。2、积极开拓国际市场～在未来三年内使公司产品的出口额达到50%以上。3、主攻国有大型企业市场。 (三)继续加大技术创新力度～加强对企业信息化建设的投入。以先进的生产技术、创新性的生产工艺、高端的信息化水平引领企业发展。在未来三年内将加大对技术中心、院士工作站的投入力度。今年11月之前投资1700万完成研发综合楼的建设～改善试验研发条件～提高研发人员待遇。在延续、加强与山东理工大学、青岛科技大学、青岛理工大学、浙江大学、北京大学、清华 3 大学、山东大学等高校合作的前提下～与西北工业大学、天津大学建立紧密的产学研关系～实现企业高端人才培养、技术研发引进的提速与升级～促进企业尽快发展。继续加强信息化建设的投入力度。在未来两年内～公司制造产业要全部实现虚拟制造技术的应用～在用好现有PDM/PLM、ERP管理系统的前提下～进一步完善ERP系统～实现物流、仓储、生产、检测等全流程的信息化管理。购进先进的自动化设备～淘汰落后生产工艺～为信息化的推广应用奠定基础。 ,四,依据国家产业～逐步实现企业转型。公司现有产业主要为传统的加工制造业。市场竞争激烈、利润空间小、资金占有量大、周转时间长。为此～公司董事会决定在今明两年建设年产9000万A/H磷酸亚铁锂动力电池项目和年产100万套汽车电子系统项目～两个项目建成后将成为公司主业～公司也将逐步走上集约型、清洁型的现代化生产道路。 三、问题和建议 ,一,解决中小企业发展中的资金困难是当务之急。中小企业的融资相对于大企业来讲较为困难～而且较难享受到优惠利率～在银行银根紧缩的时候～一旦有大企业出现大额贷款～中小企业一般就难以得到银行的资金扶持。这是不合理的。建议政府协调金融机构对中小企业经营情况进行考核,信誉好的就应优先扶持。 ,二,强化对企业的人才培训～为中小企业发展提供人才保障。中小企业无论是经营管理的高级人才～还是从事各种专业管理和技术工作的专门人才～都远不能适应其发展的～而企业自身又没有能力实现在职人员的培训～而且留人困难。随着企业的不断发展～职工培训工作越来越重要～希望政府强化对企业职concentration.
