飞机座位等级及一些关于机票的规定 舱位设置为:FACDYSBHKLMNQTXUEWROZVG. F舱为头等舱公布价，A舱为头等舱免折、常旅客免票;C舱为公务舱公布价，D舱为公务舱免折、常旅客免票;Y舱为普通舱公布价，S舱为联程、缺口程等特殊舱位，B舱为普通舱90折，H舱为普通舱85折，K舱为普通舱80折，L舱为普通舱75折，M舱为普通舱70折，N舱为普通舱65折，Q舱为普通舱60折(含教师、医护人员、县级(含)以上劳模)，T舱为普通舱55折，X舱为普通舱50折(含学生、长者(年满55周岁的中国大陆公民))，U舱为普通舱45折，E舱为普通舱40折，W舱为普通舱35折，R舱为普通舱30折，O舱为普通舱25折，Z舱为代码共享留座专用舱，V舱为常旅客专用舱(国航知音卡旅客订座)，G舱为普通舱免折和常旅客免票。 一、定座、出票: (一)定座:Q舱(含)以上客票可预先订座，Q舱以下客票随订随售。对于公司航班开放的多等级舱位，在相应的子舱位内随订随售;对于HK票应注明出票时限，严禁做假“RR”。出票时限:最迟于航班起飞前2 天中午12:00之前出票。销售成人正常票价E舱(含)以下舱位的航班，必须经山航授权，否则按全票价补齐票款。 (二)OPEN客票:K舱(含)以上票价及儿童、婴儿票价客票允许填开OPEN客票;L舱(含)以下票价客票不允许填开OPEN客票，公司批复的优惠票允许填开OPEN票。 (三)团队订座要根据批复的折扣，在相应的折扣舱位内订座(对于团队折免票也应分别在相应的舱位内订座，如6折在Q舱订座，团队免票在G舱订座)，防止高舱低占。对于预订团队，原则上应提前3天出票，避免座位虚耗，票面加注“团”标识(在票价计算栏内自动显示)，同时标注“非经山航同意不得签转”。 (四)旅客持有定妥座位的联程或来回程客票，如在该联程或回程地点停留72小时以上，须在联程或回程航班离站前两天中午12点(含)以前，办理座位再证实手续，否则原订座位不予保留。如旅客到达联程或回程地点的时间离航班规定离站时间不超过72小时，则不需办理座位再证实手续。 (五)儿童是指年龄满两周岁但不满12周岁的人，按同一航班成人普通票价的50%购买儿童票，订座在Y舱。婴儿是指年龄不满两周岁的人，按同一航班成advantages, facing the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Shandong peninsula, Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan area, targeted investment promotion several times. Food research station platform, to the XX University to find experts 人普通票价的10%购买婴儿票，不提供座位;如需单独占用座位，应购买儿童票。儿童和婴儿出票时需要提供出生年月的有效证明。 (六)对于旅行社的团队免票(包括折免票)，须凭团队名单以及团队免票审批单订座、出票，团队免票在G舱订座;对于常旅客免票，须凭“常客优惠单”订座、出票，G舱订座，普通舱常旅客在G舱订座;公司批复的50,优惠票在X订座，四分之一优惠票在O舱订座，半价婴儿票(5,票价)、十分之一优惠票和免票在G舱订座。 (七)填开客票时，须在“票价级别/客票类别”栏内标注相应的票价类别，S表示散客，T表示团队。如:填开散客6折票，须在“票价级别/客票类别”栏内标注“QS”;填开团队6折票时，在“票价级别/客票类别”栏内标注“QT”。明折明扣客票“签注”栏填入“不得签转，变更、退票收费”等限制条件，对于客票上加注“ 不得签转”的客票，一律不得签转到外航航班;填开联程及往返程客票时须在票价计算栏内标注各航段相应的正确票价。填开儿童或婴儿票应在姓名后加注CHD或INF，并注明出生年月日，在客票的“票价等级/客票类别”栏分别填“YCH”、“YIN”。 (八)团队免票订座G舱，在票价类别栏注明“GT”;常旅客免票订座G舱，在票价类别栏注明“GF”;公司批复的免票订座G舱，在票价类别栏注明“GS”。 (九)销售临沂始发的中转联程客票，须在“票价级别/客票类别”栏内标注相应的票价类别，L表示中转联程。如:销售临沂,济南,上海，省内段临沂,济南G舱订座，济南,上海K舱订座，在“票价级别/客票类别”栏内分别标注“GL”和“KL”。销售其他城市始发的中转联程客票时，请参照《山东航空股份有限公司中转联程产品价格手册》中的相关规定执行。 (十)销售E舱(含)以下舱位的航班，必须经山航同意才能订座和销售。 (十一)公司批复的优惠票的订座和出票按公司《山东航空公司优惠票订座管理规定》规定执行。 (十二)购买教师、学生优惠客票须凭本人有效身份证明，教师的身份证明为国家教育机关颁发的《教师资格证》或国内正规院校颁发的《工作证》，学生的身份证明为国内正规院校颁发的《学生证》;在客票的“票价等级/客票类别”栏填开票价代号及折扣率为教师YDT60,学生YSD50;票价栏按旅客实付票款金额填写，教师在Q舱订座，学生在X舱订座。结算时附相关有效身份证明的复印件。如开放舱位低于以上舱位，可按最低开放舱位订座、出票。 (十三)购买军残、警残优惠客票须凭中华人民共和国民政部颁发的本人有效身份证明，军残、警残的身份证明为民政部门颁发的《中华人民共和国革命伤残军人证》和《中华人民共和国人民警察伤残抚恤证》;军残、警残可以在相应的F舱、C舱和Y舱订座，在客票的“票价等级/客票类别”栏填开票价代号及折扣率为F/C/YDFMM50，结算时应附相关有效身份证明的复印件。 (十四)购买医护人员、劳动模范、长者优惠客票时，需分别凭借医疗卫生机构《工作证》和单位介绍信、各级劳动模范可以凭颁发的《劳动模范证书》、年满55周岁的中国大陆公民凭《身份证》。医护人员、劳模的订座舱位为Q舱，长者的订座舱位为X舱。“票价等级/客票类别”栏填开票价代号及折扣率:医护人员为YDR,劳模为YLM,长者为YOD。结算时应附相关有效身份证明的复印件。 二、客票遗失: advantages, facing the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Shandong peninsula, Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan area, targeted investment promotion several times. Food research station platform, to the XX University to find experts (一)旅客申请挂失，须出示其有效身份证件，如申请挂失者不是旅客本人，需出示旅客本人和挂失人的有效身份证件，并提供原购票的日期、地点、遗失地公安部门的证明以及足以证明该客票遗失的其他资料或证明。证明材料的原件交山东航空股份有限公司计财部结算处(济南市二环东路5746号，山航大厦10F计财部结算处，邮编250014)，各代理人及售票处须保留复印件。 (二)定期客票遗失，如旅客申请补发新客票，至迟应当在所乘航班规定离站时间1小时前向山航提供上述第一款规定的资料与证明，经山航查证后，在下列条件下可以补发原定航班新客票，但需重新交票款: 1、 旅客必须填写山航的《遗失票证补发/退款申请表》。 2、 旅客须声明同意赔偿可能由此造成山航的一切损失，包括已经或今后被他人冒用或冒退以及必要的诉讼费用。 3、对未经查证的遗失定期客票，有权不予补发新客票。如旅客要求乘机，需另购客票。 4、补发的新客票不能办理退款或变更。 5、不定期客票遗失，不能补发新客票。 (三)经计财部核实该客票未被冒用、冒退，待客票有效期(一年)满后30天内办理退款手续。如未补开客票，应按舱位收取相应退票费。 三、客票更改:改期费、子舱位变更及升舱差额均按客票票面价计算。 (一)变更承运人: 非折扣票价及儿童、婴儿票价客票允许自愿变更承运人，明折明扣票价客票不得自愿变更承运人。 (二)变更航班、日期: 1、使用正常票价及儿童、婴儿票价的客票以及军残、警残票价的客票，客票有效期内免费更改; 2、B、H、K 舱票价客票，允许免费更改一次，再次更改每次收取5,的改期费; 3、L、M、N、Q舱票价客票，允许免费更改一次，再次更改每次收取10,的改期费; 4、T、X、U、E、W、R、O舱票价客票，每次更改收取20,的改期费。 5、旅客误机后，如要求改变承运人，按自愿退票的规定办理，应交付客票价50%的误机费。 6、持有团队客票的旅客要求改期，必须在航班规定离站时间 前二天中午1200点之前提出(注明:部分团队旅客要求改期的，剩余团队人数不得少于相应折扣要求的最低人数限额)，收取票面价20%的改期费后允许改期，如电脑中未开放同等级舱位需提高舱位的，加收舱位差价;如在航班规定离站时间前二天中午12:00点以后提出改期的，只能按退票处理，另购新票。持有团队客票的旅客只允许改期一次，再次改期只能按退票处理，且一律按原票证舱位收取退票费(按原票价计算)，退还余款(包括升舱费，所收改期费不退)，售票处及销售代理人应在客票改期时告知旅客。 (三)变更子舱位(不改变舱位等级) 1、允许高舱位改低舱位，但差额不退。 2、低舱位改高舱位，补收实际舱位差额。 advantages, facing the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Shandong peninsula, Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan area, targeted investment promotion several times.
