1. What's the central idea of the story?
2. What's the nature of the conflicts between Tess and Anna? 3. Is it really difficult to conduct normal communications between parents and children?
4. Do you have similar problems and how do you deal with them? 5. How can you make the role-shift work under normal circumstances?
6. How do the conflicts emerge and accumulate? 7. What're your thanks and complaints for your parents? 8. Material affluence and mental poverty: the dilemma that the Chinese parents are facing.

5. How can you make the role-shift work under normal circumstances?
6. How do the conflicts emerge and accumulate?
5. In my opinion, I would think about the problems on the other’s side first of all. For example, I
was the Anna who had become her mother. I could help the mom work well with the patients, her fiance and so on. I could accept the mom’s fiance to get married to help the mom find the true love, do something to show Anna’s little brother how I love him, give enough time to communicate with Anna, loved her, love her dog. I would try my best to make the life normal, then to find the way to change the body back.
6. When the mother Tess was crazily busy with her work and didn’t have extra time to care about
her daughter Anna, the conflicts began to emerge. From the film, we can figure out that Tess focused on her work, her patients and her book published. She always had a talk on phone with her patients, even when shopping in the supermarket. She had no time to communicate with Anna, naturally had no idea what Anna’s favorite were. Anna hadn’t received enough care, and she
hadn’t stand her mother’s place to think about why she was hardly understood. So the conflicts were like a snow ball which scrolled bigger and bigger.
