【摘要】 ,目的,通过动物实验观察龙牡壮骨冲剂对小鼠胃肠动力和胃肠激素的影响。,方法,将小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、龙牡壮骨冲剂大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组,用胃复安、阿托品、新斯的明、肾上腺素注射液尾静脉注射复制胃肠动力紊乱小鼠模型,以营养性半固体糊灌胃,标记胃肠测量胃残留率和小肠推进比,同时以放免法测胃肠组织中血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平。,结果,胃复安可致胃排空加速,同时可致胃肠组织中VIP水平降低(均为P<0.05)。阿托品可致胃排空减慢并致胃肠组织中VIP水平升高(均为P<0.05)。新斯的明可致小肠推进比增加并致胃肠组织中VIP水平降低(均为P<0.05)。肾上腺素可致小肠推进比降低并可致胃肠组织中VIP水平升高(均为P<0.05)。龙牡状骨冲剂对正常组小鼠胃残留率和小肠推进比无影响,大剂量龙牡状骨冲剂对胃复安所致胃排空加速、阿托品所致胃排空减慢、新斯的明所致小肠推进比增加、肾上腺素所致小肠推进比降低有逆转作用(均为P<0.05),中小剂量龙牡状骨冲剂亦有一定的逆转作用。龙牡状骨冲剂对各组所致胃肠激素VIP紊乱有逆转作用,且与剂量有一定的相关性。,结论,龙牡壮骨颗粒可双向调节胃肠运动,并具有剂量依赖性,其对胃肠动力的调节作用可能是通过影响局部组织中的VIP水平实现的。 【关键词】 胃肠动力;龙牡状骨冲剂;组织血管活性肠肽;胃肠激素;小鼠
Abstract:,Objective,To observe the influence of Longmuzhuanggu powder(LMZGP)on gastroenteric movement and gut hormone in mice.,Methods,To establish the mouse of the
disorder of gastric depletion and small intestime
advancement by using maxolon,atropine,neostigmine and
adrenaline.Mice were randomly divided into control group,
model group,LMZGP large dose group,LMZGP middle dose
group,LMZGP low dose group.Gastric emptying and intestinal progradating rates in model mice were tested with black nutritiou semi solid cataplasm.The expression of vasointestinal polypeptide(VIP)was tested by
,Results,Maxolon accelerated gastric depletion and degraded the level of VIP in gastroenteric tissue.Atropine inhibited gastric empty and heightened the level of VIP in gastroenteric tissue.Neostigmine accelerated intestine propagation and degraded the level of VIP in gastroenteric tissue.Adrenaline inhibited intestine propagation and heightened the level of VIP in gastroenteric tissue.LMZGP administrated orally had no significant influence on the gastric depletion and small intestine advancement in normal mice,but improved the
gastroenteric movement in animal model of gastroenteric movement disorders which manifested as relieving gastric depletion disorder by atropine and maxolon,antagonizing
significantly the acceleration or lowering of small
intestine advancement induced by neostigmine and adrenaline.Middle and low dose of LMZGP also had some disorders of VIP.,Conclusion,
regulating effect on intestine propagation via a mechanism of action mainly on VIP in gastroenteric tissue.
